My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't have done it without Francesca and Sofia of Dazzling Affairs. Francesca was so detailed, knowledgeable and organized and always took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Whenever a problem arose on our wedding day Sofia was right there to fix it. She took care of everything for us so we could just enjoy our day. My husband is very frugal and even he said that the wedding planning and coordination was worth every penny.

Francesca and Libby were great , I hired them for day-of services and to create our Ceremony Programs and Menus. They were both prompt and organized and thought of things I didn't during the day-of craziness (like fixing my hair and applying gloss before all pics, they even reminded me to use the bathroom!). We had a transportation malfunction after the ceremony and they kept it stress free and were quickly researching back up options (which we didn't end up needing thank god). I would definitely recommended Dazzling Affairs to anyone else looking for day of services!

Simply put..just awesome in every way shape and form. If you need a wedding planner or coordinator, this is the place for you. Francesca is a delight. Helpful, insightful, friendly, knowledgeable, knows exactly what she's talking about and doing. She is well connected with other vendors and knew my vendors and employees by name...who I didn't even find through her. My wedding coordinator Sofia was awesome awesome awesome!!! Sofia was completely on top of everything...from weeks before the wedding via email..(replied back ASAP to any concerns or questions I had), to the rehearsal (she was the first one there at the church in the cold and snow! She didn't hesitate walking in the snow, a million miles away to the church from where we parked, and told me to wait in the car as she ran inside to see if anyone would open the main door to the sanctuary! Did I mention, in the cold and snow???) to the day of wedding...Very professional, supportive, attentive...If she thinks you need something, she's right there- a tissue, hairspray, breath mint and even a breakfast bar incase you are starving!! She and her asst work so well together. Informs you on everything that's happening while you the bride is getting ready with make up. When she told my husband/guests arrived at the church while I was getting ready with my dress etc...I thought...wow, how organized are these people!!!!! Plus shes an amazing emotional support, which. I think is so crucial considering brides area hot mess on the day of! This is the first review I've ever written and normally I wouldn't even do it, even if I was asked to, but having Francesca and Sofia handle things for me with the planning of my wedding and coordinate things on my wedding day was such a pleasure I thought this was the LEAST I could do. I owe it to them for such a smooth sailing wonderful wedding!

Erin was my wedding planner from Dazzling Affairs. This company is knowledgeable, efficient and fun to work with. I felt like I was working with a close friend to make my day as special as possible. I didn't have to worry about coordinating, timeline or even confirming with vendors. Dazzling Affairs is worth every penny spent. So many guests commented on how seamless the event was. There are many ways for a bride to save and stay on budget, but this service is not something I would cut. I also had my favors wrapped and my invitations done at Dazzling Affairs. Between Francesca, Sofia and Erin, these women know what they are doing! Keeping them on the job the last month was the single best decision my fiancé and I made in planning our wedding.

It is so easy to skip on services like these to save money when you're on a budget. But seriously...cut out other stuff to leave room for an event planner/day coordinator. They made my day sooo carefree and easy going. I didn't have to worry about a single detail because they did an excellent job of covering everything prior to and the day of the wedding. As I was walking around talking with my guests I would collect envelopes and as soon as the envelopes were in my hand, Erin (my day coordinator) came over without saying a word, took them and dropped them right in my money box! In the days leading up to my wedding I was having second thoughts about hiring a wedding coordinator BUT the day of my wedding proved that it was the best decision I could have possibly made! I really liked how all the vendors worked together. My was beautiful. I liked the advice I got from Dazzling Affairs on jewelry and dresses. The room set up by Eventful Productionsy was beautiful. The chairs and tables covered in beautiful red satin with black bows around the chairs. Each vase had beautiful longs stem red roses and I had roses on the cake. I felt like a movie star. The Dj was wonderful and the mc from MRG productions. They played music from the play list and they picked other music based on the list . They had people dancing all night.The photographer and videophotograher were great. The photographer took pictures inside and outside my house. I felt like a model for a magazione. Cassarino photography did a wonderful job. I was a movie star for a day. Jerricho Terrace everyone was professional and helpful. The food was delicious. People told me they had not had that much fun in years.

