Basic invite has the best customer service ever they get back to you the same day or the following day in the morning try are fast and they make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and with all the details. Amazing customer service.

Basic Invite @ http://www.basicinvite.com/ is amazing!!! I wanted invitations that were modern, artsy, and fun, and Basic Invite is exactly that! If you're somewhat of a creative bride, like myself, they have invitation options that let you upload your favorite photos to use on the invitations themselves. Working as a bridal coordinator, I looked EVERYWHERE for the perfect invitations. Look no further!!! They were so nice and easy to work with, and I got my invitations within two weeks!!!!!! Each and everyone was stunning! Thank you, basic invite, for the most beautiful, fun, artsy invitations I have ever seen!

I absolutely loved my invitations and the great thing about Basic Invite is the ability to customize them. The only thing I didn't like was that the designers don't really offer you any suggestions. I was unsure on wording, but got no feedback. The only thing I wasn't happy with was they had send me the wrong sized envelopes.. and due to time constraints.. refused to overnight them since they are free. So I had to go out and buy larger wrong sized envelopes in the wrong color. Other than that, they were fantastic.

Very disappointed in the results of my save the date card. Had immediate response from company but only to tell me they would reprint at cost. Will not use them again and would not recommend them.

The only exception to this rule is if the issue with their satisfaction is self-inflicted. i.e.- change of venue, dates, times, and other issues with customer submitted material. In which case we will reprint at cost. Based off of the response the customer submitted here, we can only assume they were told "no" to a free reprint, because the issue with the card was self-inflicted.
