We bake, decorate and deliver your cakes for weddings, mainly within the five borroughs of New York. Our speciality is Caribbean Rum Fruit Cakes but we do other flavors such as: Carrot Cakes, Pineapple, Banana and other sponge cakes with fruit and or cream cheese fillings. We welcome your ideas and or questions. We also do your sheet cakes and cake boxes for your wedding. Many West indian/ Caribbean brides on a budget are choosing to accept the cake from the the Wedding reception location, then order a sheet cake to be cut up and put in cake boxes for their guests.