Francesca was truly a pleasure to work with. I would have never been able to do it without her. I highly recommend her & will most definitely use her again in the future. What can I say? I only bought the "Day Of" Coordination package and I was blown away. Erin is a godsend. My wedding day and even before, she was more than I could have asked for. She was timely, friendly and absolutely invaluable to my day. Erin even went so far as to stuff menus at the Woodlands and tie on favor tags during the cocktail hour (my stationer in Sweden had screwed up royally). She was also funny and simply a pleasure to be around. I absolutely recommend her! Also, Francesca was also very helpful in helping me to choose the right package for me. Since I had done all the main planning myself, the simplest Day Of package worked best for me. She and Erin helped my mom and I choose favors and cake boxes. Truly, I don't know what we would have done without Erin on our big day.

It was great to have someone make sure that everything went smoothly, but any relative could have done this job. Francesca found ways to make herself useful throughout the wedding day, but in the end, it did not justify the cost. She was unrelenting and difficult to deal with in the months leading up to the wedding. Meetings and exchanges with her were confrontational, stressful and at times, unpleasant. She did put on a much better attitude on the day of, but your wedding planner shouldn't cause you more stress when her job is to alleviate it.

Sophia was absolutely wonderful and my husband and I are so thankful to her for our wedding running so smoothly!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dazzling Affairs... First and foremost it must be said that my husband and I were able to actually ENJOY and have a BLAST at our wedding thanks to Sophia & Erin at Dazzling Affairs. I was recommended by my maid of honor whom had used them as well for day of coordination. I dealt with Francesca, Sophia and Erin. Everyone there is so amazingly and COMPLETELY efficient, organized and on top of EVERYTHING. The things I didn't think of, they thought of for me. On the day of my wedding, I never had to look for them, everytime I turned around Sophia was already behind me attending to every need. I have already recommended them to any of my friends getting married and I ALSO plan on using them at any future event.

Francesca is just AMAZING she can make anything happen, she knows all the vendors and whatever you need done, believe me she will get it done. We had a few problems a few days before the wedding and I was desperate crying at my work, Francesca found out what was going on called me and fix the problem right away, she has some power in her hands. I hated this vendor i would rather make my own invitations with construction paper then use them. They were very quick with having the invites printed and i did not work with Francesca other then picking the invites. Everyone who works with her loved her. I instead was emailing with a girl in the office who never responded. I wanted to order my favors through them and i never got a response back. When i inquired about pricing was ignore and then told o so and so was supposed to get back to you. They never did.

Services with Dazzling Affairs started a month before my wedding and Francesca worked according to what I envisioned my wedding to be. She made sure to accomodate all my requests most especially because I wanted a traditional Filipino wedding. She was very helpful during the wedding rehearsal, getting there on time and absorbing all the emotions when the very strict priest started getting jumpy at the entourage for being a tad late. Thank God she was there!! On the day of, I don't think I would have ever survived it if not for Francesca and my maid of honor, Rosemarie. Everything was well planned, everything was on time and the best part of it all was that she made sure I was calm! She was running back and forth, making sure the groomsmen were all set, the bridesmaids, the sponsors, the limos... EVERYONE! I believe she had wings on that day, LOL! My maid of honor, Rosemarie, also got married last July 16th and Dazzling Affairs (Jaime) handled here wedding as well. It was perfect. I hired Dazzling Affairs to be my wedding planners for my May 28, 2011 wedding. I am a full-time student and my mom was the main person planning the wedding but I needed someone to help me find some vendors and to make sure that everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. Francesca was so knowledgeable and so helpful with picking vendors for me. She was more on top of the things that needed to be done before the big day than I was. She even scheduled appointments with hair and make-up just days before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Erin and Julie were my coordinators. They were both wonderful, especially Erin, who was with me throughout the day. I had nothing to worry about and everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Dazzling Affairs and the excellent staff.

Sofia and Billy were absolute godsends on the day of our wedding. EVERYTHING was accounted for, from figuring out how to get cabs quickly in downtown Manhattan, to blotting the shine off of my face, to tying my dress bustle after it broke. The duo also made sure our DIY decor/centerpieces were set up correctly at the venue. My husband and I didn't have to think about any logistics all day, and for that the coordinator costs were worth every penny! Seriously: get a day-of coordinator, and use Dazzling Affairs!

