Ordered goods 14 September haven't sighted them. I am concerned after reading replies to complaints with the language used that this company is in Asia and not NY.

The headpiece I ordered for my wedding is gorgeous and I love it! I can't wait to wear it! Not to mention, I received it very quickly. The only other thing I have to say is that sometimes the company does take a long while to respond if at all and you may have to be persistent. Other than that, I had a decent experience and would probably order something again.

The headpiece was gorgeous and I loved it! I received it very quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes the company takes a while to respond. Other then that, I had a decent experience and would purchase from Bella-Tiara again.

Nov. 21st I placed my order with the website for Raquella earrings, Carlina and Romantica feather comb. Notified on Nov. 26th that my order had been processed,Nov. 27th I received a tracking number from Paypal. DAYS later with no update to the tracking services with USPS (which I understand takes time and is not always accurate) it still read that notification of my package had been sent to the USPS but the package had not yet been dropped off/picked up for shipping. I attempted to call Bella-Tiara through their 718 number 3 times starting with twice on Tues. Dec. 4th and once more on Wed. Dec. 5th No answer. Fri. Dec. 7th wrote an email to Bella-Tiara with no return email. I then opened a PayPal dispute Fri. afternoon again no return email/conversation/phone call anything! Bella-Tiara answered at the 718 number on Mon. 12/10. A nice woman answers and assures me that my order shipped out on Thurs. that my tracking should update that evening. Now why in the hell would a package if shipped on Thurs. 12/06 be updated as of 12/10 as finally being dropped/picked up for shipping? Today 12/12/12 I received my package from NY. My Raquella earrings are acceptable. My hair feather comb well I was hoping to see a glimmering fluffy feather hairpiece but what I received looks like 10 people have worn it! Feathers are greasy and have glue all over them! RHINESTONES MISSING and beads covered in GLUE! A total amateur put this piece of work together! It even had additional wiring (that somehow had two pearls in it which there are no pearls anywhere else). The Carlina cageveil... cheap CRAP! I'm glad I bought it "on sale" I still feel ripped off! Look at their BBB report they have 3 reports for poor customer service/quality!The tags that were on all of the items were: Jankuo (earrings) which can be bought on amazon.com same $, DS Bridal Accessories (cage veil) and well in the case of the hair comb no designer is responsible for this tragedy because Bella-Tiara is responsible

I ordered the Meredith Swarovski Crystal vine wrap from Bella Tiara and could not be happier. I spoke on the phone with the owner about what i wanted and she even recommended that they could custom make it exactly the way I wanted. I went ahead and ordered it custom made and received it in about 2 days after it being shipped out. Quality is great! Beautiful crystals! Will definetly be using this company again as the wedding gets closer.

I was quite please with my purchase. When I unsure if my order would arrive I emailed Bella Tiara and received a prompt response. Quite pleased with my product, price and customer service. For someone who is quite skeptical about purchasing online; this was a very positive and successful experience. I received my wedding veil (Edward Berger designer) and it was amazing with fine details. I also ordered earrings and a Swarovski crystal bracelet, which were both beautiful and exceed my expectations. Lot's of tasteful bling at affordable prices!! The shipping was fast. I am so terribly put off by this company, I am sick. I spent over $250 on a couple different jewelry pieces. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have nothing to show for it. I have written emails and called twice. It has been almost two months. I was told I would get a call back, but I never got one. I am very frustrated. I don't care what kind of problems a company might have with back-orders or other issues, all I want is some decent communication. I have requested my order be cancelled.

My first order arrived with no delay. My second order took almost a month to receive in full, after part of it was not sent. Spoke to someone the day that the first part arrived, and I called to say that it was incomplete. She said she would immediately send out the missing item, but I had to call again three weeks later. She apologized and said, again, that she would send it immediately, but it was not shipped for another 3 or 4 days. This company also offered me a discount refund on my first order in exchange for a good review on Wedding Wire. Review was left, discount was asked for on multiple occasions, but never received. I'm happy with the merchandise that I (eventually) received, but for the price, obtaining it shouldn't have been such an ordeal.

i placed an order with bella-tiara 3 weeks ago today, i sent them an email stating my concern with no response back. i did call and I spoke to a nice woman who answered promptly with the promise to call me back. However, reading all these reviews i would really rather have my money back. i tried calling bella-tiara back to tell them and i got an answering machine instead. I would love to have my money returned so i can make sure i dont have an issue receiving my items after my wedding date or receive them 4 weeks later and have them be cheaply made. I called bella tiara back and the woman on the phone said i would be getting my bracelet and earrings in the next day or 2 and the hair piece wouldnt be to me for another week or so. I said i rather just have my money back which she wasn't able to refund me for the bracelet and earrings b/c they were already shipped but she was able to refund me for the hair piece due to it not being shipped yet. I did end up getting my earrings and bracelet in 2 days like she said however they weren't up to my standards as far as quality goes, i wont ever wear the earrings probably turn them into clip ons for my nieces to play with but i will wear the bracelet to my wedding. I appreciate the woman giving me my refund however by the tone of her voice when i said i rather just get my money back i could tell that she was used to hearing people say that and quickly wanted to end the call. After i wrote my first portion of this review i received an email from bella tiara to revise my review. I feel i was honest in my review and said exactly what my experience was and i stand by my review that i gave.

