I started working at a bakery when I was just 20, for about a year, and learned a lot! Life took a different road and I have worked as a Respiratory therapist the last 23 years. I love to create and bake for anyone! During the holidays friends an coworkers place their requests and I bake for donations. I work with Hospice patients so baking tends to be therapeutic for me. I hope to one day open my own bakery but for now I am content to bake to make others happy!
