I know it seems cheesy to give a perfect score, but we were very pleased with Ken's work. Extremely open to my ideas and always provided quick correspondence about questions/comments/concerns. Very understanding of my specifics. Punctual, professional, and did his best to get interviews on camera in spite of many becoming camera shy. I wish I had specified that I wanted to see more guests faces in the video, but I'm not getting married again so lesson learned from someone else. The video arrived in lovely packaging and the highlights video is great for sharing with friends and family. Overall good experience pre and post wedding with a final product that my husband and I enjoy.