I received my CZ vine earrings and bracelet in the mail today and they are beautiful! I received earrings from Bella Jewelry when I was a bridesmaid and I promised myself I would buy my wedding jewelry here when I got the chance. I can't wait to wear them! Quality is exceptional and I received it very quickly. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality products.

I ordered a Symphony bridal tiara from this company. It took 4 days for them to ship it and I waited 3 weeks for it to arrive at my door. When I finally received my tiara, it was not the one I ordered!!! It was a Symphony headband which looked similar, but not what I ordered!! I immediatly emailed the company and it took them 5 days to respond back. They said the tiara I ordered was out of stock and they will have it back in a month. Then I found all of these "not so good" reviews online. So...it has been a month of my time wasted. I think the company knew they didn't have that tiara I ordered and sent me a similar one trying to "pass it off" as the one I ordered. I feel duped. I sent the wrong tiara back, yesterday with a letter stating I would like a full refund and I will never do business with them again. I actually ordered the tiara I wanted with a different distributor that looks a lot more professional and they actually have their address listed on their webpage, so you know where they are and you can contact them. I had to pay a little more, but that is fine with me! As long as I get the right product I ordered! This company was a waste of my time!! I hope I get my refund from this company. Oh...and when they send you something, you don't get a tracking number?

The item that I was told is "out of stock" and won't be available for another month, still says on their website that it is available and will shop in 5-7 days. That is wrong. I have never ordered anything else online before and received the wrong item. This is a first! Common mistake for sending me the wrong item? What a joke. This is not proper good business. They don't have a very good inventory of their products. Very unreliable. If I would wait for my right piece, who knows if I would get it in time? Brides - don't waste your time with this company. Go someplace else that will appreciate your business! I felt like I was being lied to about my item being "out of stock" after a whole month a waiting for the wrong item to show up. I was not notified at all, that it was out of stock. Very bad customer service.

I ordered a headband Jan 25, 2013. Still have not received it. E-mailed and never received response. Phoned couple weeks ago and informed would be reshipped and would receive it in 3-4 days. Still haven't received it. Tried calling, got recording to e-mail. I feel like this is going in circles. I am getting married May 17th. Now I have to hurry to try and find another vendor to get a headband. Not sure if this is jewelry item or accessory.

I have looked all over (Oregon and Washington) for quality chandelier earrings for my wedding. No luck until Bella-Tiara! They have a HUGE selection. My maid of honor and I spent all night trying to decide between all of the earrings. When we did she purchased a pair and I purchased two because I couldn't make up my mind still. When the earrings arrived I realized that one of the pairs they sent me was not the one I ordered, although they were beautiful. I called the next day and explained what happened. They said, "No problem!" They shipped me the pair I had originally purchased and let me keep the other two pairs so I could compare them and pick the one that fitted best with my wedding dress. I offered to send one pair back since they were sending me an additional set and I had only paid for two. They told me to wait so I didn't have to ship two packages which was so awesome. My other earrings arrived quickly and were the perfect fit. I sent back the other two sets and went back and purchased a bracelet! This is above and beyond what they had to do for me. On top of that when the earrings arrived they were just as beautiful in person as they looked online. No disappointments there! The site is great as well because on most items they give you general measurements, like the earrings are 2" long and 1" wide at the widest spot, and things like that. It helped so much in determining which earrings I wanted. Love this place!

Hi, i ordered earring for my bridesmaid on 1/4 and i rcvd them on 1/10. i love love the earring they are gorgeous. my fiancee first reaction was "they are soooo shiny" :) their customer services was very helpful- we went back an forth via emails. I also ordered my cake topper - i should be getting them next week. i will let you girls know how they look but def go for the earring for your self or bridesmaid. :)

I have called every week and they tell it will be in my inbox by the end of the night or they will call me back in ten minutes. Still waiting for both. They don't even ask for my name when I call. I ordered a veil a month ago. They claim that it has been shipped on March 12. I contacted them via email and someone has responded that I should receive the veil this week and that they would check the order of my status. It has been 6 days since they last responded and not a peep from them! My wedding is on May 4th and have no sight of my veil!!!! What kind of a company is this?!! They shouldn't be in the wedding industry if they don't understand the stresses of a bride! Weddingwire should take this vendor off their list! So frustrating!

I ordered my bridal hair comb at a special reduced price, where Bella Tiara said they only had 1 left. The item was shipped beautifully, arrived fairly quick and in perfect condition. I think it's even prettier in person than in the picture. Because of this, I can't say how there customer service is, since I had no reason to contact them. I had a great experience and would recommend them to a friend.

