From when I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful! I went to the one in Carl place! they dont pressure you into anything and they keeping looking for that perfect dress for you!! The manger bobbi is also so helpful... I would Highly recommend this store! they made my wedding dress perfect!! =)

Bridal Reflections is about an hour from where I live but the drive was so worth it. My dress came in with plenty of time and it was perfect. The only alteration that needed to be made was the hem and the bustle and it the cost wasn't too bad. Also, I met with the sales girl 3 times before I bought my dress and I never felt pressured into buying anything and everyone there was always so nice and patient it made me want to buy a dress from them.

Cristina DeMarco and the staff at Bridal Reflections 5th Ave care about their brides. My consultant Jackie asked me about my personal style and then immediately starting putting me in Ines Di Santo gowns. I felt as if she was reading my mind because every dress she put me in was a dress I could see myself walking down the aisle in. The last dress I tried on was the most amazing gown I'd ever laid eyes on, & that's the one I got married in. When it came time for fittings, Bridal Reflections allowed me to do all my fittings in one weekend since I was an out of town bride. I would highly recommend the 5th Ave store.

I cant stress enough how gorgeous the bridal dresses are. I been to so many different stores and couldn't find the right dress. I finally bought by dress from Bridal Reflections and couldn't be more excited about it.

I went shopping to a lot of other dress shops but I can't even tell you how perfect this place was. Other stores made me feel like I was just shopping for a dress but not here, the look of the place, the interior, the way they made me feel...it was the only place that I felt like I was buying my wedding gown. It was absolutely perfect. I am from upstate and needed special circumstances for some of my fittings because it wasn't easy for me to travel down and they were so flexible and not bothered at all by some of the requests. They were always in contact and my dress looked so beautiful.

So, My husband and I got married on November 2, 2012 - 4 days after Hurricane Sandy, which was also the height of the gas shortage on Long Island and in New York. I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa for my wedding gown which was a Paloma Blanca gown that I fell in love with. Now, I wasn't to chubby to begin with, I was around 128 pounds when I first tried the dress on, and didn't lose an extreme amount until about that week, with the stress of everything, I ended up being 114 pounds the day of my wedding, and not by choice - I just was so stressed and nervous with everything going on around me. The only reason I'm writing this part in is because Bridal Reflections did EVERYTHING in their power to accommodate me and my bridal party (I also got my girls a Bill Levkoff gown from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa) ... due to the power outages, we had no power in the bridal salon, they fit me in the dark and had my dress tailored and steamed at the seamstress's house --- AMAZING, it came out beautifully and they really did everything they could for me --- one of my bridesmaids actually lost her dress due to flood damage and they let her borrow the floor sample. I praise Bridal REflections of Massapequa for saving the day, big time!!

I purchased my amazingly gorgeous Ines di Santo gown from Bridal Reflections in NYC (garment distric). Everyone at Bridal Reflections was incredibly helpful. I tried on gowns at three places, Kleinfeld's, Bridal Reflections, and Bergdorf Goodman (in that order). I actually found my dress, at Bergdorf Goodman, I knew it was THE ONE the second she zipped it up, but the service there was not so good. So my mom called Bridal Reflections and spoke with the receptionist there. They actually did have that dress, it was Ines di Santo Eve, at another one of their stores, and they had someone pick it up and drive it to me to the store in Manhattan so I could try it on there! So nice! They were all so very helpful throughout the entire process. In addition my alterations were perfect and done ahead of schedule! I even came for my final fitting, went home and paniced about the fit, called them and they said this is "normal" I came in again for an additional final fitting and left feeling so happy and so comforted that my dress would be perfect. AND IT WAS! Everyone said that I had the most beautiful wedding dress they had ever seen! I'm so thankful I went to Bridal Reflections!!!!! They were wonderful!

Bridal Reflections did such a good job with the whole process of purchasing and fitting my bridal gown. We also purchased the bridesmaid dresses and my mother's dress there. All the dresses arrived before they said they would, alterations were done quickly and painlessly, and pickup was a breeze. My sister-in-law actually became unexpectedly pregnant and they said it would be find but in the end had to rush-order a new dress at the last minute. It arrived before they said it would and her seamstress was able to create a beautiful and flattering gown that she looked fantastic in. We were of course disappointed that we had to pay for the 1st dress but understood that it was their policy. Other than that, everything was great!

When I began the quest to find my wedding dress, I didn't realize how tiresome (and at times annoying!) it could be. I tried on 50 dresses prior to going to Bridal Reflections. My experience at Bridal Reflections from my first day there until the last day of my fitting/dress pick-up was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, they listened to what I was looking for and I found my wedding dress there on the first try. Each subsequent visit was easy and even though they were very busy at times, it was clear that they knew exactly what to do to ensure great customer service.

Being an out of state nervous bride who ordered her dress 4 sizes too small this staff had a lot of patience, compassion and worked with me from beginning to end. My dress came out beautiful, their work was exquisite and the professionalism was superior. There wasn’t a person who I spoke to who wasn’t pleasant or kind when I called, e-mailed or came to see during my fittings. It is hard being an out of state bride who ordered her dress four sizes too small because she didn’t want to be the fat bride but had to order her dress so it could be made on time for the wedding. The dress fit me like a glove, the staff was phenomenal and although I am NEVER Getting Married AGAIN!!!! I would do it all over if I could work with Bridal Reflections again. I visited Bridal Reflections as part of the Brides Across America Program (dress giveaways to military spouses a few times a year). They had their organized event a few days before I could be in town, but they still let me keep the appointment and receive a gown through the program. The staff was friendly and kind. The owners were so appreciative and generous. It was a great experience.

We went to three bridal salons before choosing Bridal Reflections. I am so glad we did! They were the only salon that didn't make me feel like a number. They spent time with me and really took time to understand my taste and style. My dress was beautiful and I got so many compliments. If I have one comment for Bridal Reflections, I guess I wish they would have told me how heavy my dress would be after several hours as all the weight was held by my ribs. Also, I wish they would have told how easily the material would wrinkle in shipping. The dress was a great deal and pictures don't even do justice to how amazing the dress was. They also sold me a wonderful veil that I got a million compliments on.

