White Chocolate Raspberry. Fresh raspberry cake filled with fresh raspberries and topped with white chocolate buttercream dipped in white chocolate ganache. Garnished with a raspberry and English toffee.
I have been a nurse for many years. Currently I work full time in an elementary school with children who have special needs. In my "free time" I have restored a historic property (c1835) in which I have a cottage cupcake industry, Little Star Cupcakes (please take a look at my fb page as the website is currently being re-written and published). I love to be creative and have found that creating cupcakes is a great way to continually evolve and improve on my skills. I like to use fresh produce (local if possible), fruits, liqueurs, chocolates and creams. I try to avoid pre-made toppings, fillings or ingredients and don't add any unnatural flavorings or preservatives.
