Jim can u help me!I need a do over!!!I was married on December 19,1995 and had 3 kids in 95.96,and 97 and i got divorced in 2002. It was soo hard. we had got married when i wa 8 months pregneant in a snowstorm and i had to catch a bus from phila to jersey to get married and we got married in the house and my mom was not even there. a lot of people did not even approve. about 10 people were there. we got married, caught the bus home and then a month later i had my baby. no honeymoon or anything. Our marriage ended. In april we found each other again and we got married!!!!!!I wanted u to give us a do over becuase this time it was different we were adults now and realizd what real love was and how to make our marriage work. we did not have much money but we got married in the church and my mom and dad were there. we did not have a honeymoon because we could not afford it but we made the best of it. we could not have alcohol because we could not afford that either and we made the best of what we had. the men did not even have flowers because everyone had to chip in and help. can u give us a do over or even a honeymoon or flowers. just something that we can look at and know that someone supports our marriage. we have our 3 kids and they are so happy to have their mom and dad back together and we are so happy to have a second chance at love again. this time is forever. we are both more mature and we can make it work. we did not have the money for a wedding but we have the love for a marriage. thank u for listening to our story.. be encouraged love really exists u have to work at it!!!!

I need a Do-Over. My husband and I got married in the court-house in the small town of Lexington, Missouri (my home town). (It's is about 45 minutes east of KCMO.) We got married after being pregnant for 4 months at the advisement of friends and co-workers. I taught at an elementary school in the same town. People suspected that this was the best move for us do to the "morality" of my exposure to small children in the district. Not wanting to send the kids the "wrong" message and to appease "parents who might not take this well" we left my workplace on December 10, 1999 and headed up to the courthouse to seal the deal. My principal (a woman) was Mike's best man, my friend stood in as maid of honor and took pictures with our local newspapers camera as she was working there at the time. I even wore a maternity outfit that belonged to someone I worked with who had a baby the year prior. No honeymoon either. Just a quick trip to a restaurant in town and home to bed:( Needless to say, our plan to have a small wedding after our daughter was born (not the wedding of my dreams mind you) was derailed and eventually forgotten (not really). Mike and I talk often about wanting a Do-Over. However, after having three daughters and twelve years of nonstop chaos that comes along with raising a family, it just isn't in the cards due to a lack of time as well as finances.
