I cannot say enough about Abigail Kirsch. We had our wedding at the Stonemill at the New York Botanical Garden. It was absolutely flawless. Paul Richards was our event coordinator & he did a phenomenal job. He made sure that our wedding was exactly what we wanted. He made sure the night was seamless. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely incredible. They do not have tasting so I was a little worried. But so many people we know used AK for their events & said everything was amazing. They were right. We are foodies so great food was an absolute must for the event. We were beyond happy. The food was perfect! People raved about it. 2 months later people are still talking about it. The ambiance was stunning. I cannot rave enough about the magnificent job AK did with the food & venue and what a great job Paul did in handling our event. Thank you all. Ido could give them more stars I would. I highly recommend them.

Tappan Hill Mansion was the most amazing location for our wedding reception. The mansion is absolutely gorgeous, the views of the Hudson are breathtaking, the food is unparalleled and the service is impeccable. Gabe was an absolute dream to work with. He made the entire evening run smoothly and his attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding reception was absolutely PERFECT. Gabe went above and beyond to make sure our guests had an unforgettable evening. Our guests raved about the food, service, and beauty of the location. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect, beautiful location for our wedding. A HUGE thank you to Gabe and the Tappan Hill staff for ensuring our wedding was perfect and unforgettable--not just for us but for all of our guests as well.

I was concerned when I was informed that there was not going to be a tasting for our food selection, but my concern was unwarrented. Just the presentation alone made it hard for my husband and I to choose because everything looked FANTASTIC. On the day of the wedding everyone was commenting on how delicious the food was (I only wish I was able to eat more of it).

Abigail Kirsch catered my wedding on May 13,2012 at the New York Botanical Gardens Stone Mill. All I can say is OMG. The food was beyond delicious. The appetizers,starters ,dessert and entree were amazing. The cocktail stations were amazing. I selected the Tuscan and Asian Fusion. My guests till this day cannot stop talking about the food. My even Manager Gabe Vega was unbelievable. He was very professional and made my day go smoothly.

Food was great, they were more expensive then I would have liked. I didnt get to eat much at cocktails but the guests enjoyed it. The portions were also very small for the money, but delicious nonetheless.

Going to Stage 6 for our wedding I did not have the option of bringing in another caterer. We had to use Abigail Kirsch, which i had heard good things about. I was worried because there was no food tasting! The food turned out to be amazing, but if i had to critique one thing the portions were small. Eric Hoffman was our banquet coordinator at Stage 6 and he was so great there was no need for a party planner. He took care of all the room details and made sure everything was in order and ran smoothly. If you are booking a party at Stage 6 make sure you request Eric!

Janet, the off-premises catering manager, is absolutely incredible. She made is possible for me to have a DREAM wedding without a wedding planner, because she was on the phone and on email with me WHENEVER I needed ANYTHING. The food was beyond perfect. It is the best catering, beyond your dreams, and your guests will tell you that it is the best wedding they have ever been to. That was certainly the case for all my guests... and of course for me, but I'm biased! :) The bar setup, the tables, from first to last detail, these guys REALLY know what they're doing. You do not have to think twice. If you do a tasting, you will know that there's absolutely NO competition. Work with Janet to figure out what to serve and what to hold back on, and make it work in your price range, because there is no comparison!

Abigail Kirch provided passed appetizers for cocktails, a full dinner for over 200, and a sweets buffet for the after party, all of it was amazing. I cannot believe they can work out of a tent kitchen built days earlier and feed over 200 people warm, amazing food at the same time. Courses were served all together, nobody was eating appetizers while the next table was eating their main course, it was all done perfectly. The staff was amazing, so friendly and courteous. My groom and I were treated so well by the catering staff, they did a fantastic job. They also have a huge selection of menu items that the bride and groom get to choose from before the wedding, you get to taste the selections and pick your wedding menu, it is so much fun.

I really loved this food. It was great for the value and people even took some home with them. I loved their sausage and peppers. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the NY area.

You really can't beat Abigail Kirsch for your wedding....the setting at Stage 6 was exactly what we wanted and the food was impeccable! People still can't stop talking about how amazing it was!

The place was beautiful and their food was delicious. The cake even lasted in the freezer till our 1st anniversary without freezer burn.

Abigail Kirsch at the New York Botanical Garden provided us with exceptional service during our wedding planning and especially on the wedding day. All of the burden of ensuring that the day went as smooth as possible was taken off our shoulders by our Event Manager and we were left to enjoy our special day. The whole planning process was made very manageable by their knowledgable staff and a very structured process. We were never left hanging with any questions or concerns and we were delivered exactly what was promised. The venue was breathtaking and catering was impeccable. Even after close to a year since the wedding, we still receive compliments on how wonderful the wedding was including the venue and service.

In July of 2005, on a patio over looking the babbling waters of the Bronx River, my husband and I were wed at the Snuff Mill in the NY Botanical Gardens. Lucky for us, our day was completely stress free due to the gracious management of Abigail Kirsch. They manage all of the vendors at the site on the day of the wedding, so that you don't have to worry about a thing. Then there is the food....we received so many compliments on the delicious hors deurves during the cocktail reception, as well as the extensive meal which ensured everyone left over stuffed. I was disappointed that we did not get to do a tasting (I think because we were only having 100 ppl), but I had done a tasting when I planned an event with Abigail Kirsch at Chelsea Piers for 1000 people, so I knew how good their food is. They provided the cake for the wedding as well, and although they had quite an extensive album of cake styles to choose from, none were quite what I wanted. I brought in a picture of my ideal cake and they matched it perfectly. I only wish we could have enjoyed the food a bit more....we were so caught up in the wedding buzz, that we barely touched the food. However, a year later the cake was still quite delicious!
