Di is a photographer, an artist, and occasional a capella singer raised here in NYC. He began his career as a marketeer before a chance opportunity allowed him to turn his primary interests in technology, travel, and love of nature into a career as an international photographer. Since the much appreciated life change he has been fervently shooting for the past 4 years, with over 200 beautifully recorded weddings across the US, Australia, China,Mexico, and even New Zealand. According to Di, “Photography is the marriage of aesthetics and electronics.” It is a medium that can most honestly reveal the human spirit, delight, and magic in fleeting moments. Di is focused and passionate about his art; capturing the life and festivities as it unfolds. To him, each wedding is an exciting adventure in documenting the unique relationship of friends, families, and a couple launching an incredible new life together. His easy going nature and ninja like reflexes allow him to blend in as an observer, unobtrusively capturing the beauty and essence of you and your momentous day. For his own picturesque romance, Di took his then girlfriend on a trip to New Zealand where, between the lush hills and upon a turquoise lake, he proposed to his love, his heart, during sunset. These heartfelt moments define the spirit of what Di captures within his wedding shoots; from the bright nervous smile of a flower girl to a groom tearing up from seeing his bride.