Planning a Halloween wedding was a pleasure thanks to Bridal Reflections. I wanted my gown and bridal party to reflect a Masquerade ball and I picked the right vendor to pull this off. Not only did they find the perfect gown for me and my entire bridal party, they also did my flower girls and in laws. It was perfect all the way around. I am a south florida bride who flew up to NYC in January 2010 for an appointment at Bridal Reflections. I called ahead to have some plus size dresses available in some styles I liked. When I arrived they had a wide range of sizes for me. I was a bit discouraged, but proceeded to try on. By the second dress I was hysterical and calling out for my mom! I was fortunate enough to have the comfort of Mr. David Tutera dress shopping with me that day and he came into the dressing room to comfort me and introduced me to the vice president Cristina DeMarco. She was my angel! She assisted me with pinning some of the smaller dresses to me, so I could at least see what they looked like and made the next few hours amazing. After selecting the dress of my dreams, Cristina gave approval for the seamstress to have a 1st and final fitting in ONE WEEKEND, exactly one month before my wedding! So I didn't have to fly back and forth just for the two standard required fittings. When I flew back in September 2010, I was absolutely blown away with the amount of work Cristina's team did in a 24 hour period for me..and they even shipped the dress to me, so I wouldn't have to travel with it on the plane! I am forever grateful to Cristina (and of course David Tutera) for making my wedding dress experience one I will never forget. My mother bought her dress at the Carle Place location....they were just as amazing with their service!

I originally visited the Bridal Reflections in Manhattan and didn't really find anything I liked, but Bobbi, a manager showed me a few pictures of gowns and assured me that I would love them and even managed to bring them to the Carle Place location for my convenience. The last dress I tried on brought tears to my eyes. I absolutely loved it!! Bobbi, Jackie, and the rest of the staff really did an AMAZING job of making sure my dress was perfect! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the bride is taken care of. I also purchased the veil and headpiece from them. Loved them!

I had a very interesting request that I thought would go unanswered. I was the MOH in my best friend/cousins wedding. We went looking for dresses in Toronto and found very little that would work for us. There was 2 dresses however that we liked. We narrowed it down to the 1. But, that dress was too expensive. As we didn't find anything else, I told the bride that I would see if I could find that dress cheaper in the States. I contacted almost 10 bridal shops and as most ignored me and others gave me very little information, there was one bridal store that stood out from them all. Bridal Reflections quickly replied, letting me know that they could help us get the dresses, at a cheaper price than we could find in Canada, and in a very reasonable time. After getting the final ok from the bride, I took on the task of getting out bridal party attire from Bridal Reflections in New York. There were a lot of steps that concerned me, sizing, payments, shipping. Anthony and Christine took SUCH GOOD CARE of all the details. Not only did they make every step along the way effortless and easy, they treated us like we were right there in the salon the whole time. Since this impeccable customer service and relationship had been built, I decided to also get my daughter, who was also the flower girl, dress from them as well. We happened to be in New York visiting family, so made the short drive into the salon to create a magical experience for my 3 year old daughter. We finally met Christine, our New York Angel. She made my daughter feel like she was the most important client she had ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm so happy that I was able to meet Christine face to face. She worked so hard for us and it was a pleasure to put a face to that voice that had been talking to me for months. Bridal reflections had the option to ignore the request from a wacky Canadian who had probably the weirdest question they had ever received. But they didn't. They did the opposite of that. They worked tirelessly to get this RIGHT, 110%! From the first response from Anthony, to the packaged care the dresses arrived in, it was flawless. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with people that truly cared every step of the way. They were professional, caring, fun, and on the ball the whole way through. Bridal Reflections is a rare gem with a miracle team. A million times over, I cannot thank them enough. Bridal Reflections rocks!!!!

I was so happy with my experience at Bridal Reflections. I was one of the lucky ones who found her dress very easily, but I think part of that was the fact that the assistant from the store knew exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful. My mother and all my bridesmaids also got there dresses from Bridal Reflections. They were very please as well. My seamtress, Zeze, was a doll! (Believe me though, it is totally worth the wait!) Their shop in NYC is clean and calming for the anxious bride. This was the first place I tried and I found my dress after trying on only TWO gowns!! Highly recommend Bridal Reflections, I bought my wedding dress at their location in Massapequa, NY. They have a strict policy for the # of people who can join you on your wedding dress search, but I actually really appreciated their policy once I visited the store and realized how intimate their studio is. It makes for a much more relaxing experience, and allows you to take your time in making the best choice for your wedding dress. Only marking value because their prices seemed more expensive than others in the area, but the dress I went for was gorgeous and it was constructed beautifully. I did not end up using their tailoring services, but I can highly recommend their bridal salon. The experience was relaxed, staff is professional and patient, and the salon has a great selection.

What can I say…this store was amazing and my bridal consultant, Lynne, was excellent! I had visited 3 other bridal salons (including highly televised ones) and none compared to the type of customer service, selection, and treatment that I received at Bridal Reflections. Every single dress I tried on was amazing and it was the first time that I felt great in each dress that I tried on. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of their gowns was amazingly impressive. I bought a Stephen Yearick gown during a trunk show at their store and met the designer of my dress. He was so helpful and I thought that it made the dress buying experience that much more special. The alterations department was excellent and it was capped at a reasonable price. What I liked about them was that I tried on their sample sized dress and it already fit me well. They weren’t slick and tried to order me a larger size to capitalize on my potential alterations bill.

After searching long and hard, I bought my gown from Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I had visited all three locations, and had good experiences at all three. I was also pretty indecisive about the gown. I fell in love with a Simone Carvalli gown, and impulsively put a deposit on the dress. Later that night, I started crying, realizing I had jumped the gun. I called the manager the very next day, and explained to her how I felt. She was extremely understanding, and put the order on hold, allowing me to look through their stores again to find another dress. This time around, I took my time, visiting the locations several times. All of the women that helped me were very understanding and did their best to match the ideas in my head to their dresses. Finally, I spotted a beautiful dress that had all the features I was looking for- a Winnie Couture gown- on the website. When I asked at the salon, they didn't have it. I explained that I really felt strongly that this was my dress. They went the extra mile and borrowed a sample from her trunk show (that was not in the area either at the time) so I could try it on. I felt much more comfortable this time choosing the Winnie dress. I felt so beautiful in it! If it were not for the flexibility of the store, I may have settled for something, instead of finding the perfect dress. I was extremely happy with the salon's service and all who helped me from start to finish.