Both me and new husband have no idea how we would have done the whole wedding without Dazzling Affairs. Francesca is worth her weight in gold. My invitations were PERFECT, and my wedding was FLAWLESS. I even had one mishap that included a VERY inappropriate man, a VERY angry bride, and a VERY confused police officer, and Francesca and Erin handled it (and my very angry Father!) wonderfully and took care of it completely. I didn't have to worry about a thing all day. I got to enjoy my wedding instead of host a party. My sisters and bridal party got to be at a wedding, not worry about the brides veil or dress or lip gloss. My husband and I got to dance around and enjoy the food instead of having to worry about paying vendors or tips or timeline. After all the planning and worrying and saving and money- Dazzling Affairs lets you reap the benefits of all that work wthout worry. I cannot say enough about them. Me and all 3 of my sisters used them. And my best friend and my cousin!! That must say something GOOD!!!!

I honestly cannot find the words to thank Dazzling Affaira for making our wedding day truly the best and most memorable day of our lives. We just got back from our honeymoon 2 weeks ago and I could not wait to write and thank them! From start to finish, our experience with Dazzling Affaira was a true pleasure. My husband and I were first introduced to them at a bridal showcase at our wedding venue. The staff working the event was cheerful, helpful, and seemed to really love their jobs. They seemed to be knowledgeable and eager to help, even though we didnt even have a wedding date picked out yet. The items that they had at the showcase were all very beautiful and I knew that I wanted to work with them. So after we booked our venue, I scheduled a meeting with Francesca and met with her at their store. Francesca was very professional yet funny, she seemed to know everyone in the business, and she made us feel very confident in her, so we booked her on the spot. Throughout our year of planning, I would constantly call or email Francesca and would always receive a response right away. She never made me feel annoying or silly, even though I may have asked stupid questions. Francesca set us up with most of our vendors, who all knew her well and respected her as a professional in the business. If I ever had any problems or issues with anything, I called Francesca right away and the girls at Dazzling Affairs seem to come to the rescue and fix everything. Francesca even let me vent to her about my many bridesmaid issues. It was like she was my second maid of honor! We used Dazzling Affairs for many of our wedding items. They embellished our invitations which a friend made, they made our customized menus and programs, they provided our card box and seating chart, and they even provided our favors, and wrapped them. Everything was beautiful, reasonably priced, came out just as promised, and arrived without delay. They even reprinted all of my programs without charging me extra when I absentmindedly left a groomsman out by accident! Honestly, Dazzling Affairs was a true godsend. The "happiest time of my life" truly was the happiest time of my life. I never stressed during my planning and everyone kept telling me what a calm bride I was! We used Dazzling Affairs for Day of Coordinator services, and I am not exaggerating when I say that it was the best money I ever spent in my life! If anything went wrong, I never knew it. Francesca was like my fairy godmother and her assistant was like a magician. Together, they made our wedding day go right on schedule. Everything was truly perfect. I did not worry about vendors showing up or doing what they were supposed to be doing because Francesca had all of our contracts, she was in contact with everyone, and her fabulous vendors all turned out to be fantastic. Everyone always told me to be prepared for something to go wrong like it does at every wedding, but I am telling you that nothing went wrong at all! Our wedding was pure perfection from start to finish. At the end of the night, Francesca even packed up all of our stuff at the hall and put it in the limo with my parents. She is the best there is, and knows what to do before it even happens. My entire bridal party, my parents, my in-laws, my grandparents, and my aunts cannot stop talking about how amazing Dazzling Affairs is. Even my dad, who couldn't understand what a "day of coordinator" is, commented on what a great job Francesca and her assistant did. The day after my wedding my Nana said "Francesca and her girl were worth every penny, they could've charged DOUBLE for what they did!" I will NEVER, EVER forget Francesca and now that the wedding is over I will sincerely miss not chatting with her every other day, but I wouldn't be surprised if my next engaged friend hires her :) Francesca & Dazzling Affairs, we love you guys so much and thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!!!

