This is a pull apart cupcake iPhone complete with ear buds. This cake consists of my favorite apps that have been delicately hand made using fondant. I love the variety of colors and the challenge making each one, especially that adorable ghost for SnapChat. The cupcakes are margarita cake with a lime buttercream. This cake is edible only and not for use...lol

Cake decorating has been a hobby turned passion of mine. I have been baking and decorating cakes for many years for family. After seeing my work, friends insisted that I offer my cakes for sale. I love how my clients are constantly challenging me to enhance my skills. I especially enjoy making animals out of fondant. Its exciting to see the animal come to life. I try to keep up with the latest techniques by reading cake magazines and watching the many cake shows out there.