A friend of mine is getting married soon, so I suggested she use Bridal Reflections since I had such a Wonderful experience with them. I went to the store with her to help her pick out her gown and was reminiscing with all the ladies my experience and how perfect my gown, fittings and alterations where when it dawned on me I should write a review reflecting that. So, here it is. Any of you girls getting married in the NY area, do not hesitate to go to Bridal Reflections, you'll get treated like family and they will take care of all your needs. I have found my perfect dress in their Manhattan store, but had all the other work done at their Massapequa location and was very happy with the staff and their services. They also helped me find my veil at one of their trunk shows. The seamstress and everyone else did an amazing job. The dress was beautiful, they always followed up on all my appointments with a phone call reminder and all my visits seamed easy and effortless. They create a very pleasant environment and try to take away the stress of being a bride and having to take care of so many things.

i found this place online and then saw it on 20/20 the night before my appointment. it was on 20/20 as it was the wedding weekend of Prince William and Kate Middleton and they had a dress similar to Kate's. It was a wonderful experience getting my dress here and the tailors were fantastic! I also went to Kleinfelds and much preferred Bridal Reflections. Kleinfelds is huge, full of tourists, bright lights for TV and overall a bit "too much" for my taste. Bridal Reflections was much more laid back, much more one on one, and overall much easier to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress. A great experience.

I probably went to 5 - 8 stores to look for dresses, and I just couldn't find anything I wanted in my price range! I finally went to Bridal Reflections in Carle Place after a few months of searching, and found the dress of my dreams! On a whim, I tried on a Romona Keveza dress that was the perfect shape, but I did not like the top at all. After talking a little with the sales associate, we tried to figure out how to adjust the top to make it what I wanted, she even got the seamstress out to help pin everything so I could see what it looked like. After a few minutes I fell in love... And I knew that was the dress I was going to wear on the most important day of my life! The staff at Bridal Reflections is just amazing - from the sales associate, to the VP who gave me a great deal, to the seamstress who did exactly what I wanted. They all worked together to make me look amazing on my wedding day!

The bridal reflection staff was amazing!!!! They were always pleasant and nice, no snotty attitudes which I was always afraid of. Heather was the most helpful to me with my bridesmaid dresses and she was extremely nice every time I called. My dress, veil, and headpiece came out amazing. It was my favorite part of my day!! I was a little disappointed in the alterations and the dress was still big on top and I felt the lady wasn't really listening because she didn't want to do it again. Other than that - amazing place!!!!!

I went to Bridal Reflections in NYC. I was a little skeptical about going here because I read some negative reviews but most bridal places have SOME negatives. A close friend of mine got her dress from here and had no issues. So after going to all the major bridal stores in NYC including Kleinfelds (who I felt didn't pull enough options for me and they don't let you look around), I fell in LOVE with an Ines Di Santo gown at Bridal Reflections. It was definitely more than what I was looking to spend but after going to nearly a dozen bridal stores it was the one dress I could not stop thinking about. I felt like it was unique, funky and just really represented who I am and what kind of bride I wanted to be. I worked with Sam who was always so helpful and really honest with me as well. They gave me a 20% discount on the gown since they knew it was over my budget. From there is was smooth sailing. Their showroom is gorgeous, tons of dresses to choose from and they don't rush or pressure you to make a decision. Appointments were really easy to schedule and always ran on time. I would go for my fittings during my lunch break. I did give them a fake date which I would reccommend to all brides until the dress is in and then give them real one. They weren't surprised either when I gave the real date, everyone does it. I went on multiple fittings (3 or 4 at least) until the dress fit like a GLOVE. The only problem I had day of was that after sitting in the limo for an hour I think the material stretched out a bit and all of a sudden my dress felt a smidge too long. I had some trouble going up the church stairs. I also lost a little bit of weight the last week so that might have been it too. I would reccommend getting it a little short than they reccommend. I was really happy with Bridal Reflections though and would highly reccommend it. We also purchased the bridesmaids dress at the store in LI. Again, a great selction and they gave us 20% off because I purchased my gown with them. They do the same for mother of the bride as well. Also, Ines Di Santo - I'm so glad I went with one of her designs. She has the most unique dresses out there but still so classy and elegant. I've yet to see a dress I like more than her designs.

My seamstress at the store did a great job on fitting the dress. The bustle could have been more user friendly, but other than that the service was great and they also have a huge selection of dresses to try on.

Bridal Reflections was a wonderful vendor to work with. Their bridal consultants were always very sweet and patient. From when I first came in to try on dresses until I picked up my altered dress the day before my wedding, their quality of service never changed. They made me feel that I was important and they were always accomodating to my needs. They even let me come in and "visit" my dress when it arrived in the store, even though it was more than 6 months before I needed to have it alterted. When it was altered, it came out beautifully.

I actually bought my wedding dress from the Bridal Reflections at Carle Place. The staff was wonderful and they provided exellent service and attention to the bride (and her entourage!). The fittings went smoothly and the dress looked absoultely gorgeous.

My dress was beautiful. They have a very big selection. They worked with me on price which I appricated because the dress was alittle out of my budget but they made it work! Only down side was I went for 3 fittings and the 2nd fitting she had to take the dress in alittle. The last fitting it was way to tight (I didn't gain any weight as I went on the scale that morning to make sure). We waited there while she took it out and I retryed it on it was still alittle tight but being it was strapless I was nervous to take it out more as it might fall down. That was a mistake because once I ate a little something at the wedding the dress got so tight I was uncomfortable. I don't no how much she took in the first time but it was way to much but it is also my fault for not speeking up when she took it out. Overall, good experience.

Bridal Reflections in NYC was great. After going to their location in Carle Place and having a negative experience (sales associate who kept staring at herself the entire time and did not listen to anything I had to say) the VP, Cristina DeMarco, helped in the NYC location. She helped me find the exact dress I saw and liked in a competitor's salon for a great price. Some of the sales associates are a bit snooty, but Georgina was an absolute doll. She was peppy, positive, and extremely helpful. Tania did my alterations and worked magic. When the dress came in it was HUGE on me... she used those magic hands and after a few appointments the dress fit like a glove. My only complaint was that they completed the length alterations before the bodice was finished... so it ended up being about an eighth of an inch too short. If I had to do it over again, we would have finished the length last.

