I used Loretta from Embellir for my engagement shoot. She did an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup. I got exactly what I asked for (Kim Kardashian look, yes, i know....) without looking like a drag queen. I have asked for this look before from being a bridesmaid at another wedding and that make up artist made me look like a drag queen. I really liked that Loretta asked me to show her what my usual make up looks like. I guess this way she has an idea how I normally look. I had so much fun and it seemed more like a makeup party because not only was she styling me, but she was also giving me BEAUTY TIPS! She showed me what products works well with me and what didn't. She taught me how to make my hair more voluminous! Loretta did an amazing job and I got so many compliments on my makeup for my engagement pictures

Angela was amazing! I did two trials with Angela and I loved how she made me look. On the day of, Angela showed up 10 minutes early with two assistants to help me, my two bridesmaids, and my two flower girls get ready. I was so incredibly happy with the hair and make up. I still looked like myself - only much better than normal. :) The make up stayed on all night and my hair stayed in place through pictures in the snow and the entire party. Angela had prepared a little emergency make up kit for the wedding - Qtips, extra lipstick, etc - but I didn't need any of it. I felt beautiful - thank you Angela!

I used artists/stylists Angela and Loretta from Embellir Artistry for my March 2nd wedding. Angela also did my h/mu trial. During the trial I gave some feedback which she executed perfectly on the actual wedding day. I was extremely happy with the updo and make up. Guests kept commenting on how radiant yet natural the make up looked (or variations of that). From what I've seen in pictures so far, the make up photographed really well -- bringing out the best of my features without looking overdone. The two stylists worked together on the wedding day to offer hair and makeup to several of our family members -- everyone seemed very happy with the results and we all looked beautiful. The make up seemed to last all night (except for the lips, but they give you gloss and a brush to retouch that). My hair -- a semi-loose/unstructured updo -- started coming loose about 3-4 hours into the party, but by then who cares! it still looked good anyway. And of course, by then it had been about 6 hours of it holding perfectly for pre-ceremony photos, prep, and the first few hours of the event. Although I wish the pricing was more affordable (since I am not a big spender on hair or make up products and services, in general) -- they were reasonably priced compared to other hair and makeup vendors in NY, so I would consider them a good value and a justified indulgence on my wedding day.

I love Embellir!! Angela was my artist for my wedding day, I also used her for my engagement photo shoot. I asked for a soft smoky eye look for my engagement shoot, Angela suggested do a little heavier on the false lashes, at first I was very iffy but then I was soooo happy that I listened to her professional opinion, the pictures came out very beautiful. On my wedding day, I just wanted a natural radiant look and she also did a great job on that. All my guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful I was. I wish I can hire her to make me up everyday!

Loretta was such a pleasure to work with. She made the makeup and hair process super easy for my wedding, and I am not just talking about my actual application. I'm talking about organizing hair and makeup services for myself and eight other people. I changed times and numbers on her multiple times, and she was always very sweet about it. Embellir Artistry are fantastic! I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with their services!They were on time, professional and truly great at what they do. I had trials with several other hair and makeup artists, but I wasn't satisfied until I used Embellir Artistry. They knew exactly what I was looking for and they delivered.

Loretta did the hair and makeup for my sister's wedding and we couldn't have been happier. She arrived on time, really listened to what we wanted, and made it look better than we could have hoped. She has a ton of experience so when I was worried my eye shadow looked too dark, she suggested taking a photo with and without flash to see what it would look like in photos (vs in the direct sunlight of a bridal suite). She was completely correct and I kept the eye shadow. Loretta was extremely patient, kind, and talented - a very safe pair of hands for anyone's wedding day!

Ensure you try multiple hair styles so that you are sure about your decision. Come with ideas in mind already.

I used Embellir for my wedding and was very pleased with the quality of their work. They really made me and the entire bridal party super happy. They were very fast and accommodated all of us. The only thing i was a bit turned off by was the fact that it was very hard to reach them( via email or phone) and I had to follow up with them all the time. I had to ask for the contract and for all the details( and i am not very much into these things as i dont really know what they needed). Other than that, they were super nice and did an excellent job! I would recommend them to any of you.

