Every single person who works at The Grand Hyatt (from the bellman to receptionist to catering office) was extremely professional and kind. Jim Dale and Jenny Wilner in the catering/events office were extremely wonderful to work with. They were always there to make sure I was happy and that everything we wanted was taken care of. There was never "no," it was always "we will make sure it happens for you." I would highly recommend this venue to ANYONE looking for an event space, especially if you have over 350 people. They are accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Everything about my wedding at the Grand Hyatt was for me, perfect. Our wedding was in June, 2012. The events planner of the Grand Hyatt that I worked with was very accomodating and very professional. He listened, made great suggestions. He was just so helpful. And he made my vision for the wedding become a reality. I had my reception inside the Manhattan Ballroom. The room was just beautiful for our wedding with the lighting and high windows. And I have to say that the food and service from cocktail to the main course was excellent...simply impeccable. I got so many compliments. If there were any bumps or issues during the night, I wouldnt be the wiser because everything ran so smoothly. They took really good care of us at the Hyatt. I couldnt be happier having the wedding at the Hyatt.

I had my wedding and reception at the Grand Hyatt NYC on April 8, 2012. My point of contact was Serge Disegni (catering) and he was incredible. From the first time that I met him 6 months before our wedding, to the day after the reception, Serge was there through it all. Fabulous service, our guests felt very welcomed and warm, he and his staff worked beautifully with the rest of our vendors and gave in to all my demands :) The Manhattan Ballroom looked stunning! Thanks Grand Hyatt for making our dream wedding come true to life!
