If you receive a proof of your order, make sure that when you approve the order that it actually goes through. I spoke with staff at magnet street who assured me that she was approving the order for me after trying for 20 minutes to approve online (the system was trying to bill me twice). I called a week later to check on the status only to find out that it was never approved. For a company with a 5-star rating I am very unimpressed and will think twice before ordering anymore stationary with them. Fingers crossed I get my order when I need to. The proof was very nice, which is why I did not want to rate them extremely low.

Worst customer service ever. They have a terrible design studio and when it doesn't work you can call a number that goes to a customer service center which has nobody who can help you with your design. You leave a message and then nobody calls you back. When you do call back and complain about the fact that nobody has called you back they hang up on you. Awesome.

The site is very user friendly, and they have a lot of designs to choose from and customize. You can pretty much customize everything and coordinate matching designs (favors, invitations, labels, etc...). I highly recommend getting a free sample swatch of your colors so you can see what they will look like, instead of just going by your computer because the colors usually don't look the same. Service was quick and I even received extras that had been printed! I have decided to review every single service I had and used for my wedding out of frustration about services and vendors I wanted to use who had no reviews! I had found magnet street on accident and decided to order their free samples. DO THIS! They send you a color sheet with all their colors on it so you can see how their colors will print out so you don't have to question your color choices. I was very hesitant about our save the dates because due to time issues we could not order just one of our personalized magnets so I really had no idea how they would turn out. I may have anxciously waited at the door teh day they were set to arrive. I had no reason to be hesitant, our mini magnets turned out great. We ordered 125 of the police themed ones, and we were send 132 an extra little bonus which was nice. We totally changed the colors and the way the magnet looked which was AWESOME! And the colors came out exactly like on the sheet and it looked almost exaclty how it did on the computer. We got our save the dates in less than a week, super speedy service! I ordered save the dates from Magnet Street. They had sooo many different options and were very easy to personalize with pictures and colors. I was very disappointed when I received my save the dates, however. All of my pictures looked very pyxelated, and they were all much darker in color than the proof that I had approved. I contacted magnet street and their customer service was very friendly and easy to work with. They agreed to preprint them all for a $10 reprint fee (basically the cost of shipping) and I did not have to send the old ones back. They asked me to send them the original pictures so that they could make sure the pictures weren't distorted with resizing. I just received the preprints and the photos are much better, however now the color of some of the design imaging is off. The gray that was correct in color on the first ones, now has a bluish hue to it, like maybe their printer was running out of ink or something. I see so many 5 start ratings for them, and I am very disappointed that I can't give them the same.

They offer a single sample for about $7, which is quite pricy (especially if you don't like the first sample you create-- things definitely look different on a computer screen). I cannot say enough good things about MagnetStreet. I got so many compliments on my invitations! The colors were bright and vivid, and the quality of the paper was very good. I also found that they had a wide selection of patterns and styles to choose from. Even better still, their design page allows you to manipulate the colors, font, spacing, sizing, etc. very easily to custom make your invitations before you order. The way it looks on the design page is just about identical to how it looks in person, so there are no surprises! I also want to say, that the people are extremely professional. I had to make some quick changes to a web link I listed and they were on the phone with me and sending me new proofs within 24 hours of my email. They were also able to self-address the RSVP envelopes for me which was well worth it! They also got the invitations to me incredibly quickly! So quickly, I wish I'd made my RSVP deadline sooner!! I used MagnetStreet for my save the date magnets, my invitations, RSVP cards, and will definitely use them for my place cards and table numbers! They are excellent!!

I ordered Save the Dates (mini magnets). I took advantage of the free samples they offer, and I was so, so, so pleased with the quality of their save the dates and papers. I ended up ordering a couple custom samples, then picked one. I LOVE that I can change the colors and fonts of the examples they show. I was incredibly pleased, and several invitees have told me they were just the perfect thing (business card sized magnets). They liked them so much they have ordered magnets and carrier cards through them for the corporations they run.

I ordered 100 save the date magnets, and I did receive them in a short time then expected, but I was shorted 8 magnets(and i need them all) also the magnets I received are smaller(an inch and half in length) then the sample magnet they sent me. Contacted Customer support, very nice and professional told me they would refund me the money for the 8 missing, but i let them know I needed those 8. Was told they would reorder them and send them out to me.