I worked with Loretta and she was amazing! I searched high and low for a great make-up artist and hair stylist for my wedding day at a price that was reasonable and Embellir hands down was the most affordable option. Loretta is such a pleasure - she is a wonderful woman and was a pleasure to work with during the trial and on my wedding day. I was VERY happy with the way my makeup and hair turned out and received numerous compliments on both.

I've been a bridesmaid to two different brides who both used Embellir Artistry. I could tell why they chose Embellir immediately. Both artists made all of the bridesmaids in both wedding parties beautiful yet kept the makeup natural which was exactly what we (as bridesmaids as well as the bride) wanted. And the best part was the makeup stayed on and hairstyles stayed up beautifully for the entire day - both weddings were at least 16 hour days! I would definitely recommend these two artists to all of my friends!

They were wonderful and kept working whenever there was something I didn't like. I was really happy with how I looked at the end, and my bridesmaids looked fantastic too. Everyone's hairstyles lasted the day and even late into the after party. The only reason I have a lower score for Responsiveness is because I did not get follow up contract emails right away after the trial and in spite of emailing a few times I didn't get a response. I think it was probably an aberration, but it made me nervous that I still didn't have the contract. I ended up emailing Angela, who came over to do the trial(yes they came to my house for it) and she assured me I was in the calendar and got in touch with the main contact about the lack of contract. It all worked out, they were punctual, nice, accommodating, and very well priced.

I was a bridesmaid for my cousin's wedding and I had Embellier Artistry come and do the hair for all of the bridesmaids. I didn't start looking for a stylist until a week before the wedding. They were booked for another wedding that day but Loretta was able to squeeze us in with a week's notice which I am very grateful for. A contract was emailed for me to sign which outlined everything in clear detail. Angela and Jennifer were right on time at 5:30 am and were very professional. They came well prepared with lights, mirrors, extension cords and everything they would need. This is very important because it can get very chaotic when everyone is getting ready. They were neat and organized. I told them what look I was going for and they were able to give me suggestions. I did not know exactly what I wanted but they were able to change and tweak the style to my satisfaction. I loved how my hair came out. It was perfect. The most important part was it lasted all night, through the humidity, running around, thousands of photos, and crazy sweaty dancing. At the end of the night my hair still looked perfect. I would recommend Embellir Artistry and use them again for any upcoming special events where I need to look fabulous.

Angel and her assistant did a great job on hair and makeup for my wedding. They were professional and timely and left the bridal party looking amazing. Also she traveled to our wedding site in the Hudson Valley and did everything on-site which was so convenient for us. I told the girls they could do their hair however they wanted. Many came with photos for Angela and they were all very impressed that she was able to do all the different styles they requested, and do each one perfectly. In fact, many of them actually said to me that she was the best artist they had ever had (they had been in many other weddings). Both on the trial day and the actual wedding day, I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror! I am not normally a makeup person and I don't even bother with a hair dryer, but she made me look amazing!

Angela and Loretta did an amazing job with the hair and makeup at my wedding. They were so talented, you could show them any photo and they had no problem replicating the style. They were friendly and upbeat. I think their services were worth it - I could have gone with someone less expensive, but the quality just wasn't there. I really recommend them to any bride!

I got so many compliments on my hair & makeup at my wedding. My makeup made it through a limo ride with no AC and an 1.5 hour photo shoot outside in the hot sun and still looked great! My makeup remained flawless throughout the night. All I did was use some blotting paper to remove some excess oil from sweating. Prior to my wedding, I met with Loretta for a trial. I provided her with photos of hairstyles I liked and she helped make recommendations and narrow it down to one style. I was very happy that she was able to match the photo exactly like I wanted. When it came to makeup, I was kind of clueless. All I requested was no smokey overly dramatic eyes and a very natural flawless look. I got that with the airbrush application. It was perfect! She also did my entire bridal party and mothers. Everyone was comfortable and Loretta and Angela made everyone happy in their own styles.