I had to write a review because I was very nervous to order from Bella Tiara because of previous comments. I fell in love with the Charlize Theron headpiece and couldn’t find anything like it online so I decided to take a chance. I wrote the vendor and they immediately responded telling me the item was in stock and ready to ship. I placed my order on 3/5/13 and it arrived on 3/12/13!! They were quick to respond and my headpiece is absolutely gorgeous! The picture online didn’t do it justice it’s in great condition and beautifully made. A great value for such a special item! I’m totally looking forward to using my beautiful headpiece.

I ordered a beautiful head comb in September. I received an email saying it was shipped It is now November 1st and still have yet to receive it. I wish I would have read all these reviews before! I live in Ny and I understand. I called today and was told they weren't by a computer so I had to email them. I spent a quite a bit of money and they already charged my card. I feel like I got scammed!

We are buyers and we do not recommend bella tiara. we bought a tiara-veil and it came dammaged becasue it was poorly wrapped. Owner will not credit us what she agreed to refund us so we will be filing a charge with the USPS

After reading some of the previous reviews I was nervous about ordering from Bella-Tiara, but I did anyways because the had the best price on the ansonia veil that I wanted! I recieved emails letting me know that my order was processed and then when it was being shipped! I also recieved a shipping tracking number which was great! I got my items today and they are perfect! I ordered a Ansonia veil it is gorgeous, I ordered a bracelet was is also gorgeous and in prefect condition and I also ordered a purse which is beautiful! I am very happy with the service provided by Bella-Tiara! Thank you so much!

Do NOT do business with Bella Tiara! I do not like to speak ill of other people and I certainly do not like to waste my time posting about merchants. However, I feel it is my duty to warn potential buyers from Bella Tiara because of my personal experience. Ordered head pins and necklaces on February 10, 2013. Payed rush express shipping$28.95. Only headpins arrived, necklaces never arrived. Emailed Bella Tiara, was promised to have it send asap. It is March 21, 39 days after I ordered. I do not know if I will ever receive them. If that happens, Bella Tiara would have unlawfully taken from me $97.98 for 2 necklaces and $28.95 for express shipping (some express shipping in 39 days!). Even if they decide to send it, I had my wedding a month ago and thanks to their complete lack of professionalism and honesty, without the necklace. Bella Tiara messed up my wedding and cost me extra money as I had to buy another necklace on the last minute(one I did not like as much). Do NOT do business with Bella Tiara!

This is a message to all brides please be very careful when ordering online from this company. They have 2 out there, Bella Tiara and Bella Bridal Jewelry. They are advertising designer products and when you get them they are not that at all. I recently ordered a Belle Aire veil from them and when I got it OMG it looked like it was bought at the dollar store. Please be very careful when ordering just check out there ratings and the Better Business Bureau first.

I placed the order for a bridal necklace on November 4, 2012. I was provided with a tracking number on November 13, 2012 and checked via USPS almost every day to get the shipping status of the necklace as it was for my bride for our wedding on November 24, 2012. I assumed that 20 days would be enough time to get the necklace. The last update on the USPS website stated that the label number was created and had the electronic shipping information received on November 17, 2012 but no other information was reported. November 24, 2012 came and went and the necklace still had not arrived. Even as it stands today, December 6, 2012, we have NOT received the necklace and the same update is listed on the USPS website. At this point the necklace is useless and wont be needed now that the wedding has passed. I emailed the company on December 3, 2012 informing them that I didnt reviece the product and wanted to get a full refund and cancel the order. As of December 6, 2012 still no response from the company. Just cost me about 50 bucks to remind me that I need to do due diligence on companies before buying something online. In repsonse: I emailed the company on December 3, 2012. We had a backup plan in place but were hoping that the necklace would have arrived before the wedding on November 24. We believed that the USPS tracking system was just not updated. According to the USPS website now, only the electric information was sent, so a package was never provided to the USPS for shipping. Upon our return from honeymoon I emailed you (December 3, 2012) informing you of the issue. The website stated that emailing the company was the easier method. It took posting a review on here to get a response back from your company.

