We ordered our cake from the Bronx and they delivered to Connecticut that day. The cake was out of this world. A strawberry shortcake, white cake filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries with a buttercream frosting. The cake was no ordinary wedding cake. There was not a piece left, people were even asking for seconds. The service was amazing. It was covered with sugar fall leaves, and served on a tree stump base, which was unexpected and BEAUTIFUL! Conti's was a great choice for our wedding cake, and we will definitely be back for a cup of coffee and slice of strawberry shortcake.

Contis was delicious. The cake was amazing. My family and friends could not stop talking about how delicious the cake was. OMG it was marvelous.

The cake tasted amazing don't get me wrong. However, my wedding cake was crooked! I heard from the caterer they had hit a speed bump and had to go back to the bakery to fix the cake. Obviously there would be no time to bake a completely new one but at least they got back in time and provided me with a decent looking cake. Overall I would use them again for special events cause the Boston creme is just so yummy.

My wedding was supposed to be 8/28 but because of the hurricane we had to move the venue to the next weeked. I must say Conti's accommodated me in every way, and what's most important my wedding cake was yummy...chocolate with cannolli filling, fonded in white with little silver pearl like beads on it...I brought my own cake topper which they used perfectly! I would recommend Conti's, great place and yummy cakes and pastries.

Although Conti's Pastry Shoppe did provide us with a beautiful cake I was not completely happy with every aspect. I do believe they are pricey. Also they forgot a very important part of my order on the day of my wedding which ruined a birthday surprise I had planned for my husband, as we were getting married on his birthday. That is something that i can never get back.

Delicious is an understatement we enjoyed every minute from the cake tasting before the wedding to the actual wedding cake!! We also ordered a small replica for our 1 yr anniversary delish!!!

We would like to thank Conti's for surpassing our wedding cake needs. They are a professional and well-ran business that was always willing to accommodate our continued calls and visits and made sure we were happy. In our honest opinion, Conti's is the best bakery in the Bronx and we have found a new favorite bakery!

Conti's Pastry Shoppe is the epitome of 5 star status. They set the bar for my happy wife and I. We have had the pleasure of tasting their delicious cakes before and when we decided it was time to get married it was a no-brainer for where we wanted our cake from. My wife and I were so pleased with Contis cakes that we actually left the entire design up to them and boy did they come through. Our guests were floored by the appearance and then swept away by the taste. I cant say enough about this bakery. Thank you Conti's

My daughter got married in June 2010, we were thrilled to have Conti's Pastry shoppe make her wedding cake. The cake is a very important part of the wedding, all I can say is, it was amazing!! I am so happy to see they have a photo of her cake on the web site. Look for the beautiful four tier cake with the gold flowers.

I love Conti's - Sal and Christina are totally awesome. Our venue's wedding package included the wedding cake - of course, I was initially concerned because I had no idea what to expect. I learned that Conti's was providing the cake, and went to investigate, buying some pastries for a party. They were awesome. When our venue arranged a menu tasting, they included a sampling for the wedding cake. They sent over two different types of cupcakes and three filling options that I had pre-selected, and we were able to mix and match until we made our decision - chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling (made from crushed fresh raspberries!) - AMAZING. I dream about that cake. I gave Sal and Christina a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and they totally nailed it. Totally beautiful. Somewhere along the way, I decided I wanted to do a groom's cake - my hope was to have a cake that looked like Playstation 3. Because Conti's was doing our wedding cake, I stopped in and met with Sal. He was ready for the challenge, which included staying within my budget, and put me in touch with Christina, the designer. Working with them was a fantastic experience. Their excitement and dedication made me confident that the cake would come out perfectly - and, it did. My husband was so surprised and the cake was a huge hit. I will go to Conti's for everything and will recommend them to everyone.

It's unbelievable to find a place that gives you great cake that taste as good as it looks. I met with the owner and showed hime a picture of the cake I wanted and what changes I needed. When I saw the cake on my wedding day I was blown away. It looked better than what I thought it be. And it taste great. Red velvet and cream cheese filling with a buttercream icing. Sugar flowers, bling, edible gold dots, I mean the works. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great cake and treatment like you're family. They will take care of you at Conti's. Thanks for everything.

Conti's did an awesome job on my wedding cake and even provided fresh and delicious italian pastries for all of the tables at my reception. Sal (owner) and Christina (cake artist) were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They are responsive and professional. They offered me many options to fit my budget and were much more reasonable than other wedding cake vendors, but with better results!! The tasting was a fun experience for all! Conti's has perfected the old italian style rum cake I was looking for. Christina created exactly the cake I had pictured for my wedding, simple and elegant. She is truly an artist capable of creating any type of cake the couple desires. The cake was delivered on time and looked perfect. Guests said it was as delicious as it was beautiful. We will certainly be back for future anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions! Thank you very much.
