I am starting to get a little bit of cabin fever. Spring time is one of my most favorite times of the year! I got inspired with my favorite season and made these layered cupcakes, filled with a lemon buttercream and decorated in fondant. My family and I are so ready for spring. Living in upstate NY, winters can get to you. I've created these little treats for the family to remind them spring is right around the corner!