My first dress appt was at Bridal Reflections. I was meant to head to Pronovias and Kleinfelds but never made it. I loved my experience. I went for three fittings and a pick up. I felt like the staff knew me and I knew them. They were reasonably flexible with appointmetns and i was NEVER rushed. I only wish there were more weekend hours- but that's neither here nor there. I loved my dress, albeit pricey, I loved the alterations. I loved everyone's advice. It was fantastic. Would highly recommend esp after scheduling and other drama I've heard of at other venues.

Bridal Reflections in NYC on 5th avenue is absolutely the best Bridal Salon. I had a wonderful experience and they even introduced me to Robin from Boutique DeVoile. Robin was the sweetest and most understanding Vendor I worked with. She made my headpiece and veil. Not only is her work beautiful but she was extremely efficient. My headpiece looked liked it was plucked out of the Titanic Era and my veil was Lace and Cathedral Length, extremely long and dramatic. Robin is such a great person as well as a business owner. I did most of my wedding dress shopping in New York when I was living there for grad school. Bridal Reflections was recommended by a friend and I was really happy with their sales and alterations. They have a lot of the same designers as Kleinfeld's, but the store is much smaller and more comfortable. Dresses are generally a little more expensive but they have discounts for trunk shows. They were very good at listening to what I was looking for and they were quick to offer suggestions on how I can make little changes to make the dress perfect for me.

My wedding was only a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to thank everyone from Bridal Reflections for making it so stress free. You took care of me, my bridal party and mother with such care that we felt at ease through the entire process. I don't think we could have gotten such perfect attention anywhere else. Planning a wedding during the holiday's would have been much more difficult without you all, you made it a breeze. Thank you from a very happy Bride!!

I went in with out an appointment but they were still able to take me and i bought a dress that very same day. I happen to go the day when Ines Di Santo was in and she created a custom made dress just for me which could not have been more perfect as i was having trouble finding that perfect dress. We looked at a few of her new designs that just came of the runway that week and based on what i liked she out it together in one plus customized it to fit my body. The only negative feedback I have for Bridal Reflections is for the seamstress - she had no clue what she was doing and when i tried to explain to her what she was doing wrong, she still did not get it. On the day of my wedding my dress ended up being to long and i kept tripping on it, but i still loved my dress.

I found THE dress. We had a little snag in trying to get it there on time but the ladies there were SO helpful and made sure that my dress was there on time. I felt wonderful on my wedding day.

I was lucky enough to found my beautiful dress at the store sample sale. Nawal helped me a lot selecting a dress that fitted nicely my body type and the ladies taking care of the alterations made the dress perfect. I'm overall very satisfied with this vendor.

I went to dozens of other places and I wasn't getting designer quality or even modern dresses until I went here. They stay in your budget and have a large selection of high quality dresses. I woulnd up getting my dress from a trunk show that they have all the time by different designers. Mine was a St Pucchi.

The staff were wonderful with helping me select my gown, however, their seamstress leaves much to be desired. She didn't take in the cups properly (even after several fittings) and my dress was falling down all night. I haven't seen the pictures yet but I'm nervous about how I'm going to look in this dress.

I went to the massapequa location. They were very helpful and friendly. However my dress didnt come in until 2 weeks before my wedding and they made it seem like no big deal. Other than that I loved this place and they make you feel like a princess when you go to try on your gowns.

My mother got her "mother of the bride" dress from here. It was STUNNING! she looked beautiful.. Although the dress was delivered about a week before the wedding and when she took the dress home after it had been altered, she STILL had to bring it back because the under tooling was sticking out and was so long she was tripping over it and stepping on it constantly.. They were very professional and got the dress fixed in a day. The end result, my mom looked gorgeous! Thanks guys!

I was very happy with my dress! The only problem was that after my final fitting, the tulling under the dress was too long and caused me to trip on myself all night. I wish someone would have made me try the dress on one more time to make sure the length was good! Everything came in on time which was wonderful considering My dress, the bridesmaids and the MOTB's dresses all came from them.

Bridal reflections really went above and beyond for me. After Hurrican Sandy, I had a really hard time reaching them, and needed to ensure my dress was OK. Once I was able to contact them, they not only assured me it was OK, they agreed to send it to another store for me, as because of the vehicle ban I wasn't able to pick it up in the city. Once the gas issue started, they were able to move it AGAIN for me to a more convenient pickup location. I can't thank them enough for their help!

Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Bridal Reflections. I was only disappointed that I did not have the same seamstress work with me from start to finish so if you are getting your dress altered there, make sure to insist you have the same person the whole time. My dress ended up being altered beautifully but for the price you pay, you want consistency. As an out of town bride, they were very accommodating with my appointment schedules and did everything they could to find times that would fit into my travel.

Bridal Reflections came highly recommended through a friend. Our saleswoman was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care that I found the best dress for me. After trying on dozens of dresses, I kept coming back to the same one. We felt somewhat pressured to make a decision since I was going away for a couple of weeks so we decided on the James Clifford I had eyed all along. In the end I probably could have waited until after my vacation but I doubt it would have made a difference. I loved the dress and they assured me that the things I was worried about would be fixed during alterations. When it came time for alterations, I was still unhappy with the top of the dress. The torso of the dress was too long on me and I felt it was unflattering. The first seamstress pretty much told me there was nothing they could do which I was very unhappy about. I called up BR again to and they were very understanding and made another appointment for a different seamstress to look at the dress. They assured me they didn’t want me to be uncomfortable. The second seamstress was able to take away only ¼ inch and it made a huge difference. I felt so much more comfortable. The women who worked there were very understanding and helpful throughout, you just have to be vocal about what you want. On my wedding day, I didn’t even think twice about those things I was worried about. I got so many compliments on my dress and my DH loved it so I knew I made the right choice!

Staff is great and extremely attentive. The only thing it is very busy on the weekend. However, they have the best seamstress and altered my dress perfectly and it fit to perfection.

Dress came out beautiful. The only negative thing I have to say, is the wait. Everytime I went there, even with an appointment, they were never on time. Parking was terrible there so you would have to take the train. Also, it seemed as though I spent more time waiting then anything else. When it was my turn to get fitted, I always felt rushed.

