My parter and I used Double Diamond for our wedding on the 28th of May 2012. We had a 9 seater Lincoln (white) and our driver was the lovely Nino. We flew over from Ireland so all correspondence before that date was via email with Andrew, who was always very quick to reply and very courteous and helpful. Two days before the wedding the company contacted us to confirm the booking and also the day before which put my mind at ease. Nino our driver arrived 10 minutes early and was dressed very smartly. The limo was spotless inside and out and there was also non alcoholic refreshments on ice in the limo for us, which was great was the weather was so hot. The limo was also very well air conditioned. Our photographer guided Nino as to where we needed to go in the city and Nino got us about with ease. He was just lovely. Thank you so much Double Diamond. x

This place was very friendly, the limos were clean and elegant and the driver was very cool. He even did me a favor when i left something home so he drove to my house then took my wife and i to our hotel! very impressed

On time, Professional and helpful! our driver was very sweet and helped us with all our needs... they worked well with our photographers and new how to navigate the city pretty good..... we would reccomend to future bride and grooms also for anyone who is in need of luxury transportation! we had a 1949 caddy, limo bus and a deville.... which were clean and stocked... thank you so much double diamond!! Tommy and his team made sure that our bridal party, families and guest traveled in style all day--and that everyone made it to to where they were supposed to be on time! The cars were clean, well-appointed and did NOT reek of cigarettes like so many other companies' cars. They arrived on time, didn't get lost, were dressed appropriately. The best part about it was that they have such a large selection of cars that we got to choose the right vehicle for each group's personality...a stretch SUV for the boys, a stretch Lexus for the ladies and a 1951 Rolls Royce for the bride ;). Tommy was a total sweetheart the whole way through. The only drawbacks: sometimes it could take a while to get paperwork emailed to you and the Rolls had this crazy horn on it that kind of sounded like a Taco Truck. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

I cannot recommend Double Diamond more highly. I was very anxious in hiring a limo company for my wedding as there always seems to be a reviewer who had a negative experience for every company. So, I'm pretty effusive about how fantastic DD Limos was. Andrew, who handled our reservation, was professional and amicable. I always felt relaxed, relieved and confident after speaking to him on the phone. Our driver, Adam, was not only on-time and really pleasant, but also seemed excited to be there for us. They honestly made us feel like we were their only client...or at least one of their most important. If I ever have a need for another stretch SUV limo, they will be my first call.

I had always thought limo companies seemed a lot like moving companies -- the reviews vary widely, it seems to be very hit or miss, and the most you can hope for is to not get screwed in the process. Therefore, I was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent experience we had with Double Diamond Limos! My husband dealt with all of the arrangements and phone conversations and he said that they were always very responsive and flexible. The answer to most of his questions was "no problem!" They arrived to pick up our wedding party on time and the limo (the big Escalade) was as promised. (Side note: who decided that everyone wants to relive the 1980's in the interior in their limo? All limos seem to love neon lights!) Anyway, they were there on time. The driver helped me from the hotel into the limo and had an umbrella on hand since it had started drizzling at that point. Our driver was Adam and he was extremely nice. I cannot even tell you how great it is to have nice people around you at your wedding -- it just makes the whole experience so much better. He was calm, friendly, and just perfect. He even went and put a runner down at our church...and then removed it without complaining when I told him that actually we didn't want a runner. :) We would definitely recommend Double Diamond limo to anyone!!

We were extremely pleased that Double Diamond was our limo company, an all around great experience. Sal was our driver (in the Phantom) and he was extremely helpful, from helping with my dress so I didn't fall over it, to providing comic relief when we felt stressed, Sal was the best! We will be recommending this company to all our friends getting married and will definitely use them again when we need limo services.

I must admit, transportation is not something I was particularly keyed in to, but this company was INCREDIBLE!! We had quite a few combinations of needs regarding our travel and they were professional, courteous and reliable! It's not easy negotiating NYC streets at rush hour, and the drivers were phenomenal. My daughter left her cell phone in one of the cars, and they fed-exed it back asap. A great experience!

