Lotus was extremely professional and friendly- and I was able to get an appointment the day after I called! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop.

I didn't buy my dress here (I'm super picky) BUT this place left a great impression on me so I felt the need to review. When I first arrived I liked how everything was so bright and welcoming. I actually arrived about 15 minutes early but the receptionist (who was lovely) allowed me to begin selecting gowns that interested me. Within no time I was in the dressing room. I tried on about 8 dresses and although none of them were "it" for me, my attendant was super friendly and quick (but without coming off as rushing me). Overall, everyone I had encountered here was fantastic!

I enjoyed my experience at lotus Bridal. I can't wait to go back and have the rest of my bridal parry try on dress's.

Lotus Bridal was my first and last stop for my wedding gown. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. The store is beautiful and not overwhelming. Allison was great! She was so helpful, calming, and professional. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on but she convinced me to try on others so I knew it was really the one, and it was. The dresses they carry are beautiful and were within my budget. I am so excited to go back for my bridesmaid dresses! Also, they offer hair and makeup services as well which I am definitely going to try out. On Friday I was speaking to one of my friends who has been having trouble finding a dress and told her to go to Lotus Bridal. She went on Sunday and found her dress! Honestly, I could not be any happier :)

My experience with Lotus Bridal was absolutely fantastic. I am located in the sunny island of Barbados and did not have the luxury that other brides had in which they could try on hundreds of dresses. I saw a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress online and searched for a bridal shop that would be in close proximity to my relatives in New York. I found two bridal shops of which Lotus was one. I then chose Lotus because it had loads of positive reviews and i was not disappointed. I ordered my dress in October 2012 and was told to expect my dress in March. The order was made by telephone and the assistant was extremely helpful and mannerly. Somehow I had all confidence that all would go well. All the relevant information was emailed to me and i felt as though i had done what normal brides had done but hey no hassle of trying and trying. My Dress arrived on time and I came to New York in April to try my dress. I had an early appointment and the attendant there was nice once again. There were no problems and the dress was beautiful. The shop is cosy, it isnt crowded and you are not overwhelmed with seeing loads of dresses not that it mattered to me because mine was already bought. The attendant even ordered a cab so that we could make our appointment to Anna the lovely lady that does the alterations. You have to love Anna and she is excellent. Very professional and knows what she is doing. by the time she was finished with my dress you could not tell it was altered at all. She also made a bustle on my dress so that the train can be picked up after the ceremony and It wont be in the way. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I showed her some pictures on my phone and instantly she knew what styles of wedding dresses I like and picked out a few good ones for me to try on. Service here is better than Kleinfeld. To me, the service matters a lot. My experience with Allison was very pleasant and she never pressured me into buying any gown I tried on. Lotus Bridal was my first stop in wedding gown shopping. The shop is small but comfortable, its perfect ! I was able to try on all the Gowns that were on my "must try" list plus a few that Valerie had recommended according to the style i had in mind . I loved how Valerie was not pushy or rude at all she was very easy to talk to which brought my anxiety way down lol (everyone in there is so nice, the customer service is great they are automatically your friend when you walk in the store) At the end of my app. I was a little undecided between two gowns (i was more in love with one then the other but they were both gorgeous and im just an undecisive person in general). It was Valerie's idea for me to go to other shops and try on a few more dresses . She told me if i cant sleep at night and i kept thinking of the gown then i know that is the one and she will be there when its time to order lol I LOVED THAT! it asured me that they really want the brides to be happy with their purchases, its not all about making a sale.I went to 2 more shops but nothing was close to the service i got in Lotus Bridal. I eneded up ordering my gown 3 weeks later and im am sooo happy/excited its honestly my dream dress & I'm 100% sure :-) Besides the service, the prices are great and they are quick to work with you and find a solution to any little problem right away . Its not a huge store they have beautiful dresses and accessories. Since I am a loltus bridal bride they give me 20% of any other purchases (bm dresses, jewlery hair and makeup etc.) which has been helping out a lot My bridesmaids all order their gowns recently and they have the same opinions as me I will definetly reccomend Lotus Bridal to everyone

Love this salon! Every sinlge sales girl that I met there over the course of the wedding planning and dress picking process was super helpful, patient, friendly, and not pushy at all, which is so important since you don't want to feel pressured into buying the most important gown of your life with doubts. They also price-matched my girls' dresses to a less expensive store, so I got my gown and all the bridesmaids dresses from them. We also used their 2 seamstresses(both named Anna), who were inexpensive, or at least reasonable, and did a great job on everyone.