Bella-Tiara representatives provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We placed an order for a veil within a week of needed it before we would travel to attend my sister-in-law's wedding oversees. As promised, Bella -Tiara delivered! The correct product came two days before we would travel, but on the exact date they promised. There were no evidence of any product defects and the appearance was as expected. There were questions we had along the way, so as to ensure we would receive the package on time. Bella-Tiara representative(s) answered them promptly and assured me in writing that everything would be fine. One thing to note: they have a laid-back approach to delivering superb customer service. As far as we are concerned, that worked well for us and would welcome such approach any day. Paid $28 for expedited shipping. They waited until after a holiday weekend to bother to mail it Finally received jewelry on day of event and it was missing stones. Forced to wear it. I would not order from this website! They are completely unreliable!! I placed an order where I spent a significant amount of money on July 2, 2012. The bracelet that I order arrived fairly quickly. I emailed them about not yet receiving my fascinator or veil on August 2, 2012. I was told my veil would ship on August 3, 2012 and I have not received it on August 22, 2012!!!! Also, I was told that my fascinator would ship on August 15, 2012. I have not yet received it on August 22, 2012!!!! When I first emailed them on August 2, 2012 the response was quick and the person was polite, even apologizing for any inconvenience! However, they have not responded AT ALL to my 2 emails this week!! This is infuriating and completely unacceptable!!! I would not advise any bride to order from this website as they are completely inconsistent and unprofessional!! This website does bad business, plain and simple. I order hair accessories and received an e-mail claiming "shipped". Two weeks later, no hair clips. I called and left a message, no return phone call. I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number if they indeed had "shipped". She never gave me one. Then she said she would ship again, I don't think she ever shipped the first time! Anyway, I finally got the clips, too late for my event, and they weren't even what I ordered!! This websites a joke!

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased from them a Kim Kardashian replica headpiece on 6/18/12 from this buyer and upon recieving it was so disappointed in its look decided to e-mail them to return it and this is what my reply was from them: "wow so sorry shocked you are the first customer that didn't like it and we have sold over 200 of them nonetheless everyone has different taste however this piece is actually nonreturnable I could with an exception exchange it for you / offer a store credit minus the 20% return fee. send the item back I will then send you a code with the credit amount that you could use to purchase anything else." Upon reading this I opted to send it back on 6/28/12 with a confirmation signature required just to make sure they recieved it. USPS STATED : Item was delivered at 11:02 am on June 30, 2012 in RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385. The item was signed for by B TIARA. So then I sent an e-mail to them about the exchange code and waited patiently. Now today is 7/17/12 and I still have no product or "code with the credit amount as stated. We BRIDES work to hard for the money to pay for our wedding as well as other things to be taken advantage of by people.I thought I was being nice by giving them the benefit of the doubt besides some negative reviews they recieved but they have proven to live up to their complaints. I am highly disappointed in this company.

I ordered a headband, necklace, earrings, and a bracelet, from Bella-Tiara a few months prior to my wedding. I received an email shortly after stating that my items had been shipped, but I never received a tracking number. 14 days later after not receiving the items I contacted them to ask what had happened, they stated that they saw the item had gone out for delivery but that there must have been some sort of mix up at the warehouse and they would send it out immediately express delivery at there expense and I would have the item in 3 days tops. 5 days later when I still did not have the items I contacted them and they said oh the items have gone out of delivery, when I continued to press them for a tracking number they could not provide me with one, they said they would email it to me in 2 hours. The next day when I did not receive a tracking number I called back and asked about my shipment, they said oh it just went out yesterday for delivery, you will have it by the weekend, I asked for a tracking number and they gave me one, but said that I probably would not see movement on it since the items had just been shipped yesterday, I reminded them that yesterday they told me they had already been shipped, but I was so happy that they were finally on their way that I hung up the phone. I immediately checked the tracking number and of course it said that they USPS had received notification that they were to expect a package from Bella-Tiara for pick-up but that one had not been delivered. I gave it a few days per the conversation with the woman on the phone, 3 days later when the tracking number read the exact same thing and believing that my items still had not gone out for shipment I contacted Bell Tiara again, explained the situation and they told me my items had just been shipped that morning. I told them to cancel the order and demanded a refund, believing that this is all a scam and that I will never see the items. It was already a month later and I could not afford to wait any longer for fear that it would leave me with no alternatives to find replacement pieces for my wedding. The woman on the phone at first said she could not cancel the order because it had already been shipped, I politely explained to her that we both knew nothing had been shipped, she then said she would contact a manager and see what she could do, I tried to explain to her my disappointment because I really liked what I had seen online and I was really looking forward to receiving the pieces I ordered, I mentioned that after a month had gone by and I had not received my items I started doing some research and came across some reviews that I wish I read prior to ordering, she then advised me that if I were to write a review I would not be getting a refund. I was shocked, I told her to please cancel my order immediately, I advised her that I would definitely be writing a review now, and if my money was not refunded I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau so that they could help settle our dispute, it looks like they have already been brought in to settle similar complaints with this company in the past. In the end they did refund my money, but I am very disappointed with the entire experience and I would hate for anyone else to have to put up with this same type of thing, especially if you have any sort of time frame to deal with. I never received any pieces so I could not judge the value of the product. Good Luck!

