I began with a basic yellow batter, then added freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest from one fresh Florida orange and baked this delicious mix. I topped the cupcake off with a marshmallow dream frosting!

I'm a 14-year-old girl who loves baking and cooking with the freshest of ingredients! Most of my friends watch Jersey Shore, I watch The Cooking Channel and Food Network. :) I haven't yet, but am about to start a cooking blog.
