I don't know who the brilliant baker was that first came up with the idea of a Barbie Birthday Cake, but it never ceases to drop jaws and make all the little girls giddy at a party. For the Barbie cake pictured, I placed a Bundt cake on a larger cake to feed more people. I iced the cake with pink frosting and then cut out fondant flowers and leaves for decorations.
