I ordered a headband, necklace, earrings, and a bracelet, from Bella-Tiara a few months prior to my wedding. I received an email shortly after stating that my items had been shipped, but I never received a tracking number. 14 days later after not receiving the items I contacted them to ask what had happened, they stated that they saw the item had gone out for delivery but that there must have been some sort of mix up at the warehouse and they would send it out immediately express delivery at there expense and I would have the item in 3 days tops. 5 days later when I still did not have the items I contacted them and they said oh the items have gone out of delivery, when I continued to press them for a tracking number they could not provide me with one, they said they would email it to me in 2 hours. The next day when I did not receive a tracking number I called back and asked about my shipment, they said oh it just went out yesterday for delivery, you will have it by the weekend, I asked for a tracking number and they gave me one, but said that I probably would not see movement on it since the items had just been shipped yesterday, I reminded them that yesterday they told me they had already been shipped, but I was so happy that they were finally on their way that I hung up the phone. I immediately checked the tracking number and of course it said that they USPS had received notification that they were to expect a package from Bella-Tiara for pick-up but that one had not been delivered. I gave it a few days per the conversation with the woman on the phone, 3 days later when the tracking number read the exact same thing and believing that my items still had not gone out for shipment I contacted Bell Tiara again, explained the situation and they told me my items had just been shipped that morning. I told them to cancel the order and demanded a refund, believing that this is all a scam and that I will never see the items. It was already a month later and I could not afford to wait any longer for fear that it would leave me with no alternatives to find replacement pieces for my wedding. The woman on the phone at first said she could not cancel the order because it had already been shipped, I politely explained to her that we both knew nothing had been shipped, she then said she would contact a manager and see what she could do, I tried to explain to her my disappointment because I really liked what I had seen online and I was really looking forward to receiving the pieces I ordered, I mentioned that after a month had gone by and I had not received my items I started doing some research and came across some reviews that I wish I read prior to ordering, she then advised me that if I were to write a review I would not be getting a refund. I was shocked, I told her to please cancel my order immediately, I advised her that I would definitely be writing a review now, and if my money was not refunded I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau so that they could help settle our dispute, it looks like they have already been brought in to settle similar complaints with this company in the past. In the end they did refund my money, but I am very disappointed with the entire experience and I would hate for anyone else to have to put up with this same type of thing, especially if you have any sort of time frame to deal with. I never received any pieces so I could not judge the value of the product. Good Luck!