I first booked Loretta for a trial on the day of my engagement shoot. I wanted a dramatic look for my engagement photos but didn't have any specific requirements as I do not use a lot of makeup on a daily basis. She gave me some great suggestions and I was extremely happy with the end result. She accentuated my eyes but the makeup still looked natural. When I booked Loretta to do my hair and makeup for my wedding banquet, I wanted a completely different look from my engagement shoot. I wanted a more natural look that would coordinate with my 3 dresses. She listened to my requests and did an amazing job on my makeup. I wanted to use fake eyelashes and Loretta was extremely patient with the application. I have sensitive eyes and my eyes kept tearing which made my makeup run. She applied the eyelashes and also re-touched my makeup after the application. I'm so glad I was able to use the eyelashes as I loved my final look! I emailed Loretta pictures of what I wanted for my hair and she created a style for me that was more flattering than the pictures. My main concern was that my hair be off my neck so I would not be sweating into my updo. She definitely made that work and the updo did not get loose even after several hours of dancing. I highly recommend Loretta from Embellir to any bride or to anyone who just wants to look great for a special occasion!

Loretta and her team did the hair and makeup the day of my wedding for myself, my 6 bridesmaids/maids of honor, my mother, and my mother-in-law. They arrived promptly, set up quickly in my hotel room, understood my vision, and were able to put my concept together perfectly! Each of my bridesmaids/maids of honor had different styles, but all incorporated a braid in their hair, which brought it all together! Loretta and her team all worked professionally and made everyone look beautiful! My wedding day was on a sketchy, scattered, humid thunderstorm kind of day. I was so worried about my hair and makeup holding up. not only did it hold up and look amazing, but the sun came out and the rest of the day into the wedding night was amazing. Did i say my wedding was outdoors? I had such a wonderful experience with Angela- I had some ideas for my hair and make up but on some things I was totally confused. She helped create the perfect look for my wedding- I was happy with the trail but her work really blew me away on my wedding day. She is a total sweetheart and gifted artist. Just because I was changing hotel rooms to my bridal suite, we had to start a little later and Angela and Loretta did a fantastic job and helped keep us focused and on time while being totally sweet and fun. They both did amazing work on me and my girls. Angela even helped me lace up the corset of my wedding gown!!

I was recently a bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding where Loretta and Angela came to help us with our hair and make-up. They worked at a great pace but at the same time keep things comfortable for everyone. I didn't know how I wanted to do my hair or make-up except that I knew I wanted to use red lipsick. Loretta and Angela were so helpful be giving me suggestions on how to do my hair and make-up so that it would complement the red lipstick and the look came out great. I hired Loretta to do my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as hair and makeup for my mother, my fiancé's mother, and my four bridesmaids. I was recently married on Febraury 24, 2012, and was extremely fortunate to have hired Angela and Loretta from Embellir Artistry. They did an amazing job on my bridesmaids, and our mother's. My makeup was absolutely stunning. Angela from Embellir Artistry, was so the sweetest person to work with and she is extremely talented. She made my makeup and hair exactly the way I wanted it and it looked amazing. My family also had their hair and makeup done by Embellir Artistry and we are so happy we chose them.

I had such a great experience with Embellir Artistry! There were some last minute changes to my schedule and they were able to accommodate to it without giving me a hard time. Within the time frame we had, they were able to get me and my 6 bridesmaids ready and beautiful. Even though there were a total of 7 of us to work on, they did not rush through any of our make up or hair which we truly appreciated. They were very professional and took the time to ask each of us what type of look we wanted. When one of us felt that we wanted a retouch on our hair or make up, they did not fuss and did exactly what was needed to make each of us feel comfortable. Even though they were very professional, the experience felt like it was just a group of close friends glamming each other up. They were really great and fun to work with. Our make up and hair lasted the entire day and we felt beautiful and confident through every second because of them. If I had another big event coming up, I definitely would go back to them.

