As responsible IT professionals, we must identify and implement best practices and the highest standards regarding data privacy and security. So, this month's topic will be "Privacy and Security in the Information Age." One IT security expert and one strong advocate for maintaining personal information privacy standards will be leading an interactive discussion of good and bad practices regarding the design, generation, transfer, and retention of data and relevant infrastructure. TPNG members, given our wealth of IT experience, should be ready to engage in a lively, informative, and creative session. Bring your ideas and opinions; this is your chance to compare notes with others. Who knows what problems we can solve together?