Lotus Bridal is a beautiful store with amazing dresses, accessories, shoes and much more. I visited al least 15 different places in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. No, other place made me feel as comfortable as Lotus Bridal. In, all honesty I was tired of looking for dresses I saw a lot of beautiful dresses but all the ones that I fell in love with were well over $3,000. I visited Lotus Bridal and all the girls who worked there greeted me very nicely. One of the girls, helped me and she first asked what I was interested in and then asked me to go around the store and pick out as many gowns as I wanted. Note, there was no limitations on how many gowns you could try on. I must have tried on at least 12 gowns. I finally chose a Maggie Sotero gown. When I came back three weeks later with my mom I saw another new gown in the window that was not there before I asked the girl if I could try in on and that was the final selection. It was Sottero&Midgley - Jaidyn an organza dress with a swarovski crystal band going across the entire waist. I was in love and it was so light weight and perfect for my wedding. I absolutely loved my experience at Lotus Bridal. Not only did they very nicely squeeze me in when my grandmother was in town, they treated us so well! There was no rushing (even though they were busy) and absolutely NO PRESSURE. The lovely woman helping me had me try on every style of dress so I knew what I liked and gave constructive and honest comments about each dress. She also was lovely about helping me take photos (for my mom who was out of state). I could not have asked for a better experience. I also got an amazing deal on my dress and am so thrilled that they offer a special to their brides for future purchases. When I returned to try it on and pick it up - the staff was just as nice and did not rush me in and out of my dress. They also assisted in my quest for bridesmaid dresses and made sure to give me thorough information on all of my questions. I absolutely recommend this boutique!

I went to several bridal shops to find my dream dress. It was tough because of my budget. Lotus Bridal, is a little far into Brooklyn but I had to go and review those choices; I was so happy I did. Not only did I find my dream dress but it was also under $1000! It was a beautiful Maggie Sottero that we turned into a one shoulder. Valerie was awesome, patient and helped me decide. I had to bring my mom though, and she was going to be in NYC in two weeks, so I lost the 10% for “the first visit” but when my mom saw me she said “that IS your dress” and I got it. Wendy, the owner, also gave me some DJ information that came in handy. After my dress arrived, Anna – the seamstress- took care of the alterations, she was amazingly nice and sweet and caring. Overall Lotus Bridal’s service was A+, it’s definitely worth the trip.

My dress was purchased at one of their sample sales- it fit me like a glove so I did not need to make any alterations. It is incredibly gorgeous and I received compliments non-stop on the day of my wedding. The price was also fabulous. Since it was a sample sale the dress had been worn many times before by prospective buyers and thus looked a bit worn- we had to do some upkeep to get it brand new again before wearing it. That was not ideal but everything else was great. The sales person I worked with was fabulous- understood what I was looking for immediately and was not at all pushy. Also, after buying your dress form Lotus Bridal, you get discounts on all their other (pretty reasonably priced) services.

Lotus Bridal was the only boutique near Manhattan that carried my discontinued bridal dress. I trekked there all the way from the UWS and was so pleased that I did. Wendy was so sweet and helpful. The dress was a sample so it was 2 sizes too big and pretty beaten up from being tried on for so many years but Wendy assured me that their seamstress Anna could make it look as good as new. She gave me a great deal on it and she was right-- on the day of my wedding the dress was stunning! I also bought a pair of Badgley Mishka shoes from Lotus Bridal since they give you 20% if you buy your dress there! Of all of the stores I went to, Lotus Bridal was definitely the best! All of their dresses are really beautiful and you can't beat their service!

