I had an amazing experience at Isabella's Bride! The best part of my experience - my amazing consultant, Alla. Alla was so sweet and patient and knows everything there is to know about each of the dresses and the designers. During my consultation I told her I was looking for a dress with sleeves. We tried on a bunch of dresses, many of which were strapless as the exact style I was looking for was hard to find, and she would bring in different jackets and pieces of fabric and show me what could and could not be done to each dress to make a sleeve. Further, because she is so familiar with the designers, she suggested I come back in a couple of weeks from my original appointment because she knew there would be dresses I would love. She was right! I definitely found the most amazing dress and exactly what I was looking for! Alla was so wonderful as is Isabella's Bride - I clearly highly recommend it!

I'm so glad I ordered my dress from Isabella's. My dress arrived this week and it is perfect!! I'm from Australia and wedding dresses here are a lot more expensive. So I started looking around online and Isabella's was one of the places I found. I emailed them and Jeff then offered to Skype my mum and I so we could ask him some questions. He was extremely helpful and showed us around his store on Skype. He even skyped us a few other times out of the store's normal open hours (because of the time difference to Australia) and helped us with size conversions and delivery questions. I have to admit I was pretty nervous ordering a wedding dress online because I've heard lots of horror stories about fakes. But my dress arrived really quickly, was genuine and was the right size etc. I now have the exact dress I wanted - in fact it's the same dress I saw in a store in Adelaide but I never could've afforded to pay the price they wanted here. Thanks so much for all your help and excellent service. I highly recommend Isabella's to anyone in Australia looking for a wedding dress.

They had a great selection of dresses to choose from and their prices were great - much better than other salons that I'd been looking at and their customer service was wonderful! I've had a great experience! It was a fast and smooth transaction. I knew what I wanted, they had it, I bought it. AND FOR THE BEST PRICE OUT THERE. They have quality items, and budget friendly prices. Recommend to all! From the first phone call, I knew I had to get my dress from them. :)

Where do I begin... I was forced to deal with this place when my friend was getting married and asked me to be one of the groom’s men. After my measurements were taken, I come back to pick up this rental and come to find out that the pants are 4x my size (parachute pants). The waistline is adjustable to fit anyone and everyone but the width (bagginess) of the pants was ridiculously big for anyone. They pretty much have a one size fits all for everyone, that way, everyone fits. The shirt I was given was not any better; it consisted of sleeves that could without a doubt hold 3-4 of my arms (and I am not a small guy). The shirt came down very low, any lower and it would touch my knees. The vest was also too big and I can honestly say that the only thing that fit me was the jacket (which looked to be 10 years of age at least) and the tie. I know what you are thinking, if my measurements were taken, why didn’t anything fit? I was thinking the exact same thing. When I said this is not my size, they responded by saying this is the style, and in specific, the style that the groom (my friend) choose. I showed the groom, and he informed me it was not his intention to make me look like a 7-year-old boy in a man’s suit and that I looked ridiculous. I attempted numerous times to express my dissatisfaction with this suit but was fed lies in order for me to walk out that door and pay that $130 plus the $100 security deposit. This is where the story gets funny; after posting my original negative review on Yelp and 5 other sites which contain many other negative reviews (yelp has 6 in total – all negative), I get a call from this man-child owner of this business. This guy threatens to charge me extra for every single day I have possession of his clown suit. On top of that, he threatens not to provide any more rentals for the bridal party because of this negative review. I order not to ruin my friend’s wedding, I took it down. Upon return of the suit, he adds more childish rhetoric to the slew of threats he has already bestowed. He says that only girls write reviews on the internet, he blames the suit error on my physical appearance, and threatens to tell his son-in-law, who is a cop, to watch me and write me traffic citations. To make a long story short, and believe me this story could go on forever, this childish business owner has no idea how to run a business. All he had to do is apologize and give me a suit that fits, which is not hard considering they took my measurements. Instead, he gave me nothing but childish threats (I am gonna do this, I am gonna do that, etc.) and did absolutely nothing to rectify his wrongdoings (which he didn’t even admit). I have the last visit recorded in my voice notes, along with any phone calls to come from this walking man-child. Any further attempt to threaten me will result in legal action.

I got my suit from here as well as my wife's dress. The owner gave us a great price for both. We are extremely happy with the entire experience

So I had a very poor experience here and this was my ONLY vendor in which I had a problem with. A few things for which I gave a negative review: The owner is very unprofessional. He is very rude. He once said to me via email " Icant deal with you anymore" and that because I was complaining to him about the lack of communication and him giving my maid of honor an attitude saying he would sell her and the other bridesmaids dresses if they werent picked up. however, my maid of honor spoke to a girl, I think his daughter, who works there and my maid of honor explained that she is from LI and travels and can come on X date to which the girl said no problem. However, the owner called my maid of honor a few days before the day she was supposed to pick up the dress giving her the attitude. she tried to explain that she spoke to a girl who said it was okay if she comes at X date but he said she was lying and no one told him this. I call him and demand to know why he never told ME the store policy being that i was communicating with him in regards to my mothers dress and not once didnt he say hey by the way your bridesmaid need to pick up their dress!! he then agreed to allow my girls to pick it up on the date the maid of honor said she was picking them up. Absolutely ridiculous! On another occasion. I asked him for an appointment for a certain date and he said come on X date I said okay. then I had to call and confirm my appt but was told they only have an 1145am appt but I was never told that! As for his comment of I cant deal with you anymore this was in regards to my mothers dress. Their system said that its shipping on the same day its arriving. so I assumed its shipping to my home so I asked about this and he went off on me. He just talks to his customers like they're his children. so rude!!! My maid of honor is getting married in 2012 and has 10 bridesmaids and he lost excellent business because of his rudeness to me and her! The only reason I got the dresses there is because their prices were same/as cheap as some bridal stores not as close to me.

I purchased my wedding dress here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great dress for the value. They have a wide variety of other dresses as well so i would definitely come back here again.
