I cannot praise Beverly enough. Thank goodness she had an opening for our wedding day, or else I'm pretty sure nothing would have gone right. We had more than enough challenges, and thanks to her organization, professional attitude, and foresight, everything went off without a hitch. She went above and beyond what her duties were, and always kept a great attitude and a helpful mind about it. Ours was an interesting situation (the catering vendor was actually my father and an outside staff), and Beverly's help in making it run smoothly was invaluable. She was an absolute dream to work with and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for her hand in making my wedding what it was.

Where do I start? Beverly is terrific. We cannot thank her enough for everything that she did on the day of the wedding and for the weeks (and months!) leading up to the wedding. From putting the labels on the favor boxes to assembling the programs to calling all of the vendors, she took care of everything leading up to the wedding so that I didn't have to. Then, on the day of, what other planner would run to the lighting district to get me the precise color lightbulbs that I wanted when the florist did not, and gets suspenders when my dad has forgotten his. I felt like she was the wedding whisperer walking around and making sure that everything was going well-- I didn't have to worry because I knew if she was there, things would be perfect. Beverly made our dream wedding come true, and did it flawlessly, effortlessly, and with such grace and professionalism. I have only wonderful things to say about her. If you hire Beverly, you will feel an immediate sense of relief that your wedding will go off without a hitch.

Beverly was such a great help to my wedding. She made sure everything was perfect (more perfect than I needed) from ceremony all the way to the end of the night. She was the first one there to set up, and the last sober person to leave. She even went as far as taking care of the my drunken hubby and let the groomsmen and friends continue the festivities (I wasn't going to let him spoil my night). She sat with him outside patiently and fed him water until he sobered up enough to cut the cake. I can't begin to say thank you because if it wasn't for her, who knew what he would have done with the knife while cutting the cake. A lot of people on various blogs and forums recommend getting a day of coordinator for the wedding and I couldn't agree more. What bride wants to climb up on a chair on top of a table to hang lanterns or usher mother in law's friend #23 to her seat? With Beverly around, I knew I was in good hands and didn't worry about anything. I had a chance to really enjoy the wedding I took so much effort in planning. Thanks for everything, Beverly!!!!

You couldn't possibly go wrong by hiring Beverly of Capries Events to be your wedding coordinator. I can simply say that my wedding would not have gone as smoothly and beautifully without Beverly's touches. She is extremely professional and courteous but also knows how to deal with vendors. My wedding hall came with a banquet manager who had, shall we say, a difficult personality (pushy, rude to other vendors), and Beverly knew exactly how to deal with her and made sure that things were done as I wanted them to be done. She really minimized any damage that could have potentially occurred by this banquet manager. Beverly was always there for me. By email or phone, she was always accessible. We had several planning meetings and she was incredibly organized. She always had the answers and was extrememly resourceful. For example, my maid of honor couldn't make it to the wedding due to sickness so I decided to substitue with 2 bridesmaids the day before the wedding. The dresses weren't an issue, but it didn't occur to me that I would be one bouquet short, which Beverly astutely pointed out. As soon as I started to panic, her response was, "Don't worry about it. It'll be taken care of." She made arrangements and that was taken care of just like that. She definitely is a calming influence. Beverly also made beautiful placecards, escortcards, and menus for me so all I had to do was discuss with her color scheme and content and the next thing I had in my email waiting was a sample of what it would look like. I couldn't believe it. This was many days' of work that she did for me. On the day of the wedding, she was very organized and respectful. I could totally enjoy myself the day of, instead of having to worry about what was next. Beverly can also fix bustles!! Several guests inadverently stepped on my wedding dress as I would try to walk away and I heard the rip - Beverly escorted me out several times and within minutes I had a working bustle - she did this maybe 5 times. So many of my friends and family (and other vendors too!) commented on how Beverly was professional and so good at what she does. My photographer commented on how no other coordinator stays as late as she did. My DJ had a few run-ins with the rude banquet manager, which Beverly seemed to have diffused. I highly recommend Beverly to any bride seeking a coordinator. You won't regret it!

Beverly, words to not even come close to express the gratitude I have for helping my day flow just about seamlessly. Your "I got it" persona is just what a frazzled, family induced stress bride needs on her most special day. You were like a wedding planning SUPER HERO. (I didn't see your cape, lol) I can't gush about you enough but wanted to send a quick thank you before we board the plane.

I can not say enough great things about Capries Events. Beverly paid attention to every detail, and she made sure that everything went off with a snag! I would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely organized. Beverly Johnson and her staff at Capries Events were immeasurably helpful both before and during the big wedding day. So sweet and friendly, Beverly made me feel at ease through a stressful (although fun) process. Beverly was on top of her game and helped me stay organized through the process, and helped me think of things I hadn't (it didn't seem possible after my already very long lists!). I was a very detailed bride, and Beverly helped me with some of my projects and helped me stay on track with the ones I did on my own or bought from other vendors. She called all my vendors to review contracts and previous arrangements I had made with them. On the wedding day, things could not have gone as smoothly as they did without Beverly and her staff. She helped iron out hiccups with the florist, correct where things should be placed, and had every potentiality accounted for (those safety pins and sewing kit really came in handy when my dress lining tore and when my bustle wouldn't bustle up). I highly highly recommend Beverly and her helpful staff, and cannot thank them enough!!

From the first day I sat down with Capries, she was always professional and organized. My wedding would have been a mess had it not been for the coordination done by Capries. They went beyond what was asked to ensure I was calm and relaxed and that all my planning and events took place. Every detail was taken care of. From calling vendors and insuring their arrival and service, from finishing last minute projects such as my ceremony programs and from fixing my broken bustle during the reception. My family and my guests had such a great time at my wedding. I truly could not have pulled together this wedding without Capries Events.

Beverly was beyond fantastic. She absolutely thought of everything both during the wedding planning and on our wedding day. She was the only person who cared as much about my wedding as I did. She was interested in the details and made sure that all of my wishes were carried out.