DRESS SEARCH (5 stars) : Vicki, my consultant, was such a sweetheart. She was really chatty, and never rushed me. After explaining what I wanted, she completely took over and brought me in dress after dress that was exactly my taste AND in my budget. When I tried to pick a dress that was almost twice my budget, she warned me against it. I was originally planning to wait until my sister was home to help me make the final decision of my dress, but the experience was so good I bought my dress right away. ALTERATIONS (3.5 stars): When I went for my first fitting with the gorgeous heels I had just bought, my dress was too short. At my initial fitting I had tried on the dress with heels of the same height and the dress fit perfectly. When they asked if I wanted to order with extra length I said no because I didn't want to pay for unnecessary alterations. Bobbi, the manager, said that because there was a note in my file that declined extra length, there wasn't anything that could be done. She then went on about how the bridal consultants ALWAYS suggest that brides over 5'7 get a gown with extra length because the sample gown is cut differently than the true gown. NOT TRUE. They didn't explain all that to me. I'm 5'8 and had shoes with a 1.5 inch heel. Supposedly the gowns are made for girls 5'7 with a 3" heel. Why then, did my dress not fit? In the end, I can't complain too much. The dress was the perfect length with no heels, so I decided to wear flat sandals. It worked out best because my husband is shorter than me to begin with and it was super comfortable to wear flats. Amelia did a fabulous job on the rest of the alterations, and my dress was absolutely perfect. Everyone kept telling me how gorgeous I looked, and I felt my most beautiful on my wedding day. In the end, I can't complain too much. The dress was the perfect length with no heels, so I decided to wear flat sandals. It worked out best because my husband is shorter than me to begin with and it was super comfortable to wear flats. My dress was absolutely perfect & I felt my most beautiful on my wedding day.

The dress was beautiful. The seamstress did amazing work . The scheduling for fittings was difficult however and their prices are very high. The staff was always professional however I suggest going on a weekday because you get more attention on Saturday's they were so busy and had so many appointments scheduled.

Bridal Reflections in Carle Place is a busy place to be. They have a wide range of selections of wedding dresses. They also have bridesmaids and mother of the brides as well, so its a one stop shopping. However - the semstresses seem to do what they want and not listen to the requests of the bride. If the bride wants their dress shorter so they can dance all night, is that really a hard request. It was easier to leave it long and have the bridal attendant the night of the party pin it up as everyone was stepping all over the bustle. Will not be using again anytime soon.

For the most part, my experience with Bridal Reflections was positive. The staff were respectful and accomodating but were a little snobby at times. I ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from the store and found the salon to be quite expensive. My only big complaint is that the alterations were VERY expensive. We took our dresses to a private seamstress.

The alterations done on my dress were amazing.

I chose a beautiful Eve of Milady ball gown that was strapless, and I wanted to add sleeves to it to cover my tattoo. While the seamstress was absolutely wonderful, and accomplished the goal of adding the sleeves, I often found myself waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen. A few of the girls there were less than pleasant. Overall though, I had a beautiful gown that had a lot of alterations done to it, so I was very happy!!!!!

I thought going with a reputable salon as this would be great. In fact i got alot of aggravation in terms of scheduling which stressed me out and was the last thing i needed. They always gave in anyway so it was like what the heck is the point in giving me a hard time. I got alot of snobby attitude from the receptionists and assistants. They need to remember they are not the only bridal shop in town. Their saving grace is a wonderfule seamstress named zizi. She was an excellent problem solver and her work was beautiful. Also, this salon gave me a good price so thats the only reason i ordered from here, wouldnt ever do it again.

The first time i went for a fitting, i was seen right on time. The other two fittings, i was waiting for a room for an hour. (literally). Aside from that my dress was beautiful.

I purchased my gown at their Carle Place location- my gown was absolutely stunning & by Eve of Milady. However, the bridesmaids department was rather unpleasant to my bridal party on more than one occassion and I was very unhappy when told this!!

I went to the one in Long Island. The first time I went there, I had a very good experience finding the right dress and I loved it. The sales woman was very helpful and I didn't feel any pressure from her to buy the dress. I tried on about 5 dresses, and then took the first one I tried on. I was very happy with it. I do, however feel that I should have taken the time to shop around for that same dress a little more because afterwards, I found it in another store for a couple hundred dollars cheaper. However, after purchasing the dress, the second time I went back for my first dress fitting, the receptionist at the front was outright rude and snobby. I lived in Hawaii at the time and was only in New York for a week so I asked her when the dress would be ready for the second fitting, and she rolled her eyes at me. It seemed like I was bothering her, despite the fact that there was no one else in the salon and her job is suppose to answer questions like that. I know sometimes you catch people having a bad mood, but when you spend a couple thousand dollars at a store, I would expect quality service every time I go there. I may recommend the store in Manhatten to a friend, however, not to the one in Long Island, NY.

I bought a beautiful Inez DiSanto gown at a trunk show at Bridal Reflections. I loved that I was able to meet the designer and she even sketched a drawing of my gown design. The dress was delivered on time and the alterations were too expensive. The salon is very comfortable and beautiful They carry a nice selection of designers.

I loved my dress and everything was perfect but I did find Bridal Reflections to be a hard vendor to work with, honestly they were the only vendor I had a hard time with. I would assume most bridal salons are hard to work with due the nature of the beast that is making brides look beautiful. We all know women are super picky! Selecting a dress and accessories with them felt a bit like buying a used car. They quickly pressure you into buying the first dress that fits you right as long as it is at the top range of your budget. They then continue to up sell you through out the process and it never ends. At your final pickup they give you a thank you card that is really a marketing piece to sell their preservation service. The note isn’t even signed by the manager or the team who helped you with your dress. They really might as well forget the thank you card and just make it a marketing flyer for their preservation services. Their bridesmaid alterations process is a whole other story. If you need alterations as a bridesmaid I would take the dress and run! Do not have them make the changes their work is sloppy at best (and that is being nice). I've had several issues with their brides maid dresses with my wedding and several others. I will say if you notify them about the issues they will put a senior person and/or manager on the issue but honestly its usually a little too late and it generally comes with a lot of attitude. If you need bridesmaid alterations save yourself a headache; find an independent seamstress. My other big issue with working with them was their limited times for fittings. Again, during this process they really made you feel like you were not their priority. They hit you hard up front to sell you on a dress and once selected them as your vendor your stuck. You must fit within their rules and times with no exceptions. One other thing to note about fitting appointments is that they are never on time. I had to wait 10-30 mins for every appointment.

Helped pick a love dress, the staff is always willing to help

i used the one in massequa i had a good experience i know a lot of girls that don't.