Unfortunately, this is the one vendor I used that I would not reccommend. Leading up to the day, everything was great. Tommy was really easy to work with, very professional, competitive prices, nice cars etc. Day of the limos all arrived on time, everything was great. The drivers were nice, very helpful etc. We had 3 issues: #1- When it was time to leave the church for the venue, we were running 30 minutes late so the driver told my husband we would have to pay an hour over time and he needed the money right then. He was rude about it but whatever day of you have to let it go and not let it affect your day. #2 - At the end of the night is where we had the real issues. There was one limo that was driving my parents home at the scheduled pick up of 11:30pm. At 11pm the driver takes it upon himself to enter my venue as I'm saying goodbye to guests, cut off my guests, to tell me that if the passengers don't get in the car right now there will be an overtime fee. The guy was literally in my face and RUDE. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!! He then complained the whole way dropping my family off. #3 LIMO no. 2 dropped off my husband and I first and then was making multiple stops after that to drop off family. This was again all prearranged and we had even paid for the tips in advance so we wouldn't have to deal day of. With this limo Tommy told us to give the guy an extra 100bucks or so that night since he was making extra stops but his full tip was included in our price along with the others. When he dropped us off and my husband gave him his EXTRA tip he started complaining that it was no where near enough. My husband explained to him that we had paid their tips in advance and this was extra. Again, RUDE. Turns out Tommy hadn't given them there tips yet. When my husband called to complain, we were told they would take care of the tip for our limo to the airport. big deal. So there you have it. Like I said up until the end of the night things were great but what bride what's a driver in her face telling her the limo needs to leave. It's just unacceptable. Luckily, that was the only glitch in my entire day with any of my vendors.

The limousines and our wedding car was very clean inside and looked awesome for the pics outside. They came right on time and our driver even helped to hold my train so it wouldn't drag on the floor! We paid $1400 for 49 Classic Cadillac and 2 10-passenger cadillac limousines which are way nicer than the everyday Lincoln cars. Thanks!

Our dirver was so great - he conversated with us and yet gave us our time to enjoy each other. THe cars was so clean and the prices was amazing.

Ok well I don't really know where to start. We had to limos. One for parents and one for bridal party ( which we would ride in ) I met with the owner who seemed to be nice and kept in contact about certaint things. I wanted to provide my own aisle runner and kept in touch with them about hours, addresses and other info they would need. Well... Although my driver was Super super nice and helpful... They got me to the church (which is less than 5 minutes from my house) about 25 minutes early. & they wanted me to go in.. I refused to enter because my guest were still not all there yet because ti was early and I was forced to sit in the limo for 25 minuntes until ready. Well we got to the reception fine. But come 1:00a.m. when a limo was SUPPOSED to come and pick up the parents to take them home....they NEVER showed up! we had to take 3 cabs to the hotel that me and my husband were staying at. we called the owner several times who refused to take responsibility. He said he wasnt supposed to send one. Well mY contract says he is as well as the confirmation email stating they were to get their ride home at 1 a.m. he did send a limo at 3:30 a.m. from the hotel and they ot home at 5 a.m. and we couldnt go join our friends and the after parety becasue we were waiting outside with them. & They couldnt stay bc they had to get back to their pets. he did realize he was wrong the next day when he was able to look up our info and did senda SMALL refund because of the cab fare we had to pay But that doesnt change the fact that the night was ruined for my family and us and that we couldnt join our after party because we had to sit and wait for the limo. the next day that was all I could think about and I just wanted to see pictures or soemthing so that wasn;t the way I would remember my wedding.

Limos are expensive, but oh well. It was well worth it. We only got it for the minimum amount of time, the people at Double Diamond were really nice and easy to deal with, it was cool to ride in, get in and out of, and the driver (I think he was Charlie) was lovely. So there.

Double Diamond was AWESOME! we booked the Rolls Royce and the Escalade for our wedding day and both were fantastic. Adam was the driver for the escalade who was very courteous and professional and made all of my bridesmaids laugh and have fun! He also came and picked us up at the end of the night. I don't remember what the name of the driver was for the RR, but he was like a second father to me that day. He guided me through everything I was supposed to do and was the first to congratulate us after we came out of the church. He made our ride unbelievably perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. We have used Double Diamond before and would definately do so again!

The limo bus was a great value! The driver was very courteous and professional.

