My husbands favorite dessert is my strawberry brownie torte...so I turned it into a cupcake! Its a cream filled strawberry cupcake with a fudgy brownie bottom, cream cheese icing and a chocolate dipped strawberry. I like to also call it "Fantasy in a Cup" !