I bought my dress at Bridal Reflections b/c they were the only vendor that sold the designer of the dress. On our first appointment, we were 10 minutes late, but had called to let them know we'd be late. They then made us wait about 25 minutes after we arrived to finally start trying on dresses. Once we were trying on the dresses, they were wonderful; very accommodating and helpful, and I ended up buying my wedding dress from them. Then came the problems. When I first tried on my dress, we knew that there would be significant alternations to the neckline. A seamstress had come out and pinned it when I first tried it on, and when we bought it, the manager of the store made a note that we would be altering the neckline and the maximum amount of money it would cost. On my first fitting, the seamstress did not seem that competent. She didn't take the dress in enough, she didn't seem to care about altering the neckline, and just said, "first we'll take it in on the sides, then worry about the neckline at the next fitting". Now, I bought the dress in NY but live in San Francisco, so I had to fly in for fittings, and really needed to make each fitting efficient, b/c I couldn't just fly to NY every week. At the 2nd fitting, it was like the dress had not been altered at all. There was a new seamstress who said the previous one no longer worked at the salon. This new seamstress seemed to know what she was doing, so we were fairly happy with her. On the 3rd fitting, the dress was almost perfect, but we needed to do the bustle, and make a few more adjustments. On the 4th and final fitting--which was 3 days before the wedding--the dress was still not ready!! It didn't seem like the few adjustments we'd pinned at the previous fitting had been made, the hemline was not even, and it was sewed very sloppily. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The staff at bridal reflections brought in their "head" seamstress, who pinned all the needed adjustments at the neckline and waist, and fixed the bustle, and promised us it would be perfect by the time we picked it up the next day. Thankfully, THIS seamstress did seem to be the expert, and the dress was perfect for my wedding day. However, all the hassle in getting it to that position was trying and stressful. If there is a dress that the salon exclusively carries and you want it, I would only recommend to MAKE SURE to buy it with plenty of time before your wedding for multiple fittings, and to demand the head seamstress if you feel the one you're working with isn't the best.

We used Bridal Reflections for my bridesmaid dresses. I chose it because it was convenient for people to go to. I had an idea what I was looking for, before going to the store. I had picked out a few Bill Levikoff tealength dresses, and brought pictures with me, so that I could see them in person. My criticism of the store, is that it is often very crowded, so even with an appointment, you end up waiting at times. The sales girls are nice, but are often young and inexperienced. I ended up finding a gorgeous Bill Levikoff dress in European Celadon with a Champagne Sash. All of my bridesmaids loved it, which was wonderful since they were many different sizes and shapes. Some complaints that they had, were that they store the dresses at an alternate location, so you must make an appointment ahead of time, or your dress will not be in the store. Also, some bridesmaids had trouble with that the size did not match up to the size the salesgirls suggested. Other than that, they did a great job, and I would use them again.

I live in NJ, my mom lives in Brooklyn, and I work in Manhattan. But I got my wedding gown, bridesmaids' dresses, and mother of the bride gown at Bridal Reflections because it was recommended to me by a couple of people. The shopping experience was wonderful, the store is beautiful, and all of the dresses were gorgeous. But the fittings were a disaster. My mom and I trekked there after work for my first fitting, and the girl at the counter looked at me blankly and said she didn't even have my appointment in the system. Luckily, they were able fit me in. For my second fitting, we showed up and the same girl insisted my appointment was a week later, even though my mom and I knew for sure we had the right date. (We both wrote down the same date. Plus, we would never had made the appointment for the following week because we already had plans.) We were very upset because my mom had sat in traffic for two hours to get there and I had paid for the LIRR, but they said there was nothing they could do because my dress wasn't ready. They rescheduled me for the following week, but they didn't even offer us anything to make up for it. For my final fitting, the SAME GIRL messed up and put me down for a pick-up. So they had to squeeze me in for my final fitting, which meant my mom and I had to wait an hour. Needless to say, although most of the girls are very friendly, they are extremely unorganized in there. I don't know if it was just this one girl, or because it was the busy season and they have so many customers ... or a combination of both. Either way, my mom and I are just so relieved we don't have to go back there anymore. And happily, my seamstress was amazing and the dress came out beautifully. My bridesmaids had no problems with scheduling their fittings, but their seamstress was very rude. (She was the short, heavyset older woman.) My bridesmaid dresses were supposed to fall right below the knee (as it did on the dressmaker's website), so she had to hem the dress for two of my maids. But she was yelling at them that she wouldn't do it because the dress was the right length. I had to insist that she do it, and then she messed up the hem on one of them. I'd recommend that you proceed with caution before choosing this salon. If you do, make sure to call a week before each appointment to confirm the time and date, so that you don't end up in my predicament. And be tough with the seamstress who does the bridesmaid dresses!

Although I had an amazing experience while shopping and purchasing my dress...my consultant was amazing and found my dream dress in one shot! I had a lot of drama throughout the whole fitting process. We ordered my tiara from them as well as my dress, and when the tiara came in it was damaged, they explained that they would order me a new one, come my second fitting it was the wrong tiara...not only did I receive major attitude from the salespeople we dealt with, we were also given 3 different stories as to why the tiara they ordered me was the correct one when it was absolutely not the right one. The first story we received was that my tiara was discontinued and the one that was replaced by it was the correct one. Then we were told that it was the same exact tiara from the one I had the last time I saw it. and then we were told again that my tiara was discontinued and they couldn't order the one I originally had so they ordered one similar to it. I was in tears as they tried to push the incorrect tiara on me, and ended up with a store credit. I also had an unpleasant experience with the seamstress, not only did she refuse to put a french bustle on my dress because "it wouldn't look right, it would be too poufy" she also shamelessly tried to sell her veils to us while the store sold their own and we were able to get the veil I wanted for a lot less money somewhere else. And she hemmed my dress too long twice. all-in-all great place to shop for dresses, but I suggest getting them altered somewhere else and save yourselves the drama...I can't tell you how many other brides I overheard during my fittings have the same problems with the staff and seamstress.

I used them for my bridesmaids only. I did not care for this place at all. They are nasty and they are over priced. I basically did all the work that they should have done. They charge a fortune and you can get the same dress you are looking for anywhere.

Bridal Reflection in Massapequa NY. I was highly disappointed with their customer service. They did not notify me when my dress came in and when I called to ask them when will my dress come in they casual stated that it was in and someone called but they could not tell me who and when. Nor did they email me. Besides for the person who sold me my dress the customer service SUCKS!