I bought a pair of earings from the website for my wedding. They looked great online. I was worried about how heavy they would be and the woman assured me they were lightweight. I bought them and then when I got them out, it was missing a crytal and more were falling out with just setting it on the counter. I called about returns and they only do exchanges flat out. They charge a 20 percent re-stocking fee even when it was their product that was damaged. She was not very nice about all of this either. After my 20% re-stocking fee, and I'm guessing shipping it will not be worth the return. I'm not sure about shipping because she cut me off and said she'll send me how to return it via email later

I can honestly say no matter the size of your wedding no bride is ready to tackle the amount of perpetration required. I started planning my wedding on time with at least two months in advance because it was a small ceremony. Little did I know I wouldn't find everything needed on time, I would schedule days and have lists of wedding stores I was planning on visiting. At the end of the day my search would leave me empty handed and disappointed. Bella tiara made my headaches go away , I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years so my expectations for service is always high. Mrs. Antonella Curto met and exceeded that expectation with flying colors from the moment I had questions to late night ( after store hours) 9pm conversations . She understood what a bride goes through trying to find that store where you can buy everything in one place from her veil to the jewelry and headpiece matching set. Everyone is always hesitant to shop online because of all the scams going on but this online store is 100% legit with exquisite pieces at a normal and budget smart cost. I was looking for vintage type realistic beautiful gold and silver earrings. I came across this site and was real happy. They do have a wonderful selection of everything for the brides, wedding party, etc. . I will say, I did not read reviews of this vendor until AFTER I ordered. I was leary..while waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered 5 items costing over a total of $280.00. I ordered on July 27th and received the 5 items on August 9, 2012. At first glance, I was disappointed that they mailed it in a super small USPS priority box. It came a little smashed up. (not their fault, I guess). I thought -- well the items will be in bubble wrap. -- but NO, they weren't. Just wrapped in tissue paper - the head band was in a large and beautiful muslin (not sure) bad with ribbon though. all of the items should have been wrapped in bubble wrap. Especially the headband...oh well. It wasn't bent or anything. Then I looked carefully at the earrings. Three pair were just gorgeous and heavenly. One pair was super cheap looking and that one cost almost $40.00 0 it said "fashion earrings" and then I looked at my order again and realized those particular pair of earrings are not what I ordered at all. I went back to the website and the earrings that I did order still show available . So, I am not sure what happened. I promptly wrote them an e-mail with what had happened. So now, will be waiting for a response. I truly hope that they exchange or refund. I do not want the earrings that they sent me that I did not order. The reviews in here are so mixed. FYI - they did sent me confirmation of my order - but NOT right away. Only after I e-mailed them, did I get a confirmation of my order. Then afterwards, a day or two later - I got a "will be shipping" email, then another that said SHIPPED -- and then finally a tracker number. I plan to write again with my outcome. I do hope it is good and that they have integrity. Overall, I would recommend them at this time. -- but who knows I might change my mind.

I bought an evening bag from this website. It took a month to arrive which was longer than expected- almost 2 weeks before it was shipped. I especially ordered a bag with a long strap available but when it arrived there was no long strap, no "free sample" and no extra crystals as said on the website. When I got in touch I was told the strap would be shipped that day - 8th August. I wanted it for my son's wedding 2 weeks later. It did not arrive and on 8th Sept I let them know - but no reply. 2 days ago I e- mailed to ask if they intended to send it but no reply - again. Of course, they have the money now ! I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RISK DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN.

I was searching high and low for a veil, and could not find anything I liked. This plac eis fantastic! I was kept in the dark and then lied to about my order, not impressed! I ordered two items that were labled in stock (stated to "ship in 3-5 days"). 21 days later I had not received anything except a ship notification with no tracking. When customer service emailed me back - they stated my veil had NOT been in stock even thought it said it was, so they had to order it and my order was just being shipped today. This would have been okay if SOMEONE had told me. Also... why would you say you shipped my order when you didn't? Very unprofessional, as was the response email I got with zero capitalization, punctuation, or grammar; It looked like a text message. Their products are very well priced and if you have no problem with them they are probably great - but I find them unprofessional and unreliable at this point and would not recommend them.

