We simply can’t say enough good things about Everswoon. We worked with a different planner for the first 6 months of our 9 month wedding planning process. 3 months before the wedding, it was clear that the other firm was not working out; we needed to find someone to take over with a lot still left to do and not much time. I called Everswoon–Tamra returned my call promptly (on NYE no less!) & agreed to devise a partial planning package that would take us through to the event. From that point on, the whole tone of our wedding process changed–it became fun! We were no longer stressed because it was clear to us that Tamra had everything under control. It takes a very organized individual for a type-A person like me to relinquish control but we could trust Tamra from the beginning. She listened to us when we told her what we did & did not want to spend money on & she came up with creative ways for us to get more out of our budget. She brought incredible ideas to the layout & design of ceremony & reception spaces & she introduced us to many talented vendors. The wedding business can be tough at times & Tamra knows how navigate it to the benefit of her clients; she handles the tough stuff & involves the bride & groom in the fun parts. She responded promptly to all my calls & emails and was readily available for in-person meetings (with champagne!). She brought a great team with her to help on the day of the wedding; guests commented on how effortlessly the event transitioned from one phase to the next. As a further testament to Tamra’s professionalism, the in-house coordinators of both our ceremony & reception spaces cited Tamra as the best wedding planner they had ever worked with & couldn’t say enough good things about her conduct during the planning. We would highly recommend Everswoon to any bride as Tamra is everything you’d want in a planner–she is expertly organized, incredibly creative & she takes the stress out of the planning process!

It was a last minute decision to use a wedding vendor as my fiancée and I were a little worried about our budget. But with him stationed in Italy and me working in VA planning a wedding in NY was getting increasingly difficult. I needed help. I found Tamra and Josslynn with EverSwoon LLC using their services for month-of wedding planning. I spent most of my time working with Josslynn who was so very patient and so very pleasant. She understood our vision and our theme which was based around travel and our upcoming move to Italy. She offered creative and affordable suggestions and ideas. She offered all of her resources and contacts/vendors as well. Josslynn and I communicated mostly by email and she was always quick to respond with any of my questions or concerns. Sometimes just checking in to see how I was doing or if things were still going as planned. She was a joy to work with and her kind and pleasant demeanor was recognized by our entire wedding party. We would love to work with EverSwoon LLC again. We will likely use them for our anniversary party next year!

Tamra is such an amazing person to work with. She helped us coordinate our outfits and styled our enegagement shoot. We do no live in NYC and had to correspond with her via email. She is responsive and got back to us right away. She's also extremely organized, enthusiastic, creative and extremely talented. Each picture styled by her came out so amazing. We would highly recommend Tamra. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her - she's an incredible person to work with.

I worked with Josslynn at Ever Swoon for my wedding as I hired her as my day-of wedding coordinator. I honestly would not had been able to go through the wedding without her support. She was not only incredibly helpful, but professional, listening, considerate, proactive, and was great in all aspects. I left the marriage license at the hotel and had a panic attack when the officiant arrived. Josslynn calmed me down and simply said that it's not a big deal and she'll just take a cab and go grab it and all will be fine - and she did, and all was fine. :) She was very sweet to my friends and families as well. Everyone at the wedding who interacted with her had only nice things to say about her. She was helpful until the end, didn't miss any details, and all went smoothly at my wedding. Josslynn also put together a timeline and schedule of payment for each vendor which was super helpful. She ensured that I didn't have to worry about much on my wedding day but she was very communicative at the same time which was really great. I cannot recommend her enough and I encourage all future brides to hire a wedding coordinator!