Lotus Bridal shop is truly a diamond in a rough! I had an appointment with Klenfield Bridal shop the weekend after my appointment with Lotus. I originally was going to Lotus for bridesmaids dresses. I wanted a wedding dress by the company ALLURE. When I went to Lotus I was surprised to see they had ALLURE, as well as a large selection of bridal gowns. I tried on 3 dresses & fell in love! I was so shocked! I did not expect to find my wedding dress in the middle of a residential neighborhood in Brooklyn! I also ended up going back with my LARGE bridal party of 12 girls for my bride's maids gowns. I wanted something completely different & non-traditional. Lotus had a huge selection for the girls. They were extremely friendly & accommodating throughout the entire process. I even had one girl join my bridal party last minute & they made sure her dress arrived with everyone else. I would highly recommend this shop.

What a little gem of a bridal shop tucked deep into Brooklyn. I had previously been all over Manhattan to almost every dress shop I could find. I couldn't find anything that I both liked and that fit my budget. It was very frustrating. At the end of my Manhattan excursion I had two dresses I liked... LIKED, not loved... and I wanted to look at only a couple more places before making a final decision. I continued my search online, perusing through about a thousand dresses on the Knot's LookBook application. It seemed that a lot of the dresses I flagged as favorites where available at a place called "Lotus Bridal", in Brooklyn. I kept seeing this name pop up over and over again, so I decided to head out to Sheepshead Bay and give it a try. It's an adorable little boutique. I showed the sales associate pics of the dresses I had flagged and was disappointed when she said that she didn't have any of those dresses in the store (but could order the samples for me). I said I would just go through the racks to see if there was anything I wanted to try on that day for my appt, but I was worried they wouldn't have much of a selection for me, being such a small store. I picked out a couple of dresses, and she added one extra pick for me based on "my style" from the pics I showed her. I have to admit, she was spot on with her pick! It was the first I tried on and I felt like a princess! It was the perfect beaded, silk satin strapless, fit and flare that I had been in search of. And I immediately forgot about the two dresses from the city that had me so confused! lol! I love that the sales associate LISTENED and came back with exactly what I was describing. I also tried on the two dresses that I picked out from her rack, but they were no contest to the one she picked out for me. I put a deposit on it immediately. The seamstress, Anna, was wonderful. She got the alterations right in the very first fitting. I felt so lovely on my wedding day, and my husband LOVED the dress. His face just lit up when I walked down the aisle. I would definitely recommend Lotus Bridal to anyone! They may be a small store, but the QUALITY of their selection is what makes them so great. And the sales associates really listen and have a great vision of what dresses work for your body type. I recommend bringing pictures of dresses you like to give them some direction.

Lotus bridal is the best!! After shopping around to at least 5 stores including kleinfeld and priscilla of boston, I finally found THE dress at Lotus. Hands down, Lotus showed me the best professionalism and service. They have a great variety of dresses and accessories. I ended up with a dress that was suggested by Chelsea and I'm so glad she did. I LOVE my dress and all the staffs that works there. BIG THANKS to Wendy, Katie, Chelsea and Valerie.

The service I received was attentive and very personalized - which was exactly what I was looking for. My dress was stunning. The ladies at Lotus are great to work with. They were very sweet and caring. I saw my dress in their window the year before I actually got engaged and when I tried it on it was perfect for me. The store is small but cozy. Their alterations person is great and her work is beautiful.

The girls at this salon were super friendly. Right off the bat this made me feel not so nervous. When I went to other salons the girls that worked there acted snobby. This salon brought a huge sigh of relief from my mother, sister and myself in that department. They have a large selection of dresses which constantly changes. Their prices are competitive. No glitches in dress sizing (like in some other stores), just super friendly and honest ladies working here. I am so glad, I bought my dress here.

I love Lotus Bridal! May I just say that I had a terrible experience with another bridal salon and called Lotus last minute on the same day. Katie told me come right over we will squeeze you i since your wedding date is fast approaching. I went they had the dress (Adorae) and I fit ...it was perfect the only dress I fitted ever! It was such a smooth process. The dress came in before I even expected,I went to their seamstress (who is a doll) and that was it!. It was just as easy as I described it the ultimate bridal experience.