This company is a total pain in the *** I put together 2 orders total. The first one they claimed the item was lost in the mail so they had to reship it. The second order half shipped in a timely manner the other half still have not received and they have been promising me for 3 weeks that it will be here. However, I was please to say that I received my items within 7 to 10 days and had no problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I order a cake topper and a cake topper holder for my sister's bridal shower. It does take a week to receive an order confirmation. I inquired about my order after two weeks and received an email stating that the cake topper was ready to be shipped but the cake topper holder wasn't ready because it needed to be personalized. The email also stated that their orders take about two weeks to process. I felt that the email wasn't very pleasant. Anyway!! They shipped the cake topper asap because the I needed it right away for the bridal shower. The company shipped the wrong cake topper. Well, I then needed to shipped the wrong cake topper in order to receive the correct one. They corrected the mistake and blamed the company for this mistake. I place my order on April 5, 2012. Last week (June 5, 2012), I inquired about my cake topper holder. Their response was OMG is wasn't shipped. I wrote back no and they stated that the company thought they shipped my item but never did. I'm so disgusted with this company. They need a better system of keeping track whether their orders get shipped or not. Also, whether the correct items get shipped. They also need to take ownership for all orders and not put blame on the companies. Therefore, stay away!! As of June 15, 2012, I haven't receive my order. As you can see by their response, I order a custom base that takes 2 and half months to personalize LMFAO. When your emails stated, that the company thought that this order was already fulfill and shipped. Like I said take ownership for your company to ensure that all order are fulfilled and sent. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I have been extremely upset and seething about my experience for weeks now with this company. I have had that opporutnity to seethe for weeks because that is how long everything apparantly takes. I placed my orginal order on April 25th and was so excited to try them out! Everything on thier website looks so gorgeous!! I had ordered a bracelet for myself, one for my sister, a pair of earrrings for my mother and a rhinstone letter cake topper as well as a rhinestone head band for my sister also. I placed my order and did not recieve a shipment confirmation until about 5 days later. WOW....seems like a long time but ok....then it took over 2 weeks after that to get to my door. We are now talking about nearly 3 whole weeks to get an order! When I opened the box, I was seriously disappointed with the way in which my little treasures had arrived. I cannot believe nothing was totally broken!! Each item was wrrapped in a single piece of tissue paper and shoved in the box with no extra padding or wrapping of any kind at all!!! When I got my order that I had waited so long for, I was even more upset when I realized they had messed my order up!! They sent me 2 completely different bracelets than the ones I had ordered!!! I also decided after seeing the earrings I ordered for my mother, that they were not really "her" so I emailed them and said I wanted an RA number to send the items back. Ann responded quickly to my email and informed me the bracelet I had ordered to go with my wedding dress was sold out and discontinued. She said they must have sent my bracelet to someone else. I asked a few times to see if they could locate it, but I was told they never heard back from the customer they MAY have sent it to. My sister's bracelet was in stock so I could return the bracelet and the earrings and exchange them. I placed a new order and still had to wait 4 days to get an RA number after that. I went through my house and collected all the pieces of bubble wrap and tissue paper I could find and carefully wrapped each piece and then paid $11 to ship back items I never ordered. I placed my new order for the exchanged items (although I did not order a bracelet for myself because I still cannot find anything I like as much as the one I orginally ordered) on May 21. It is now June 5th and I STILL do not have my order!!! These people I am pretty sure are insane to think that is normal!! Because of the mix up on my first order, I put a note in the comments box "PLEASE SHIP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!" and it still took them 5 days to ship it! They clearly do not care about thier customers or fixing thier mistakes! I ordered a hair accessory from freakin Hong Kong that took less time! I have now invested almost 2 months and $400 at this point to get what I originally wanted!! They are the slowest shippers I have ever seen and will absolutely NEVER EVER use them again! If I ever even hear of anyone I know thinking of using them, I will slap them silly! All this time and effort and it is now 19 days before my wedding...and I am still waiting for my jewelry and for gifts for my mom and sister. BRIDES SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered my veil and headpiece from this company three weeks before my wedding thinking that it would be plenty of time if I paid extra for shipping. The Monday before my wedding I called the company because I still hadn't received what I ordered. They told me that they would rush the package the next day and I would receive it by Wednesday, and that they would email me the tracking number. By Wednesday I still had not received it and I was never given the tracking number. I called several times with no answer and when I finally got a hold of someone she told me that there system was down and that she couldn't tell me where it was. On Thursday morning I finally got two veils and two headpieces, and only one package had the correct order in it. The other one was the wrong headpiece. I hadn't checked my email all week because I was busy getting ready for my wedding. So the day after I checked my email and found that they charged me a second time for the second order, and that I was supposed to refuse one of the orders. So while I was on my honeymoon, my mom sent the second veil and headpiece back. They received it the 26th of June and I still haven't received reimbursement for the second order and shipping. I had to send them the tracking number to prove that they received it, and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. The price and quality is NOT worth the hassle of dealing with this company. The service people were horrible and blamed me for their screw up. I suggest going to a reputable dealer.

Placed my order for a bridal headband on the 27th of Feb. Waited a few days and noticed the status of my order hadn't been changed to "shipped" so I contacted them and got a quick reply saying the item had been out of stock and had shipped that day. Waited for it to arrive and it was exactly what I had wanted! I totally loved it but 2 of the crystals had fallen and one was broken off. I contacted the company via email that night and again was responded to very quickly. I was told to send the item back with a return authorization number and they would send me another one in return. I sent it back the very next day (March 15) and waited and waited for the new one to arrive so I contacted them again by email and got a reply a couple days later saying a new one would be shipping out April 25 because it had been out of stock again , I waited again and checked my mail daily with hopes it had arrived and still nothing! - so I called and was told that the item is STILL out of stock and that one hadn't been send in April like I was told it would be. On the phone I was also told they should be getting more in this past Thursday (May 10th) and that they would send one out right away and then email me to let me know it had been sent and I have yet to hear anything... At this point I'm worried a new one won't arrive in time for my wedding because I'm leaving almost 2 weeks before hand. I hope I don't have to go spend more money on something else or go without! I loved the headband I got but for $89 I wanted something undamaged. If I could go back I would have gotten super glue and just dealt with it myself because its been more stress then its worth. I'm hoping this situation gets resolved soon! Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and polite but I wish I was getting a clear reliable reply as to when I can expect my headband. UPDATE: came home today (May22) excited to find my headband had FINALLY arrived only to open it and realize that the headband was a different style then the one i had ordered... I called right away and the lady I spoke to was quite nice, looked into it and called me back quickly and said some kind of mix up must have happened and I am to send the wrong one back and wait for the correct one to come! - she said I should have it by the end of next week! - thats cutting it WAY too close for comfort but my fingers are crossed!

