BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I used Julius Bridal for my wedding gown, my mothers gown, and my bridesmaids gowns. The gowns all came in WRONG, and had to be sent to a seamstress for corrections. The seamstress has a loose pidgeon who poops all over her shop and the gowns. Also she doesn't have a large changing room, and her husband walks around her shop/apartment. She butchered the gowns, leaving Julius and Mimi to make tons of last minute corrections. And in the end my mother ended up buying her gown from Macy's..which sucked cause she was walking me down the aisle. The jewlels on my wedding gown were put on with a hot glue gun, and immediately started falling off the gown. Halfway through the reception they fell right off, ruining my pictures and embarrasing me in front of my guests. Definitly buy your gown from a retail store if you can, because Julius Bridal does horrble work and does not refund you for Their mistakes.

Our seamstress has over 29 years experience and we do not receive many complaints about her work. Also, we usually do not perform alterations after gowns are delivered. We tried to resolve your issues as a courtesy. Again, we tried our best. The issues you encountered with rhinestones is out of our control. Rhinestones do not have pinholes, so we are unable to sew them on. They must be glued. Loose beads and stones happen on all gowns, whether they are from us or any other designer. The straps on your dress were not mentioned on your order confirmation, something we ask brides to approve prior to submission. We added those straps after the dress had been completed, something any other store would have left for you to take care of. If we had more time, we may have made them differently, which may have satisfied you more than the quick fix straps we added. Again, a courtesy to you.
We are sorry that you feel your dress did not live up to your expectations. We tried to do everything we could to make you happy. With that said, after the bride takes her dresses out of our store, we can no longer offer any refunds. If you felt there were any remaining issues with the dresses, it needed to be stated before you took them. We assumed that everything was fine after they had left our store. Keep in mind that no other store would offer you a refund, either. We are the most generous company in the bridal business. Most stores even have signs stating that once the dress leaves, they are no longer eligible for any returns or refunds. Our website states that after 15 days, no gown is eligible for a refund. We can not offer any adjustments after the gown has been worn. I want to stress that we are truly sorry for any sadness this dress experience has caused you. In regards to your mother's dress, we accept full responsibility and she will receive a full refund. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