The service i received at Lotus was exceptional. Since my wedding dress was purchased there, i received 10% discount on all other purchases that was made at the boutique. I also purchased my junior bridesmaid dresses and their accessories at Lotus. Once my dress came in, i had the seamstress add swarovski crystals and applique to it, to make it look even more ravishing and unique. Everything was beautiful!! Thanks to Kate and Wendy!

From the first day we stepped through the doors of lotus bridal to the day we dropped off our rentals. They were with us every step of the way. We actually booked a wedding package through them. Wedding dress rental, tux rental, Hair/Makeup(Embellir Artistry), Photography(William Chang), Cinematography(Richard Avvento) was all included in the package at a great price. It was our one stop shop for everything wedding related. Any and all questions were answered instantly by Wendy and Katie. Their professionalism is unmatched and so are their prices! If there was one must have throughout this wedding process, its Lotus Bridal by your side and you cant go wrong.

When I made an appointment for dress shopping at Lotus, I had no expectations at all, I actually didn't think I would find anything in there. When I got there, they were very busy and I picked 5 dresses to try on. Katy was helping me at the time, and I can't say it was bad, but I was so excited about the dress trial, that I wasn't paying much attention to the staff. The last dress I tried on was THE ONE. Their prices are VERY affordable and I loved a lot of their dresses. For a small shop, I think they had a great selection to choose from. After I decided on my dress, Wendy took over because Katy was busy and we never parted ways since. She gave me a great price on an already affordable dress and was soooooo extremely helpful. I had the hardest time finding BM dresses and when I finally did, the store I found it in was giving it to me for $240 per dress. I called Wendy and although she didn't carry that designer, she chose to take on another designer, just so I can get my BM dresses, and not to mention gave me an AMAZING deal on them. She walked me through it and made the process painless. I also got my tuxes from Lotus and received them 5 days before my wedding and all the guys pants and one jacket had to be changed, which Lotus delivered on immediately. The service I was provided was SUPERB and my biggest gratitude goes to Wendy for dealing with my paranoia and craziness the last few weeks before my wedding. I recommend them to everyone....LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I went to a number of bridal shops before visiting Lotus. The one thing that made me buy my dress there was not just the selection of dresses but the friendliness of the staff. They helped me find the perfect dress and when I decided a different dress was actually even more perfect, they gave me a discount to offset the price of buying TWO dresses. I called Lotus a few times with questions and I always got a quick answer. I also want to add that the seamstress they work with, Anna, was just the cherry on top of the whole experience.

I came across Lotus Bridal thru the recommendation of some friends who had gotten their dress there. I worked with Wendy my entire time and she is one of the most honest, friendly, and professional vendor I had the pleasure of working with. She gave me a ton of advice and always made herself available to discuss any issues or concerns I had. When my dress didn't arrive in the expected time, she stayed on top of it and made calls to the manufacturer to follow up. One of the things I really appreciated was the fact that she was never pushy. Even when she was super busy, she never rushed any of her customers. That speaks volumes! I live in Virginia and my mom live in Brooklyn, NY, the only way she would be able to see the dress before the wedding was for me to get a dress in New York. I found my dress in Virginia, but it was way too expensive. I called Lotus gave them the style number and they got my dress at a great price. They did the alterartions and my dress was perfect. Lotus Bridal is a wonderful, fresh, and friendly boutique where Wendy and her team of extremely friendly and resourceful gals go out of their way to make brides feel comfortable and beautiful. I had gone shopping at a few different salons before making the trip out to Lotus, in search of a very specific Jason Alexander dress. Amina helped me that day, and she could not have been more patient and kind as I went back and forth between my top two before finally making the big decision! Even after I had placed my order in-store, I was a bit concerned about the size we ended up ordering. I called Wendy that night, and she talked me through how the sizing worked in more detail, and totally made me feel better about the decision. I don't think you get that type of attention and understanding from many stores, and to have the manager take time out of her day to do that really meant a lot to me! I really liked Lotus and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a dress!

