Thankgsiving Drinks

A very fresh cocktail that goes great with thankgiving dinner.

Have a thirst for blood? Even if you're not among the undead, all types (O negative included) will love sipping these delicious citrus martinis. Add a festive touch by serving these libations in antique sliver goblets. Garnish with Stirring's tasty blood orange cocktail rim, a tasty twist of can sugar and dried blood...blood oranges that is.

1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Vodka5 raspberries 
1 tsp. sugar

Grey Goose ® is a brand synonymous with top shelf vodka. Like any great cocktail, its distinguishing taste relies on the Vodka's quality.Here is one of my favorite Grey Goose cocktail recipes.GREY GOOSE ® Le Citron Pink Lemonade  1 1/2 parts Grey Goose Le Citron1 part Cranberry Juice3 parts lemonadeSplash SpriteMix first three ingredients into highball glass filled with ice - stir well.  Top with Sprite and Garnish. Use a simple garnish such as a mint leave or lemon slice.

Never puree the peaches by machine - always use a food mill or meat grinder to make the pulp and then force it through a fine sieve.  If the peach puree is very tart, sweeten it with just a little sugar syrup. Refrigerate the puree until it's very cold. When the peach puree is ready, mix it with very cold, dry Prosecco in the proportion of 1 part peach puree to 3 parts wine or, for each drink, 1 once (30ml) peach puree and 3 ounce (100ml) wine.  Pour the mixture into well-chilled glasses.