This vendor was ok. Moderately friendly. On time with the bridesmaids dresses. No real probelm, btu didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling.

This is the worst place ever!! They did everything wrong the girls who work here dont want to be bothered so I dont get why they are working? especially when you work in a place that has to do with big events such as weddings! I was so annoyed with this place when my flower girls dresses came in I just picked them all up and did the alterations else where...I had ordered my flower girl dresses from day one and about 3 weeks before the wedding I get a nasty msg on my phone telling me if I dont complete the order they were not going to have the dresses for me mean while their dresses were paid in full and ordered 3 months prior which they made me pay rush fee's on all the dress $40.00 each dress..All the dress sizes were wrong they want then bigger so they can charge more for alterations insane I truly HATED this place! I would not go back!!

I had a nightmare. If your dress comes and it fits, I am sure Christine and Company are fine and you will have a good experience. I called to let Christine know I was pregnant and it was early on so I just wanted the dress to have a slightly bigger waist. No, I had to order a bigger size. The dress arrived two sizes too big and what ensued was a hacking of the lace and dress. Literally as it was on me hacking pieces out of it. I have seen enough episodes of 'say yes to the dress' to expect it but then at the next fitting it was way too small. I was insulted by being told that it was MY FAULT not theirs, yes of course I had grown 2 inches in a week. Worse, the lace on the dress was not as advertised nor as it was it on the sample. After being hacked it was bunched up and did not lay flat. The worst part of the experience was the defensiveness of Christine, anyone can tell that the lace on the picture and the lace on the dress was different and not all the way to the floor. It was more insulting and infuriating to be told that black was white, excuse after excuse about why the dressmaker put lace all the way to the floor when the sample and pictures were clearly not like that. I could have accepted it HAD they acknowledged my comments. These people are not on your side. God help you with these people if you have an issue with the dress, or even if you ask to see the sample. I had FIVE different people tell me different reasons why I could not see the sample. Its at another store, so bring it to this store then! oh no, we do not stock it anymore, oh no its been sold. Terrible terrible terrible experience.

I purchased a Ines di Santo gown and was reassured the gown could be altered to a sweetheart. At my first fitting the seamstress told me that they lied to me when selling me the dress because there was no way that she could make the alterations with the amount of fabric that she had. I called the manager in the room, she told me that I should not worry. I came back for a 2nd fitting and the dress had not been touched. Was told no alterations were made because she needed a model to cut the dress and proceeded to cut the dress right on me. I figured that was ok, but expected a near finished product at my next visit. The next visit was a nightmare, the dress seemed butchered with little to no improvement from the previous appointment. The dress was not finished there were strings, hems and everything sticking out. I called a manager and she reassured me it would look better at my next fitting. The next and "final fitting" was the worst, the dress looked like I had sewed it together myself, the fabric was literally just tacked down and hanging on threads. It was unbelieveable it was completely ruined. I demanded another seamstress work on my dress and when I returned 3 hrs later the dress looked better but not perfect. They told me they did the best they could do and the head seamstress shooed me away literally with their hand, this was 2 days before my wedding. After spending $6K you would think that they would treat you like a good customer. I do not recommend bridal reflections to anyone who needs any kinds of alterations because their alterations department is horrible!!! I left their almost in tears and never once did they apologize for their crappy and sloppy work. The bustle that I paid almost $300 was up for about 30 minutes and them came apart. I wore the train out the whole night. Brides BEWARE!!!!! I plan to get my dress preserved somewhere else because I am completely put off by the thought of walking into that store again.

I was over charged for my dress as it appeared on the cover of The Knot for $500 less then what I paid. I was told all my girls would get a % off, which they didnt do. I was promised a color that didnt exist. They will promise you the world & then do NOTHING for you once they have the sale. I paid to have the dress rushed, it came in 3 weeks before my wedding & then they had no time for my fittings. I cannot get over what a horrible expierence it was. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that they always return your calls.

AWFUL!! My dress was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't picture myself wearing any other dress on my wedding day. The service was absolutely awful..people were so rude in there. Every time I called them they would ask the same question over and over again: ARE YOU SURE YOU GOT YOUR DRESS HERE?? Well yeah when you clear my parents check every month I'm pretty sure I bought it there. My mother was never taught how to bustle my dress at my last fitting...thank God my sister already knew how to do it! I had 2 bridesmaids out of state and asked if they should get their dress fitted there or could they bring it in...they were arriving 2 days before the wedding...their dresses also had a bustle on it because the back of it had a little train on it. Well, I was told that it was ok if they brought it in when they got into NY. So, the day before the wedding I bring my one bridesmaid there (it was easiest b/c I picked my dress up that day as well) and the woman was like WELL WHO TOLD YOU TO COME THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING TO GET THIS DONE...I'm like one of your workers...and then the woman started YELLING at me! Real professional...they day before a womans wedding YELL at her for their mistake! Why would I wait till the day before to get this done??? Well needless to say they never helped me and my sister took my bridesmaid to a taylor and they did it!! UNBELIEVEABLE! They were just very rude every time I spoke with them on the phone. I had to call to check to see if my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses came in. It was a disaster! I have 4 people I know getting married and I would not recommend them to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa.

My dress came in damaged and 39 days before my wedding I had NO dress, no fittings...NOTHING! Manager at the Massapequa store was a nightmare and they actually transferred the dress to Carle Place because of the issues. All worked out in the end, but I could have strangled the girl for the amount of money I was paying.

The seamstress was a nightmare. I was so unhappy with my experience. I would never recommend this place.