Loretta and Angela did the hair and make up for my wedding party and our parents. Angela was wonderful. Everyone loved what she did with their hair. Loretta, however, was not able to create the look my bridesmaids and moms wanted. Even after repeatedly asking for certain adjustments (higher buns, less curls, etc), she was unable to do it. Their make up skills are pretty basic. So I would not recommend this for hair/makeup for the bride. For the most part, they were pretty professional. My only complaint is how long it took for Loretta to reply to my emails. There were times when it took two weeks before she replied. And she was a little disorganized with the bill. On two separate occasions, I had to remind her that we had done trials, where 50% went towards the deposit. Other than this, I have no complaints.

For my engagement party I wanted to go with a Glam rock look and gave her a general description of what I was looking for. When I finally looked in the mirror, it was exactly what I wanted! She gave me smokey dark eyes and an overall edgy look. For my wedding day I wanted the classic pin up girl look. She gave me a natural glow, all the while keeping my makeup light with the perfect color splash of red for my lips. She was an integral part of my big day because she made me feel even more beautiful and confident. And the pictures are proof of that! Angela is great. Unlike some make-up artist who always assume they know better, she will listen to you and what you want. She arrived exactly on time which is so important because some of my vendors didn't. I told her my schedule and I felt they adhered to it perfectly - very important on strict timeline of the wedding day. Angela even came to my house for a trial and brought some hair accessories which I liked so much and she agreed to sell them to me for an unbelievably cheap price. Overall, would recommend to all my friends getting married.

Loretta was a pleasure to deal with, she was professional, patient and is a truly amazing make-up artist!  I'm the type of girl who doesn't put on make-up on a daily basis and when I do...it's only mascara and lip gloss because my Hub doesn't like girls with heavy make-up. So with that in mind, I was in search for a make-up artist who can help me achieve a very natural/simple look yet beautiful.  I did a trial run with 2 other make-up artists before I came across Loretta. She did exactly what I wanted with my make-up and hair.  I have small eyes with no double eyelid and thought I would look funny with eye shadows, but Loretta amazingly made my eyes bigger and sexier with her excellent make-up skills.  The way she did my eye shadow and lashes were not overwhelming at all.  Also, I have a tan complexion, so she recommended using air brush foundation to bring out my naturally tanned skin color.  I was glowing, Hub was happy, make-up was perfect!  She also did my hair, with extensions added ahead of time since my hair is short and I wanted my hair down.  She carefully matched the extensions with the color of my hair, it came out to be very natural and full looking. She did my hair exactly what I had showed her on a magazine on my wedding day, I wish I can hire her as my hair stylist!  I'm glad to have found Loretta to beautify me on my special day, would highly recommend her and would book her again in a heartbeat for special occasions.  Thanks a million, Loretta!!!

I worked with Angela of Embellir Artistry for my wedding day. I don't have a regular hair person here in the city, but trusted the other reviews on this site and was not disappointed! I went for a trial run about 2 months before the wedding date and was thrilled with the results and on the wedding day Angela worked tirelessly to make me, my bridesmaids, my mother, step-mother and mother-in-law look our absolute best. The most important thing to me was that we had someone who would be able to do hair and/or make-up for 6 people and would travel to us on the day of the wedding. Angela was punctual and got straight to work in our hotel suite and even finished earlier than we thought we would. I spent the day looking and feeling my best and I know that if you choose Embellir Artistry you will not be disappointed!

