These cupcakes are decadent! The cake is a balanced blend of rich mocha and pumpkin, with a hint of cinnamon. Topping the cupcakes is my java-fueled espresso frosting and a duo of two drizzles: chocolate ganache and salted caramel.
I am an editor by day, baker, canner, crafter, homebrewer and all-around geek girl by nights and weekends. I've been baking ever since I was old enough to help in the kitchen, and it's my dream to eventually open my own bakery cafe in the heart of my community.
