I just got married in May in New York City. Planning a wedding can be quite hectic, especially the day of. Your job is to just be a calm and relaxed bride, and to enjoy your day, not worrying about all the little problems. Luckily, a few months before our wedding, we met an amazing wedding coordinator, for the day of the wedding (we would have used her for the entire coordination, but it was too late, we had already booked everything). Her name is Jenny Millsap, and she was fantastic! Not only was she there for help on the day of, but for the couple months before as well, giving us lists of things needed, items to remember to bring for wedding, contact lists to give her in case of an emergency, asking us what schedule we want for the day of the wedding, weekly (and if needed daily) phone conversations to answer all questions and review everyting, and all the little things you wouldn't think of doing because you're too busy trying to plan the wedding of your dreams. She even went so far as to learn customs for our religion and culture, and reminded us of things we need to do. Jenny contacted all our vendors, introduced herself and made sure that contracts were done, and paid for. She even called them the morning of the wedding, to make sure they were running on time. She not only made my day even more fabulous, but reassured me that everything was ok because she was so good at coordinating everything. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!