She didnt pressure me into purchasing from their store and the beautiful selection of gowns and accesories spoke for themselves. She was also very professional and actually dropped the purchase price of my dress to beat out a competitor in the city. She was very accomidating and their seamstress Anna was a doll. Lotus Bridal was very accomodating to me and to my bridesmaids. They always gave me undivided attention when I was there trying gowns on and then for fittings throughout the year. I also had one bridesmaid that became pregnant with twins, and another that just had a baby. Lotus Bridal changed dress orders, ordered extra fabric, and made sure everyone was perfect for my big day. I felt sad when I left Lotus a week before my wedding with my gown because it became like a second-home to me during the year of my engagement. I would highly recommend Lotus Bridal to any bride-to-be. I love the small boutique feel with the gorgeous selection of gowns. 5 Stars!!!

I never had this bridal shop on my radar. I was trying on dresses for months now and just couldn't find THE one. It so happens that my mom never accompanied me on the previous trips and so to break her from her busy schedule I had to start at some place close by. I pinpointed the address from a bridal magazine and off we went. Before I could open the door, my mom eyed THE gown I must try-on. I wasn't worried since I wasn't wowed by what I saw in the show window. I picked a total of about 10 gowns and decided to try on my mom's choice first just to get that out of the way. Boy was I wrong! I was totally speechless. I certainly never expected to look like that. All other gowns tried on from that point never made the cut. What I liked about Lotus Bridal is that they were attentive to me. They were very easy to work with, especially Annie and Wendy. Other places left you alone to try on the dress and some how figure out how to make your way around so many gorgeous dresses. Lotus Bridal is right in Brooklyn. Don't take it for granted...

I was almost in tears after leaving the first bridal store I went to seaking my perfect wedding dress. The sales wmoan was rude and had no time for me after she found out what my budget was. She gave me three dresses to try on and then walked me to the door. I may not have an heiress budget, but I certainly did not expect that kind of treatment when I set out. I was shocked and dreading the rest of my search. Luckily the next store I went into was Lotus bridal and I shopped no further. I was greeted by Katie. She allowed me to rummage through all the racks and told me to take my time. Good music was playing and before long my cousin, friend and I where joking with Katie. I do belive I tried on EVERY dress in the store! I kept waiting for the "push" from Katie but she gave me all the time in the world. I couldn't decide between three dresses. All where reasonably priced. The dress I finally chose was not one of the million dresses I picked off the rack. Katie chose this dress for me. I couldn't see past a couple of the big flowers on the front of the dress and the fact that it was just not fitting properly. Katie didn't hesitate to take the flowers off the dress and work the dress to give me a better fit. She was right, it was perfect! When I returned with my mother the next day and she did not fall in love with the dress I as so dissapointed. I almost went with another dress. Katie saw my dissapointment and was there on the first visit to see the twinkle in my eye when I tried that dress on. Although the second dress I was more money, she did not try to upsell me. She knew that was the dress for me and gave me the confidence to stick to my guns despite my mothers opinion. I'm so glad I did! I was hesitant to go back to Brooklyn from New Jersey for the fitting. Katie insisted her seamstress was amazing and would get me the perfect in one afternoon. Her seamstress took my measurements and had my dress perfect by the time I finished my lunch. What a great experience I will never forget! I recomend Lotus Bridal everyone!!

Lotus Bridal was the most professional and easy to work with vendor that I dealt with during my engagement. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I wanted to add certain things to my dress and they always called me promptly with the information I needed/cost. I never had to call them, which was a nice change. I also got my headpiece and earrings there and everything was truly great. Their seamstress also did an amazing job.

Wendy and Katie were incredible and so sweet to work with! They got me exactly what I wanted and at my price range so a big plus for not going over budget. They're so accommodating and professional. I just loved going into the store! Alterations were done nicely, exactly as I wanted. My only hiccup is that alterations could have been more careful when working on the dress. I had detachable straps for my dress, which got lost but they made me new ones free of charge. On the day of my wedding when I were to put on my dress, we found the strings to the built-in corset missing. One of the selling factors of the dress was the built-in corset. I should have checked before leaving the store with the dress, but alterations could have been more careful when working with the dress.