I CAN NOT EVEN EXPRESS HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE WAS. I am not one to complain, honestly, I am very easy going, sometimes I am told too easy going, and I understand that nothings perfect and things happen but this was just an awful experience, which does upset me. it is a lot to go into but there were just problems with every aspect. I want to start with bridesmaids dresses because that was the real terror!! The dresses came in and a BM went in to try it on. Too small on the bust. She had already lost 10 lbs since she was first measured.. the alterations women said why don't you try and loose a few more and come back in 2 weeks... she said ok, comes back and still too small! They say they are going to have to order a dress 2 sizes bigger!!!!!AND that there might not be enough time to do so! I called them, outraged, saying she must have been measured wrong on the top. And did they think she was going to loose 3 dress sizes in 2 weeks?!?! 5 out of 8 didn't fit the girls in their bust. All too small. We thought this was weird. So I went in and spoke with the manager Roslynn. We found out that they event measured wrong, the dresses were just cut small by the designer when we compared them to the sample. OK this happens, not bridal reflections fault. She was very kind, didn't charge them for any alterations on the bust and got fabric to add to the dresses, told me you would never notice. Well you noticed... the day of you could see all the seems and that they cut the fabric in the wrong direction.. my girls didn't tell me until after because they didn't want to upset me. There dresses weren't ready until a week before the wedding, so there was nothing they could even do. Everyone was just happy to have there dresses. 2 girls went for 4 fittings! Insane. One of my BM lived in the city, didn't drive and didn't know her way around the Island. After all this dress drama, I was going out of town and wasn't going to be around to bring her back for her third fitting.. Roslynn made an exception and said they would send her dress over the their location in the city, where they normally only do bridal gowns. I thought this was very sweet of her. However, when she was their, the girls working their consistently reminded her that they were making a HUGE exception, and that they never do this, she was the alterations lady seemed so annoyed she had to fit a bridesmaid. The dress was big on her at this point, mind you after it was too small around the bust and they took it out. When she went to pick it up they simply handed it to her in a bag said steamed and pressed, please sign. Yes, she should have insisted on trying it on (they also should have TOLD her to try it on) but she already felt so uncomfortable there, they made it clear that a bridesmaid shouldn't be there.... guess what happen when she got home? TOO SMALL!!! She had to take a day off of work to go in a 4th time. The dresses still didn't fit the day of, looking at the photos you can see a couple of the girls bras sticking out. I purchased my bridal gown in Carle Place, this experience was great. They were helpful, great suggestions and even had me try on a dress I wasn't crazy about but it ended up being the ONE! After purchasing the dress, the woman I worked with said over and over how she would be in touch with head piece show for me to come and see... never heard from her again. I had an ivory organza gown. There were tiny organza flowers on the dress but when it came in they looked bright white. It was just because of the fabric, which I understood, and basically just told them to take the flowers off... but the manager wouldn't let me. Not in a bad way, but she kept saying they really make the dress and they are beautiful and we will find a way to make it work. She went in the back and came back out with a dyed flower to match my dress!! It was perfect and a very creative idea. I was very happy that she went above and beyond to help find a solution to a problem i was about to give up on. However, this is were the good service stopped. I went to pick up my dress and do the final fitting the same day, which they suggested and told me was completely normal. The dress should basically fit like a glove and if a tweak needs to be done here or there they'll do it right then. Ok, great one trip instead of two I though. I get there pull the dress out of the bag and there are pins and needles everywhere!! She didn't even START my hem!! She completely forgot to sew in my corset. The alteration woman came in saying it was just a fitting.. I said no, no... my wedding is in two days! So I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to finish. The day of my wedding, the top of my corset kept popping up in the back and we had to pin it down... every time my husband touched my back.. prick! Also, a part of my dress that I asked them to shorten but the alteration women kept saying no we should bustle it, it will look better that way, over and over... ripped off my dress within an hour!! I realized she just meant it would be EASIER for her to bustle then shorten. Luckily you couldn't even realize and my wedding planner were ready to sew it back on but I just said don't even worry about it. Also, one BM was "accidentally charged" $30 for a hem, that she didn't get, good thing I caught that. I know I may have just went off on a tangent but that is how upset I am. I have never reviewed anything before, and I just had to review them. Its not like I can ask for my money back now or do anything about their alterations service... I can just share my experience and hope other learn from it. Don't waste your time going there . There are plenty of bridal salons on Long Island that will have the same selection, and hopefully better service. I wanted to give them ZERO stars for everything, however there was a small bit of responsiveness, professionalism and flexible when it came to not charging for the bust alteration and finding a solution and fixing the flowers only dress.

Management at this store needs to focus their efforts in the client relations area of the business. The representative , Christine, was extremely rude, didn't answer my questions and instead treated a potential client as if they coun't afford to be there. Definetely lost my business. There are other places where i can be much happier about expending my money.

We used Bridal Reflections on 5th avenue in NYC for my wife's dress. What a disaster. At her first fitting all she needed was one inch on the chest taken in. She was told it was going to be about $700, for the alteration including the bustle. She thought that figure was high and asked to take the dress in order to have it fitted on Long Island for much less. The staff there begged her not to take the dress and only charged her $295 for the bustle. She thought that was fair and decided to let them alter it. Big Mistake. What was supposed to be one very simple fitting turned into several stressful fittings because of their seamstress. The seamstress was a nice person but had no idea had to fit a wedding gown and my wife of all people had to tell her how to fit the gown properly. The store's manager Christine was totally unprofessional and insulting acting as if somehow it was my wife's fault. Christine's insulting behavior reached its pinnacle when she went into the back room and was insulting my wife loud enough for her to hear. The worst part came the day my wife went to pick up her dress. All she was supposed to do was try on the dress and take it home. The simple alteration was still not done! She spent six stressful hours in the salon that day. At one point they said that the gown was ready and they showed her the dress in the bag saying it had been steamed. Because of all the previous hassle and poor sewing, she asked to try it on one more time. They hesitantly allowed her to and then she discovered that only the front of the gown had been steamed. On top of everything, they were actually going to allow her to take her wedding gown home, half steamed. Should you really have to double check them like you would an amateur? My advice is to stay away from Bridal Reflections for wedding and even bridesmaids dresses. All of the bridesmaids had problems with their fittings as well and it made us feel terrible to put them through not only the expense but the stress. Best of luck to anyone getting married, I wrote this review to save at least one other person from making the mistake and more importantly having such a terrible experience during what is supposed to be such a special time.

I appeared at the bridal shop with pictures of the gowns that I had chosen. I chose a designer after thorough searching. The woman at the bridal shop responded with "You can't wear either of these gowns at Chateau Briand on a saturday night". I was offended but optimistic and asked her to bring me the gowns I chose as well as one that she thinks would be more appropriate. The gown she chose was not attractive. My sister who accompanied me actually laughed at it and said take that off! I ordered one of the gowns that I had chosen and would have gone elsewhere to purchase it but they were the closest salon that had the chosen designer. Poor etiquette on the sales woman's part and I would not recommend them to others as a result. My gown on the other hand was perfect !