I found a barrette for myself and bridesmaids, as well as an earring and necklace set on the Bella-Tiara site. The barrettes were actually on sale,but the earring set was not. I must admit that some of the reviews had me on pins and needles, but all turned out well. It did take about 7 business days for me to receive my package after I received the email saying that the package had shipped. I also noted that a few of my stones were missing from my necklace, but it isn't noticeable. The items did seem to be poorly packaged, but the products were awesome! None of the pieces looked cheap or flimsy. Their products are definitely top notch. I just wished they would work on the packaging.

I ordered two hair clips from Bella Tiara on May 3 2012. The ordered items were charged to me May 4. I am aware that the shipping time frame is 7-9 days. I called on May 9 to confirm that my order had been shipped-since the status of the order wasn't updated. When I called, the woman I spoke to first said they handle their questions thru email, & wasn't very friendly. Secondly, she told me my order was sent out on Tuesday May 8, and I would receive my order on Friday May 11. Well I didn't receive my order on May 11 or even May 12 for the wedding. I received my order May 16- 14 days after I placed the order. I understand that sometimes things take longer, but I felt that my order wasn't sent out when I was told andI found it suspicious that there was no tracking number with the order. I believe it was not sent on the day I was told.

I ordered earrings to wear to a wedding. Understanding that $29.99 is not a lot of money, I was not expecting top-notch designer quality but I was expecting the earrings to arrive UNDAMAGED. I had the same experience as another reviewer. I emailed the company upon receipt of my damaged items (4 stones were missing from the earrings). Admittedly, I was offered a replacement pair by express mail, but why on earth would I want to replace a clearly very low quality pair of earrings with the same low quality pair of earrings? If this pair came damaged, what assurance would I have that another one wouldn't? Not to mention, I was flying out for the wedding within two days, so I decided to head to a department store to find something that I knew would not be Claire's-quality jewelry for five times the price. I sent the earrings back immediately (shipping on me) and was refunded $15.05 of the $29.99 I paid. I got a partial refund for DAMAGED goods that I did not want to keep. I'm sorry, Bella Tiara, but if you are sending customers damaged products, you should be going out of your way to make these customers happy, even if they don't want a replacement of the same item. It is not my fault that your items were poorly made. For the $14.95 that you "saved" yourselves (really? are you seriously restocking damaged earrings? and what's the rest of the deduction for? unreal...), I will be sure to alert all of my friends and family about your terrible service and low quality products. This is NOT how you do business, especially when there are a lot of other places to buy jewelry out there.

I ordered a wedding hair comb from Bella Tiara back in about May of 2011. It was expected to arrive in about 3 weeks. After just about over a month I hadn't received it and contacted the company. They had told me that there was no way to track my package and that it became lost. I asked them to send me another and they told me I had purchased the last one. I asked when they would be getting a new shipment and they said one week. They then had told me that because I was willing to wait for their shipment, once it came in they would send it out to me right away by express mail which would only take about 4 to 6 days to get to me. Another almost 2 weeks went by and still no comb. I contacted them again and they said that another person in their office had sent out my comb, but wasn't aware of the express shipping instructions, so they just sent it out by regular shipping which had an expected eta of between 10 to 14 business days. In total I waited almost 3 months from time of purchase to get my comb. One good thing I can say about the company is the responsivness. Every time I contacted them, they responded back within 24 hours. I had ordered one that had crystal rhinestones on it, and when it arrived, the center stone was "Glued" crooked and off center. I ordered from Bella tiara because they were the only one who had the style of comb I was looking for. Would I order from them again......no.

First off, Bella-Tiara is located in NY, and I am in CT....so why would the priority shipping take over a week? Very Slow! It should have gotten here in 2 days. The bracelet had a gray stone which I consider damaged. Maria refused a full refund, she wanted her 25% restocking fee. This was NOT my fault, I just didn't change my mind, it was DAMAGED. I don't want to do business with Bella-Tiara if they have NO quality control. Buyer BEWARE !