Lotus Bridal was amazing. They were very helpful with finding my dress and very patient, I might add. Going into the store, I was not sure what I wanted. But the ladies there, especially Wendy helped me try on a number of dresses. They never pressured me into buying any dress and gave me their honest opinion, which is always welcomed! It was one of the easiest parts of the wedding and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a wedding dress! Thanks ladies!

The women working at this bridal salon are very personal and professional. Most employees at bridal salons can be very snooty and feel as if you should spend your life savings on a wedding dress. Lotus Bridal is a very small boutique with a wide selection of dresses. They helped me to feel very comfortable and didn't push dresses at me that were above my price range. I would highly recommend this salon!

I was so happy I came to this bridal salon. After going to zoos like RK and Lestan's, it was such a pleasure to come to this pretty petite boutique. It's small, so when you make an appointment, you are one of two brides, and you get lots of attention. I ended up getting the first gown that I tried on, which was selected for me by the staff. It was just perfect, and nothing that I tried on afterwards (that I picked) could even come close. I couldn't be happier with the service and my gown. Wendy, the owner, is so sweet and down to earth, and really does her best to give you the best deal. Everytime I came in, she remembered me. Everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. Wendy even helped me bring my dress out to my car after my final fitting. I highly recommend that this brooklyn gem be your first stop in bridal gown hunting.

The staff at Lotus Bridal is incredibly kind and super friendly. When I was looking for "the" dress for my wedding in NY, Wendy, one of the owners, was super helpful and patient in helping me find it. She was very nice and and was able to work within my budget so that I can look amazing on my wedding day. Everyone complimented on my Maggie Sottero dress at the wedding. She also helped me find the perfect color for the bridesmaid dresses and her staff was super nice to each and every bridesmaid that came in for a fitting. What's also really great about Lotus Bridal is that the dresses you try on actually fit you! I've been to other bridal stores when I was searching for my dress and it just sucks when you can't even try on the dress you like b/c you're not a size 0. So If you're looking for "the" dress or shopping for bridesmaid dresses and you want a place you can count on...go to Lotus Bridal!

I found out about Lotus Bridal through a bridal magazine. I was so pleased with the service because they give you their undivided attention. Also, it's great that they only allow no more than two brides at a time and the price is great. I definite recommend this place.

After trying on wedding dresses at shops all over the city, I arrived at Lotus Bridal. Although it took a few visits before I actually found THE dress, I kept returning because the staff at Lotus made me feel welcome and were very patient with me even when I already found the dress but insisted on trying on more. Where other bridal salons directed me to dauntlessly comb through racks and racks of dresses on my own, Lotus Bridal took the time to listen to what I envisioned and pulled the exact style of dresses that I described. They didn't tell me that every dress I tried on was beautiful for the sake of making a sale. Wendy gave me her honest opinion and never rushed me in or out of dresses when I couldn't make up my mind. Choosing a wedding dress is one of the toughest decisions to make during the entire wedding planning process, but thankfully I had the experts at Lotus Bridal guiding me.

This is a lovely bridal shop. The owner and salespeople really care about their clients and want you to have a positive experience in finding your perfect gown. There is no purchase pressure - they just want you to be happy and to love your dress. I really appreciated their sales approach, and I loved the dress I purchased there.

I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal. The gowns available were beautiful yet reasonably priced. I felt the selection of gowns was sophisticated and romantic without being too "cupcake dress." Every employee I worked with was attentive and responsive to my needs. The gown was tailored beautifully for me by an expert seamstress. I highly recommend Lotus Bridal for any bride.

Quite honestly, the most laid back and professional experience I had. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase there and the merchandise was exactly my style. I was dreading wedding shopping but only tried on 5 gowns before finding "the one" and yes you do just know when you have found it.

When looking for my wedding dress, I went to so many different places and the people selling the dresses were very pushy, and rude! I was ready to give up that day until I drove passed Lotus Bridal. I walked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I tried on alot of beautiful dresses and finally found my dream dress. From the minute I bought it till my wedding day, my experience with Lotus Bridal was wonderful. Now, I recommend it to anyone who is getting married and I buy any special occasion dress that I need from them. I highly recommend them!