The absolute best decision we made regarding our wedding vendors was using Francesaca and her team from dazzling affairs for our invitations and day of coordinator. I shopped around for months on internet sites, different wedding catalogues and card stores for our invitations and Dazzling affairs gave me an excellent price with personal service and help with wording, fonts, paper choices and monogram design. Our day of coordinator Kristin was AMAZING! She was there from the time we got our hair done till the end. She handled everything so we got to enjoy the day along with our families. I highly recommend choosing Dazzling Affairs if you are interested in their services.

Take my advice a day of wedding coordinator is the best money I spent in regards to my wedding. Francesca and her team were fabulous. Stacey and Anne were not only on top of every detail that I had mentioned but thought of all of the things that slipped my mind with everything going on that day. They ran around during photos holding my bouquet, touching up my mom's lipstick, pinning my mother-in-law's dress, calmed me before the ceremony and made sure that all 100 of the things I wanted saved during the wedding were waiting for me in my bridal suite at the end of the night, organized to a t. This was the best thing my husband and i ever did, Francesca and her staff was more then amazing, She very tough, get want you want, make are ideas come to life and very organized. Her staff made sure we were on time for everything, they we on top of our other vendors making sure everything goes well. i never had to speak or handle anything. Francesca was instrumental is making our wedding day perfect! We never would have been able to take care of all of the details like she did. On the day of, Francasca and Danielle were there every single step of the way, steaming my dress, helping me get dressed, running rehearsal, sewing junior ushers bottons and fixing my bridemaid's hemline.... in addition, we thought it might rain during my outdoor ceremony and Franesca had cars and a huge umbrella waiting to take me away if it did...(it didnt). later when i got to the outdoor cocktail hour i learned that she made the venue move my outdoor cocktail hour inside when she thought it might rain, and then when she realized it would hold off, she had the re-setup everything outside - all of this was down behind the scenes!! honestly, i dont know how anyone could get married without a planner AND i highly recommend dazzling affairs. my mother was sooooooooo happy with francesca and danielle and wrote them the longest thank you letter.

Francesca worked with my husband and I to choose our invitation. The order took a little longer than we anticipated. Almost at the end of our wedding planning, we realized that Dazzling Affairs worked with Jericho Terrace to assist couples in getting their vendors. I would however, reccommend Dazzling Affairs to other couples. They have amazing wedding items!

Francesca is amazing. A few months after I booked her, my venue lost their lease and I didn't have anywhere to get married it. She called all kinds of different places and set up appointments with them. She was amazing. She was so patient. I was talking to her on the phone almost everyday for at least 2 weeks and then at least once a week for about a month. If she didn't hear from me for a while, she'd call and make sure things were okay. Francesca was amazing as a DOC. I remember my mother asking "what does she do; why do we need her; I still don't get it." Well 5 minutes after Francesca arrived my mother said "this was a good idea." She is very organized and knows what you have to be doing every possible moment of the day. I was behind on hair and makeup and didn't know it and she told one of my bridesmaids to step aside so that I could do my makeup first. She was right about everything. She helped my mom steam my dress and even ironed my fiance's tux shirt. She was running between both rooms making sure I was on time and my fiance was on time. When my flowers arrived to my room, the stems were not completely wrapped the way I requested and she took care of it immediately. I remember thinking, if she weren't here, I would have to go downstairs in my robe and tell the florist what I wanted. So a message to all you brides, you DEFINITELY need a DOC and Francesca will get it done right. I have met other DOCs and they have a lot of beautiful ideas but they're wimpy and I could tell if anything went wrong on the day of, they would not have the guts to tell someone to fix it. Francesca will stop at nothing to get what you want right and she's not a pushover. So I definitely appreciated all of her services.

I was married on 3/28/10 at Glen Island Harbour Club. Out of all the things I did for my wedding (which was alot) having Francesca as a day of coordinator was the best thing i could've done. The day of the wedding she was constantly by my side making sure all things ran smoothly. Francesca and her assistant were always making sure i was picture perfect by fixing my hair when needed and even applying my lipstick. We had some small issues with the dresses and Francesca was on top of it. Her attention to detail and professionalism is superb. I have no complains, the service was immaculate! Francesa's presence gave me the ability to enjoy my wedding and zero stress. I can only recall one incident when guest were sitting at the parents table and it was resolved instantly. Francesca was a great asset to have during my wedding day. I did not have a worry at all with her there. She took control of everything and made decisions for me so that I would not have to concern myself with trivial matters. I used Dazzling affairs for invitations and programs for my wedding. I dealt with Diana and Francesca, they are very nice. I used Francesca for the day of coordinator and she was very good.

