It was my moms big 60's birthday bash, and her party theme was "True Blood". I surprised her with a bunch of vampire bites cupcakes to share with her guests on that special day! It was a great success, specially because everyone was surprised by a red gooey filling when they took a bite, and felt like blood was running through their mouth! Each cupcake was carefully filled to create that effect! It was really exciting!

I am from Brazil and moved to Orlando 7years ago! In brazil selling these candies called brigadeiros was what helped me save some money to move here. I started baking cupcakes not too long ago and got passionate about creating intriguing flavors combinations (I always fill my cupcakes with a different flavor)and cool looks!