Out of all the vendors I felt that the limo was def the biggest waste of money. I never realized how expensive a limo was! We booked them bc they gave us the best price and I also knew of two people who used them before. The day of the wedding they showed up early and I believe they charged us from the second they arrived instead of when they supposed to arrive. That isn’t the reason why I give them a B-. On our wedding day since it was raining instead of the drivers bringing the girls with the umbrellas into church or out of the house, they just opened the door and had an umbrella out of the limo. They didn’t guide them at all with the umbrella. My limo smelt like a dirty cigar bc the driver was smoking in the limo before. Not only was he creepy before I walked down the aisle he said to me” Are you sure you want to do this”!! After the church they didn’t want to bring us to Gantry but since I paid already for the permit I made them. Granted we did go over the time on the limo at the end of the night we had to pay them $400 and my husband went nuts bc we knew we went over but we didn’t know by $400. Oh well!

> I would like to start by saying im sorry you were not happy with your service you recieved. We do not charge from when we get to the house early. You are charged from when your pickup time is scheduled for. The two chauffeurs you had for your wedding neither of them smoke so i do not believe they were smoking before your ride. All of our chauffeurs are instructed not to smoke in the vehicles for this reason. I'm sorry you felt the driver was creepy, it may have to do that he was sick some time ago. All of our chauffeurs have pleasant personality's and may have been just trying to make you laugh before going down the aisle to calm your nerves just a little. As far as the over time, it is stated on the contract what the rate per hour is. I also Believe the chauffeurs extend the courtesy of allowing you to pay when your return vehicle picked you up, which is Not out policy. This vendor had the most HIGH QUALITY vehicles for the best price. My husband searched all around for the newest Rolls Royce and they had it. They have amazing prices and all their limos were new and beautiful. They are located in Brooklyn and we are in Queens, and the reception was in New Jersey. They were accomodating with the location, ON TIME, patient, and friendly. We took pictures at a busy park and they were accomodating with the traffic we caused. Only negative is that my limo driver did not help me too much with my dress and bring out the champagne without reminding him.

My experience with my driver was fine. No problems. However, my husband?s limo experience was awful. The (contracted) driver was terrible. He had no idea how to navigate the city and the groomsmen were literally giving him directions to the church. He was slimy and started hassling my husband for overtime as soon as we stepped out of the limo for photos. The rate he was demanding was double what we were told that it would be. We literally have photos of us arriving at the Seaport with this guy breathing down my husband?s neck. He was awful. I don?t recommend Double Diamond.

All of the limo drivers were very curtious and flexible. I had a car for the ride home and they were very accomodating to having two stops, one at my dad's house and one at my new house.

Good service, good people. I was overall happy with the company and the Limos provided. Our driver was very caring and sweet.

I was a little disappointed that they got my pickup time wrong, especially after I called the day before the wedding to confirm the time, also there was no runner for my wife to walk down the aisle and her dress got very dirty, I was promised a runner for that day

This company is so professional yet friendly that I seriously can't find anything wrong with them. I've used them for other events that when it came to picking a limo company, there was no question. DD has an amazing limo bus which is exactly what I wanted since our bridal party was so large. We reviewed the limo bus and fell in love. About 2 months before the wedding we actually added 3 more limos (one to drive me and my family to the salon on the morning of the wedding; one to bring our parents to the hall and one to get us all from the hotel the following day.) It was quick, easy and painless. The cars were early, clean and very comfortable. Our drivers are courtesy and extremely helpful.

They arrived at the hotel to bring us to the ceremony an hour early... cutting our time down. We ended up arriving at the reception site one hour too early and had to wait around. Otherwise, good company.

Double Diamond was great. We booked a 28 passenger party bus, a 10 passenger lincoln stretch limo and a 1939 Antique Cadillac. All of the cars were clean and beautiful inside, the drivers were extremely nice, they were ontime (a little early actually) and they knew exactly where they were going. I would highly recommend Double Diamond Limousines.

Double Diamond was great to work with. They were responsive to emails and flexible in customizing a package that worked for our wedding. We ended up booking 2 limos for 2 different lengths of time because of how the day's schedule worked out. The limos were clean and well-kept and the limo drivers were very nice. Double Diamond was fantastic to deal with and very reasonable and VERY punctual. The driver looked SUPER dapper in his tux, and everyone who rode on the party bus had a blast! They were very gracious, even providing champagne to the bridal party.