The staff where amazing from the sales staff who where amazingly accomadating and helpful, to the alterations staff who have a talent I still speak of to this day. The staff at Lotus Bridal was a pleasure to do business with. They are very knowledgeable about their invintory and were able to help select the perfect dress for me. The store is small, but it is very clean and uncluttered. I tried on lots of dresses in lots of different stores. I am so happy that I found my perfect dress at Lotus Bridal because it was the nicest place to shop. The staff was friendly and made choosing a wedding dress a very special expereince. I have refered a few of my friends and I know at least one of them also bought her dress from Lotus.

Wendy and Katie were so nice! The shop has a beautiful selection of dresses and is very welcoming to shop in. No one is pushy and they are so helpful with suggestions. My dress was a great price and arrived early. The in-store alterations people did a great job as well for a very reasonable price. Great vendor!

Overall, I had a positive experience with this vendor. My dress was ready on time, but the day before my flight to USVI I noticed a stain on the dress. The store did their best to address the issue, however, my friend had to keep a watchful eye to make sure all the stains were removed.

I can't express how helpful and kind they were at lotus bridal. The store is super clean and organized. The selection of dresses and accessories is amazing. It was my one stop shop. I purchased everything i needed for my wedding here. They weren't pushy with anything and they let me stay as long as i needed never felt rushed. Everything came earlier then expected. I would recommend them to everyone. The woman here make you feel like you were best friends!! love em!!

Words can not describe how fabulous the owners of Lotus Bridal, Wendy and Kate, are. These two women were so energetic, sensitive, understanding and FUN!! I wanted a dress with no bead work; I never realized how hard that comment is for shop girls to understand. I went to a few places before Lotus and told them, "no beads", what did they bring out?? BEADS!!! It was so annoying! Anyway, I went to Lotus and said, "no beads" and what did they bring me? Well about 15 dresses with NO BEADS. It was wonderful! The second dress I tried on was the ONE. Wendy and Kate were wonderful throughout the entire process....I also bought my girls' dresses, my mother's dress, my hair piece and my shoes there, and the seamstress made me a jacket from the same material as my dress for outside. They were just so accommodating that I could kiss them. They made me so relaxed and I enjoyed the dress finding aspect of the planning so much. I would recommend Lotus to any bride, any where in the world:) (Do you think I loved them?) Not only were the owners so great, but they had a large selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid’s gown and many selections for the mother of the bride. It was very easy to get an appointment. The seamstress’s, do not work for Lotus, they work with Lotus so they could be a bit expensive, however, they attended to every detail for the one price they gave me in the beginning. I picked up my dress from the seamstress’s house 4 days before the wedding and two days before when I tried it on again, it was too big. I called the seamstress and she told me to come over right then and there. She fixed the dress that night and told me to not lose any more weight. Planning a wedding is stressful and I guess I forgot to eat!! But my seamstress saved the day and I owe that to Lotus. With that, I say go there and find your dress!

oOo what can I say, I found THE dress at Lotus Bridal. Wendy was so nice and professional, not once did I feel like I was being looked down on, like some stores make you feel. On my first visit, they happened to have a sample sale, so I choose a few gowns, but they were way too big. I thought maybe I can get it altered and it will still be less expensive than getting a brand new gown. Wendy was so honest with me. She said that alterations would probably make the gown more expensive than a new one. Obviously, she could’ve just let me buy the on sale gown and charge me whatever for alterations and made money off of me while she empty inventory, but she did not do so. Instead she was very patient with me, allowing me to try on all gowns I wanted on the sale rack and all the off-the-shoulder gowns from her Jasmine collection. After 8 gowns, I found THE dress. Wendy was so informative, she knew everything about the designer and what they offer. Go to Lotus Bridal. It’s professional, honest, clean, great selection and best of all they know what they are doing.

I waited until the last minute to purchase my wedding dress.... 1 month before to be exact. The staff at lotus bridal worked with me and provided me with many dress options for my destination wedding in Aruba.