Purchased a cathedral veil it was beautiful, and I saved over $200 dollars as I saw the same veil in a bridal boutique. Customer service was great and I receive my veil within 10 days just as promised. Very happy bride

I ordered my bridal jewelry from bella about 6 weeks before my wedding....when it didn't arrive after 3 weeks of waiting, I called and found out my package had been lost in the mail. The woman I spoke with was very accomodating and tried to have another mailed to me, but it was out of stock. She was more than willing to work with me to get another jewelry piece sent out, and was willing to give me a good deal on something more expensive if I wanted it. I ended up choosing a different necklace/earing set and a hair piece. No problems cancelling the credit card payment from the previous order....everything worked out fine and my jewelry arrived before my wedding day :) loved the hairpiece and the necklace set!!! I was a little upset that I couldn't get my original favorite, but the alternative was beautiful so I was very happy!

I order an evening bridal clutch from Bella Tiara and received it in 3 business days. I had been searching for months online and several department stores, for that special bag when I discovered Bella Tiara had exactly what I had been looking for without having to pay hundreds of dollars. I was so pleased when I opened the package. It was exactly what I wanted and so much more. The picture and description were helpful but I did not expect the quality to be so amazing!! Happy Bride

My hairpiece was stunning and a great value. I wasn't a first time bride and didn't want a veil - but wanted to have something extraordinary to accent my hair. My bugle bead and crystal hairpiece got lots of oohs and ahhhs - and I felt beautiful wearing it. I also ordered my necklace and earrings - also a great value and beautiful. Everything was shipped super fast too.

I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings from this vendor 17 days before my wedding. 6 days later I got an email stating that my order was "ready for shipping." Mind you, it didn't say it had shipped. Three days later, when I still hadn't received my order ($50 for a pair of earrings!), I contacted the seller and she sent me the USPS "priority" tracking order, that stated that the item had left the facility 30 miles from her three days after the email stated it had been shipped. I lived in Northern Virginia. This seller is in New York City. It takes approximately four (4) hours to drive from NoVa to NYC. It has taken her company more than 9 days to get my merchandise to me. Why?

> the standard processing time is 3-4 business days and then shipping time which is about 3-4 days therefore you need to give it about 7-9 days to receive. If we knew you needed it sooner we would of definately expedited the shipping at no cost as we do it when we can, but we were never contacted. nonetheless item was received, we did respond to your email and the product is beautiful and still reasonable priced compared to other sites.. good luck on your wedding and I guess we can't make everyone happy no matter how hard we try...

We had been promised a veil from another vendor as a free gift when purchasing a wedding gown. When it did not arrive (after 7 weeks) and the wedding was in a few days, I called Bella-Tiara at midnight over the Memorial day weekend. To my astonishment I spoke with the owners who were Gracious, Friendly & Very Professional. They immediatly checked if the Bird cage we wanted was available & sent it toot-sweet! We got it in time for my daughters big day & it was perfect. And the very best part ~ it was reasonably priced!! Thank you so much for saving the day!!

After reviewing other bridal accessory websites, I found bella-tiara.com to have the greatest selection for its value. They had the bridal haircomb I was searching for and had it delivered in time for my wedding that was 2 weeks away. Even the questions I had on some of the accessories were addressed promptly and with courtesy. I wouldn't bother finding your bridal accessories elsewhere but at bella-tiara.com

I learned about Bella Tiara jewlery from one of my good friends. She was wearing the most beautiful tiara and braclet that i have seen in other wedding and as i just got engaged before her wedding I had to ask her when she got their from. I went on the website and loved the jewlary and the veils there. I still wanted to check out in bridal stores what they have to offer. I looked around for Tiara or Veil that I was imagining that I would wear on my special day for a reasonable price, but kept on comparing to what Bella Tiara had and decided to try ordering from the website. I loved everything that i saw! I also showed the website to my mom and my mother in law and they both wanted their jewelry from their as well. I contacted the owner and sent her pictures of my dress and she was AMAZING from the beginning to the end. I am very picky and cant make up my mind but she was great, she told me her opinion and sent me pictures of what she thinks would match me and my family based on my description. When i got the items i Loved them!! The owner has great taste and patience and she wanted to help me with every request. The prices of all the items and the quality are far better than the regular bridal stores that I went to. Definitely recommend! I am still planning to order more jewelry for other occasions as well, they are just gorgeous!

I ordered my veil, jewelry, bridesmaids jewelry and flower girl jewelry. I had a hard time deciding on a veil and had a very specific idea in mind. Ann was so incredibly helpful and patient. She really went above and beyond on helping decide and making sure I was happy with my decision. The website is easy to use and all the pics look just like the product, you really get a great idea of what you are getting. The products were perfect and my veil was exactly what I wanted. I wanted a flower hairpin I saw at my bridal shop. Have heard horror stories about buying wedding related products online. I emailed Bella Tiara to get more info at 10pm and got an immediate response. They answered all my questions and I have the exact piece I wanted at a significantly lower price in 2 days. My bridal shop told me 3 months. Service and response time with Belle Tiara is excellent! Product was as described with tags and box.
