High School Graduation

For my brother's high school graduation, we threw him a medium-sized party for our family and friends, right in our own backyard.

Décor For my brother’s high school graduation party, I scanned all his school photos, from kindergarten to senior year, and made a timeline. Because the party was in our backyard, I was able to hang all of the photos along the back fence so when guests walked in, it was the first thing they saw. It was a fun way for everyone to look back and see how much he's changed over the years.

Food When it was time for dessert not only did we have typical treats, but we also put red, black and white M&M's in a big bowl. M&M's in his high school colors made for a fun, edible decoration.

Other elements As party favors, we printed wallet-sized versions of the graduate's yearbook photo and put them in 3x5 inch frames. Then, we wrapped them in cellophane and tied the top with black and red curly ribbon (his school colors). Attached to the ribbon was a small thank you note from the family.