Truly wonderful! Could not have gotten through the day without Francesca! All the little things you don't even think of, she is prepared for. On the day of our wedding, Francesca arrived nice and early and greeted me as soon as I got back from our hair appointment. She calmed me down a little bit because the hair salon was running behind and I wasn’t so happy about it. By the way, she warned me about this beforehand and I laugh because she really is prepared for everything. She took care of all my bridesmaids and made sure that they were comfortable. Their dresses were full of static and who would have thought to have static guard on hand?!?! Francesca! When I was putting on my dress, I decided to bend over for some reason and sure enough busted the hook on the top of the dress. Not such a good idea to be moving around in my dress before it was zipped! My MOH and my mom’s face was priceless. I thought they were going to die but sure enough Francesca was there with her needle and thread, which by the way was stuck in her suit jacket. She ended up just cutting it off because I didn’t need it but I think if it were just my mom, she would have fainted right there. My mother was also a skeptic of hiring a DOC because she didn’t really know what she did and it was so funny because on the way to church she leaned over and said, “Francesca is great and I am so happy you hired her!” Before every picture, she applied my lipstick and made sure that everything looked great. She knew when she needed to push things along because DH and I were tired of taking pictures. It was just so nice to have her there and make sure that everything went smoothly. She had an assistant, Kimberly, who I didn’t see too much because she was at the church when we were getting ready but DH said she was on top of everything and was proactive. During the reception, my DH’s friends decided to pick us both up and she was right there to grab my champagne glass, knowing how upset I would be if I broke my beautiful new champagne glass! I would highly recommend a DOC to any bride getting married and I would especially recommend everyone to use Francesca. She was such a great asset to have with us on the day of our wedding!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Dazzling Affairs. We wanted a day-of coordinator to help us navigate through our wedding day, not knowing ahead of time just how invaluable their service would be. We met with Diana a few weeks before the wedding and gave her all of the information and details pertaining to the wedding. With that information she designed a timeline for the entire wedding day. The timeline was a guidepost for us and proved extremely helpful in coordinating the arrival of each vendor, as well as the order of events. Diana also touched base with all of the vendors ahead of time, so I didn't have to. When she arrived on the day of the wedding, she took charge immediately and handled anything and everything that came her way. She could not have been nicer and more understanding and I felt that we were a perfect match. From carrying my lipstick and passing out vendor tips to helping me maneuver the golf course in my dress and heels to bustling my train in record time - she was always by my side and I could not imagine getting through the day without her. She organized the bridal party and our families (who, as an aside, loved her, too), and made sure we were always on schedule. Though we mostly stuck to the timeline, she was flexible in moving things around if necessary. She was calming and reassuring and extremely professional throughout the entire day. At the end of the wedding, she even cleaned out the bridal room (which was a total disaster) and packed up our car with everything we needed to take home and, aside from the venue staff, was the last person to leave. It is simply not possible to list all the ways she helped me that day, but I can say that, since the wedding, I have told everyone how amazing she was and how happy I am I decided to reach out to Dazzling Affairs. I admit that because we were on a budget, I was a little concerned about spending the extra money on a day-of corrdinator, especially since the venue has a lovely banquet manager and I was provided with a bridal attendant. However, I can now say that it was one of the best decisions I made - I truly believe her help was invaluable. I don't think the day would have run nearly as smoothly as it did without her. Diana had an assistant, Kimberly, who was also totally lovely and helpful and I am so grateful to them both for helping make our wedding day one of the best days of our lives.

Dazzling Affairs completely was on target to what I was looking for. I needed someone to make sure my day was in order. I didnt want to worry about did my photographer arrive, how about my limos are they showing up. Are the flowers in its place. Dazzling Affairs took care of all that. They took care of making sure my flowers, DJ, limos, videographer, photographer arrived on time. They put together a timeline. What time each vendor needed to be at the location. I have to say I was "STRESS FREE" no worries what so ever by having Dazzling Affairs. I was able to enjoy my day and spend it with my guest knowing that Dazzling Affairs was there to take care of me. They are very professional and responsive, whether by phone, email or just a walk in. I would definitely recommend Dazzling to anyone.