Loretta did an amazing job for my destination wedding in Aruba! I was really nervous picking a makeup/hair artist - those who have oily skin like I do know that heat and sun can be your worst enemies! Normally, I wouldn't care but I definitely did not want to look greasy in all my wedding pictures. She did a fantastic job and my makeup stayed on for the whole night - I kid you not! My photographers even commented on it. I think the ultimate test was when the best man tossed me into the water (wedding dress and all) and my makeup did not move AT ALL. So yeah, you can say I pretty happy about being able to continue to greet me guests without having my makeup melt away from the ocean water. She did a makeup and hair trial for me prior to my Aruba trip. From that, she determined what I wanted from the pictures I showed her. I really appreciated her honesty. Sometimes ppl show pictures of stars not realizing that skin tone and face structure really makes a difference. She took what I showed her and added to it to fit my darker skin tone and face structure. I was happy that she stopped whatever she was doing to listen to what I wanted and she wasn't afraid to put in her own opinions too. She was also encouraging me to tell her what I like and don't like as she was working on my hair and makeup. I was very happy with the end product and also appreciated that she took into consideration that I have sensitive acne-prone skin and tried to use oil-free products. Surprisingly, I didn't feel like I had any makeup on at all! I ended up asking her to do my Aruba wedding day hair and makeup and also my hair and makeup for my Thai water ceremony here at home. Again, no regrets at all! A few of my guests already took a few of her business cards for themselves!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Angela of Embellir Artistry for anything hair and makeup related! After reading many positive reviews on several wedding sites, I contacted Angela and she was able to fit me in for a trial run that weekend, which was very important since I only had 4 weeks before the wedding. My first impression was that she was very professional and had a good understanding of how to make each person look their best. She took my opinions and example photos into account, but was not afraid to assert her expert opinion as well. As a person who prefers a more natural look, my primary concern was looking overly made up. (If I had it my way, I would swipe on some mascara and be good to go for the wedding.) During the trial run, Angela encouraged me to go beyond my comfort zone and try adding more colors so that the photographs would come out really well. And in the end, I’m really glad I took her advice because the end result was exactly what I was looking for – a natural look that accentuated all my features. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier. The makeup and hair lasted all day long, Angela was prompt, skillful and professional and her services were in my price range.

Angela was amazing. She came prepared and really listened to what I wanted for my wedding. She did hair and make up for me, my mom, and my two sisters. We were all very impressed. Our make up and hair looked flawless and she was sweet and patient. If I had one negative thing to add it would be that she needed to rush home and wasn't flexible at staying longer. My wedding was in New Jersey, however I felt that she should of stayed at least till the ceremony for touch ups if needed.

Lorretta and Angela did an amazing job for our wedding day. I found Loretta and Angela after an extensive search for hair and makeup artists in the New York City area. Embellir Artistry was by far the best priced, but I do not believe that I had to compromise quality for the price. Loretta did an amazing job with my airbrush foundation, false lashes, and great up-do. She and Angela also did hair and makeup for two other bridal party members. For no extra charge they did a quick cover up job on a bruise my mom had on her forearm the day of the wedding. They had trouble getting to our venue because of train trouble, but were only a few minutes later than expected. They finished everyone’s looks with time to spare. Also, Loretta was also incredibly flexible. After my makeup and hair trial my husband had said he thought the makeup didn’t look “natural” enough, so Loretta changed my makeup for the day of the wedding and everyone loved the more “natural” look. The only minor complaint I would have is that occasionally Loretta would take a long time to respond to emails. She only did this when an email was not time sensitive, so it didn’t really matter. On top of that the only time she did not respond to a time sensitive email was when I asked her what the final balance due on the wedding day was. She responded only about 24 hours before the wedding, and said that although I had miscalculated the bill by $60 that since her response was so late she would provide the services at the lower (incorrect) price). I thought this was incredibly nice of her, and so I really can’t complain about slow email response when compared with the amazing service she and her partner provided. Overall I would recommend Loretta and Angela from Embellir Artistry to anyone looking for a great hair and makeup team for their wedding day. They were professional, and affordable.

Loretta was an absolutely awesome hair and make up artist, and helped make my special day be even more special! I ultimately chose Loretta because of her beautiful work, and because of the high level of professionalism she showed from the first moment I contacted her. I was incredibly pleased with her work...I'll never forget the look on my husbands face husband when I was walking down the aisle :) I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with her, and I have already recommended her to other friends!!

