Choosing CaraLeo Catering as the caterers for our wedding is one of the best choices we've ever made. Our wedding planners (Elizabeth and Anna from Just About Married) had worked with CaraLeo in the past on Anna's wedding (among others) and recommended them when we mentioned that we wanted "no-frills" food. From the moment we met them we knew they would be perfect. At our tasting they FED us. So much amazing food, they were surprised we were even able to eat the amount that they gave us! The head chef, Tom, is incredibly talented. He is more than capable of making fancy, upscale food but he was right at home cooking the homestyle Italian basics (mixed in with a little of their BBQ style) that we wanted. Steve, "the face" of CaraLeo Catering, worked with me beginning to end on everything. From organizing the tasting and creating the menu to getting the rentals and coordinating with our planner, he was incredibly honest, patient and stress-free (just what every bride needs). I can't recommend them enough.