My recommendation will be never ending!!! She was organized, professional and very insightful! Wedding planner is the first thing people tend to cut off when they have limited budget, But think about how much more you can relax and enjoy every moment if you have her as a planner!!!! every penny is soooooo worth it!!! People always told me to make sure to enjoy every second because it goes so quick and I won't be able to remember everything..... but guess what! I might be the one of very few that can say that I REMEMBER EVERYTHING AND ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF IT! Thank you Francesca :)

I first heard of Dazzling Affairs through my older sister who was getting married and using Francesca as her Day Of Coordinator. I told my sister she was crazy for paying someone to do that when the bridal party could all band together and do everything she needed. After my sisters wedding I booked Francesca 4 DAYS later. The service that Francesca provided was above and beyond any of my expectations. Not only was my sister and brother-in-law able to be the bride and groom, but I was able to be the maid of honor and enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about all those little details. My wedding was absolutely PERFECT. The day of the wedding I felt a sigh of relief when Francesca walked in the door. She made me feel so at ease and handled EVERYTHING that needed to be taken care of. We were on time, my lipstick was ALWAYS fresh, and I NEVER had to worry about ANYTHING except getting married and enjoying the day. Anyone who is considering a day of coordinator or even more, Francesca is for you. She is sweet, attentive, incredibly good at her job, and we had FUN with her! I would recommend her to every bride out there.

Francesca and her staff were wonderful and such a great help during our big day. The bridal attendant she provided was exceptional and on point the entire evening. I emailed Francesca constantly prior to the wedding and she always responded quickly. I cannot imagine my wedding day without Francesca and her team! There was NOTHING that these ladies could not do! They took care of decorating the church, making sure everything at Russo’s was in place and made sure we were on schedule at all times. Every time I turned around Francesca or one of her assistants (there were two) were taking care of something I had no idea needed taking care of! Before I could even ask for something I had it! I had no clue Francesca spoke Spanish and it was such a treat to hear her talking to my mom. It definitely put my mom more at ease. When my MOH’s dresses were falling down because the straps were loose, Francesca had her needle and thread and fashion tape in hand keeping everything in place! Francesca was with me until the very end of the night. She made sure I never needed anything. She also made sure all of my things were packed from the bridal suite and ready for me to take back home. Everyone loved them and even my DH commented about how great they were. While on my honeymoon I couldn’t remember where I had put the gift DH had given me and I was nervous about leaving it at my house. I emailed Francesca and she knew exactly where I had put it! Is that awesome work or what?

My husband and i had to privilege of winning the services of Dazzling Affairs for our wedding day in February of 2009. We were on the fence about whether or not we wanted to pay for one, and if i had one bit of advice for future brides: DO IT! The right coordinator is worth every single penny! Francesca and her assistant Alex were extremely helpful on the day-of my wedding. I used Dazzling Affairs for Day-Of-Coordination and was overall very happy with the service they provided. Even my bridesmaids were shocked by how effortlessly Francesca and Alex were able to be there for any little need they or I had that day. I haven't gotten my photography/videography proofs back yet, so I haven't had time to analyze the whole day, but I don't think anything went wrong the day of my wedding, or maybe Francesca and Alex solved any mishaps before I even noticed! With that said, I would definintely recommend this type of service to any bride who has spent months planning every little detail and wants to have someone available the day of her wedding to make sure all those details are executed! i want to praise her work, how she was in full contact with all my vendors keeping them up with a timeline she was @ my house the morning of my wedding and brought 2 assistants who were above and beyond! They truly out did themselves-how she was so wonderful and quick to help me book a photo location 2 days before the wedding without even letting me worry about it. She always kept me calm and made sure i was ok & if there was anything that i needed. My husband and family and bridal party just couldn't stop raving on how wonderful it was to have such a professional team and ready to assist us with ..wether it would be sewing up a dress ..changing boutineres holding everyones make up making our day easy. really helped us out and made room for us within her busy schedule to make sure we got our invitations out on time (we kind of waited until the last minute!!) our day of coordinator was fantastic!!! we had a few 'situations' with my brother who got food posioining, and who also broke up with his fiance the day before the wedding (and she was in the wedding party) my mom was free to handle these problems, and she felt so relieved that i was in good hands when getting ready for the wedding. (my house was CRAZY right before the wedding- i dont know how she got us all ready and going, but she did) she also made sure my pictures looked great (fixed my hair, and suggested better poses then the photographer!!)