Angela is exceptionally wonderful! She was punctual and did not at any point rush to do my make-up on my big day. She really made sure that my hair and make-up, and even my wedding veil was perfect. I had a last minute trial session and she was able to fit me just a few days before my wedding. She listened to what I wanted and worked together with me to achieve what she thought was best but bearing in mind the kind of looks I had wanted to achieve. She was friendly, funny and warm and her price is affordable especially since I was on a tight budget (as I have been on a long distance relationship for years with my husband), so affordability was very important. I have never worn eye-shadow or heavy make-up before, nor was I a fan of foundation and when she suggested using blue and purple shadow and airbrush foundation, I was a little nervous but even in broad daylight, everyone (including passer bys in the streets of Brooklyn and Manhattan!) complimented how beautiful I looked and my friends were so complimentary of my make-up and how my skin was glowing in the photos. My make-up was not heavy and it looked so professionally done, not too much and my hair was impeccable! I love the way she did my hair with lovely romantic curls! The airbrush foundation felt airy and light on my skin. I just wish I could hire her every weekend to do my hair and make-up!!! I would recommend her wholeheartedly and you should really give Angela a call if you are thinking of good, reliable, affordable and professional make-up artist. You won't regret it! I certainly didn't! You rock Angela!!!!!!!!

Angela was fantastic! She always responded to emails and questions promptly and knowledgeably. We did a trial a few months before the wedding. Angela really understood and provided what I was looking for (a clean and classy look). Angela was on time the day of. My mom and my sister also had their hair/makeup done and loved their look! I had a July 9th wedding and went with the airbrushing to assure that it lasted the day. It last all day and into the night!

Angela and Loretta did the makeup for me, my wedding party and my mother. We were all thrilled with how our makeup looked. Angela and Loretta were so quick, yet our makeup stayed on all night long even though it felt like 100 degrees during our outdoor afternoon wedding. Their value cannot be matched and when one of my bridesmaids was running late Loretta put a little makeup on my grandma at no charge! They are great ladies and really know how to give a flawless wedding look!

We had Embellir Artistry for our Hair and Makeup on the Big Day. And they did not disappoint! Loretta and Angela were terrific throughout the process from day 1 of booking them through the final hours of getting ready for the ceremony. They provided great service and professionalism for both our engagement photos and on our wedding day. They made me look and feel beautiful. What more can a bride as for!

Loretta was excellent. She did an excellent job on my make up and everyone was so impressed with the great job she did. Angela was awesome! She worked on me (bride), my mother, my sister and 2 bridesmaids. I was a little bit worrited about the timing of the day, since we all had to be ready by 1:30. She arrived promptly at 8 am and worked throughout the morning to make sure we were all ready on time. She was professional and did an amazing job on all of us.

Angela was great. She did one practice hair and make-up for me, and I wanted to try something different with my hair, so she did another practice hair for me another day. On the wedding day they were there early, so no issues to worry about and stayed until we were ready and starting photos. I recommend her 100%.

I worked with Angela for my wedding banquet in NYC. We had a trial done at Lotus Bridal in Brooklyn and then she came to my house on the day of. Angela is friendly, responsive on email and very patient. She has a calmness about her that I think makes for a great hair & makeup artist, especially for hectic events like a wedding. She answered my never-ending questions during the trial. The trial didn't go perfectly, I felt my eye make up smudged later on in the day. It's possible that I just can't do the smokey eye look. She asked for feedback from the trial and listened closely to everything I had to say about it in order to get the makeup & hair the way I wanted it for the wedding day. Angela was able to communicate with my mom on the wedding day in Cantonese. That was a major plus in my book because it relieved me from having to translate so I can work on other things while she is getting ready. Quality of her work was good, I didn't have to be outdoors in the summer heat and only needed my hair and makeup on for 7 hrs so I can't attest to how well it would last for a bride that has a longer day. For my situation, it worked out. Hair - I asked for an updo for part of the night to go with my qipao and then had her teach my bridesmaids how to change it to an half updo look later on (by pulling out a few strategically placed hairpins ). That worked out well except for the fact that she wasn't able to use as many pins as she wanted so by the end of the night, I noticed a few of my hairpins starting to come out and had to make sure to push it back in. Overall the curls stayed in despite the fact that my hair is extremely straight. She did an awesome job with my mom and created an updo/bun even though my mom had very short hair. I thought the makeup was also very well done and it truly showed that she knew how to work with Asian moms. I noticed that Angela used high quality products (that you would find at Sephora). I also found that she was priced very reasonably (although I did receive a discount via use of another vendor). I would not hesitate to recommend her service.

