These mums were a special Mothers Day treat! They begin with a moist vanilla cake then covered with a vanilla buttercream. The mums were constructed using marshmallows that were dipped in colored sugar.

I began baking three years ago with my 11 year old daughter as a way for us to connect. She is now 14 years old and dreams of owning her own bake shop. We continue to bake weekly making baking creations that everyone enjoys.