We do not think the day could have been as smooth and wonderful without them. From start to finish, we could not have asked for more. we will always remember our wedding day and how they were a huge part of making it so very special.

I felt this vendor's assistant was very new. Things probably would have went a touch more smoothly if she were more experienced. Also, my grandparents didn't get their flowers, they sat in the bridal suite. Those things are relatively small compared to what our vendor had to deal with- there was a lot of chaos on my wedding day and several things went wrong, but she handled it gracefully and efficiently and often without my knowledge.

Francesca was available from the moment we booked her. She gave ample advice and suggestions. Our wedding day was perfect. She dealt with our crazy ideas and last minute changes like a true professional. She understood our vision and made it even better. Francesca of Dazzling Affairs was my savior! Not only did she give me great assistance during the planning and organization of my wedding and rehearsal, providing me with thorough and immediate feedback, but saved the day as well. My limo broke down on the side of the expressway on the way to the catering hall and luckily enough for me she was with me early in the morning at my house to help me get ready and was following close behind my limo to the catering hall. She quickly scooped me up and transported me in her White Lexus SUV and got me there w/o running behind schedule and in style! She made sure all of the behind the scenes work at the catering hall went well without a trip and ensured everyone looked their best in the wedding party for pictures. Dazzling Affairs: WOW.......what can I say-one of the best investments we made was hiring Francesca! I cannot say enough great things about her. I don't think there is anything that woman cannot do. Francesca was phenomenal. When I initially considered hiring a wedding planner I did so because I come from a big immediate family, most of whom have their own families. I knew from past experience that I would need someone to assist in gathering them for pics and directing them throughout the day. We had 200 guests and most of my family had not seen each other in years so I knew things would get chaotic if I did not have someone there to manage.  I also wanted to enjoy our day as much as possible without having to answer and direct so many people. My husband was skeptical at first but after the wedding rehearsal he really did see that her services were invaluable. From the time we booked her she was available for any questions or concerns we had and provided us with some great referrals for various things throughout our planning which saved us a ton of money and stress.  Her fees are also very reasonable. She arrived early and immediately got to work on everything she needed to do. Her assistant Jamie went to the church to meet the guys and stayed with us until the reception. She was such a great help. She assisted the guys at the church and managed the arrival of flowers and such. Francesca handled everything from fixing my bridesmaids hair, ironing their shawls, managing my bridal party, gathering family for pictures, reminding me to touch up my makeup, putting on my shoes, getting me in my dress, answering questions and directing everyone - she even took a pic of me that came out so professional we will be including it in our album. The things we forgot she remembered.  Things pop up when you least expect them to and she was right there to fix them. After watching our wedding video we noticed Francesca in the background attending to every detail. At one point throughout the night as I was dancing I looked over at our table and I seen her standing there overseeing everything and what a great feeling that was - she really took care of any issues that came up allowing us to have such a great time. Anything you need she has it. And aside from her professionalism she is such a genuinely nice person. She has a calming and fun disposition. We did not have to worry about a thing. She did not miss a beat and my family still raves about the fantastic job she did. We actually missed her after the wedding. She belongs working with celebrities, she really is that good. I cannot recommend her highly enough. A true professional.

I worked with Francesca on a partial services event coordinator contract and I could not have been happier. She helped us find vendors and really helped me plan the details of our wedding that I was, quite frankly, clueless about (tables, chairs, amount of food, rsvp's, invitations, costs, etc. etc). The main reason I approached her was because I really needed her to manage me on the day of the event as I had no one to help me. I have to say that she and her assistant were absolutely perfect. Even my father, who never wants to spend money on anything, said that hiring Francesca was the best idea. She helped manage every minute detail of the day from the arrivial of the photographer, to the makeup, photos, pickup times, and handed me my cake top as I fell into the car at the end of the night. This was all done with the perfect amount of professionalism, poise, firmness (much needed at times), and fun.