Angela, was amazing. She made me look like a Princess. People are still commenting me on how beauiful my hair and make up was. Not only did she do my hair and make up but she did my whole wedding party. She was very flexible as far as payment went which made it easy to work with.

Loretta was super nice and professional ! My make-up and hair looked very natural and stayed all day ! I even didnt want to take it off in the end of the night in the honeymoon suit , how good it was ! :) Thanks to Loretta , she did a dreat job ! Ans plus she was super friendly , tried to cheer me up all the time . when she finished her job she even gave me a small present - pink lipstik ( Estee Lauder) , the same she used on me , to fix make-up if needed. She was filled with ideas & listened to everything I said regarding how I wanted my hair & make-up for my special day. She came to my house for the trial; which was fantastic. For the day of my wedding, she did my hair & make-up as well as my mother. We were both beyond impressed & happy with our results. Our make-up & hair survived over 12 hours & looked just as fresh & fabulous at the end of the night. Not only was Angela professional & wonderful at what she does, she was a sweetheart too. Mine looked fantastic and I was really very impressed with how she handled the hair and make-up for my daughters (who each have strong personalities and "creative" ideas). Loretta is fabulous! It was my bachelorette party, and I really wanted to glam it up for the big night out on the town with the gals. I'm so glad I treated myself to hair & makeup, because Loretta really made my night, in all aspects. She not only made my eyes bold and beautiful, but gave me pointers for my outfit and even how to pose for the camera. Angela and Loretta are the best out there! To properly prepare for the big day, we had a few trials to ensure that I narrow down the exact makeup and hair that I want. I wasn't too sure as to where to start and the ladies patiently gave me suggestions and tried different looks till I found the one I loved. This is a very important step so that there's no surprises the day of. On the actual day, we stuck to the timeline and everyone came out gorgeous. My bridemaids couldn't stop raving about their make-up/hair. Best part is, due to the magic airbrushing technique, my make-up stayed on all day and night. I had a great experience with these girls at Embellir! The wedding trial was easy and stress free which totally relaxed me because I was running around trying to find makeup and hair that wouldn't cost a fortune! I had 4 bridesmaids and they all loved Loretta and Angela as much as I did. They were so great when it came to budget. I ended up with exactly what I wanted at the cost that I could afford!

I was beyond pleased with the service I received on my wedding day. The artists were so accommodating, organized, and a pleasure to work with. They did an absolutely terrific job. The team focused in on me, and did not come in with a set ideas of what to do and the result was magnificent. Coming from someone who has dealt with a lot of make up and hair professionals before, if you want great service than you must consider Embellir. It also helps that for what they are offering, their prices could be much more! (I hope they don't raise it after this!)

The team of Embellir did a wonderful job on my wedding. The makeup was natural looking and stayed clean and flawless looking all day! (I went with airbrush for me and the whole bridal party). I decided to go with a half up hair style so I got the extension from them as well, my hair was looking full and so natural looking even my husband couldn't tell I had extensions! I still have my extension til this day. I just can't say enough good things about these 2 girls.

Loretta @Embellir is truly one of the most talented makeup artists out there. I have had trials with a number of people, and she by far is the best that is out there. Her skills range from natural to dramatic looks, with lots of emphasis on the eyes. A huge plus, since my eyes and lashes are almost non-existent! It’s incredible how she was able to beautify me and my bridal party in time for a 12PM ceremony. Let me also add that I have the most unmanageable hair and she was able to tackle that mop with ease. I would not think twice and would book her again!

Angela and Loretta were very nice and professional. They sent me a checklist before my trial and wedding day and they also gave me a small touch up kit for the wedding. They did a great job and I couldn't ask for more!