I have had issues for the past few months trying to upload my own artwork to the site- on top of it takes so long to make and receive that you really have to plan it out early. There site has been down for time to time and unable to get my artwork by email befause of their required sizing- it makes it impossible. I would not recommend this company- they are slow when it comes to personal uploads.

I used MagnetStreet for our Save the date's. I made magnets that were very customizable from the picture I used to the colors of almost everything on the magnet. They came quickly and they were perfect. I also ordered return address labels and envelope sealer stickers which they forgot to put in the box. When I called, they were very nice and apologetic and got them to me within a couple days. When I sent them everyone loved them. There is always a coupon code for wedding wire users so don't forget to use it!

We used MagnetStreet for our Save the Dates and Invitations. The Save the Dates were wonderful; we had no problems with them. It took us quite awhile to get the invitations hashed out, thus the rating being a bit lower. I requested a special font be used for part of the invitation wording and submitted it through their process designed for this. Everything looked perfect on the .pdf proof, so I had a print made. The font had defaulted to some standard font and looked terrible. I contacted customer service and they assured me they'd get a new proof out with the correct font. The next proof came and it was in a different font, but still not the correct one. We had to go through the process again, and finally, the third proof was correct. I was nervous waiting for our invites to come, worried that the font would be all wrong. Thankfully, they were printed correctly. These repeated problems did, however, cause me to be about a month behind my intended schedule for mailing invites. To sum up, customer service was fairly prompt and eventually got my problem sorted out. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get the invites correct which led to quite a delay. Overall, I found MagnetStreet's products to be nice. Just remember to give yourself some extra time (more than you think you need as I did give myself a couple weeks but that wasn't enough) when ordering with them.

I used Magnet street for the invitations. It was very efficient for online ordering. The designs were true to what was described on the site and were high quality upon receipt. I liked them so much that I ordered the programs there also. And even with the review of the proofs, i noticed 2 weeks prior to my wedding that I had an omission from the program that needed correcting. I called the company on a Friday evening and requested my changes. The operator made special notes that this needed to be ready within 10 work days. I received the proof Monday morning and it was perfect. I had the programs at my house Thursday evening. AWESOME!!! and in addition, they priced the correction at 75% off the published price even though it was my mistake.

We ordered rectangular wedding invitations with double envelopes and 2 inserts. The quality of the invitations and the quickness in which they came were impressive. We came in under budget for wedding invitations and still had exactly what we wanted. These looked very professional and it was nice to be able to select our own colors as well as design. I loved the gorgeous Charming Lavender-style invitations that Magnet Street designed and printed for my June 2 wedding. The paper was high quality, the price was very reasonable, the software was easy to use, and the customer service was fantastic. In fact, I had informed them of a mistake on the response post cards -- which was my fault -- and they sent me a reprint super-quick, and still gave me a discount! Highly recommended.

I loved designing my own invitations online. They have alot of templates to choose from to personalize your own. They are extremely helpful. You can online chat with them immediatly if needed. I recieved many complements on how pretty the invitations were and they arrived in good condition in a very timely manner.

Magnetstreet is absolutely fabulous! I used them for my wedding invitations, and had a few special requests that were honored almost immediately by their staff. I have done three separate orders for different needs of stationary (save the dates, invites, and place cards) and each time they have been fabulous. Their prices are a little high, but they send discounts and coupon codes, so you virtually get 15-20% off anyway. You pay a little more, but the service is wonderful, the quality is top notch, they are unique to you, they work well with you, and it takes so much of the work off of the bride! I actually just went to their website to try and thank my designer directly (they usually assign an individual to each order), but the order is closed. Maybe their 4.8 star rating speaks for itself! The shipping time was supposed to be 8-16 business days total with production, but I asked if there could be a rush put on it and despite the fact that they don't technically do that, the order was shipped today - 5 business days after the order!

I ordered 50 of the save the date magnets from MagnetStreet. They arrived on time. However, there was a typo on the magnet. It was my fault because I typed in the information wrong online when ordering. Even though it was my fault they allowed me to reprint the magnets for a $10 reprint fee. I thought that was very fair and reasonable. The replacements arrived quickly and were correct. Overall great customer service. My only complaint about the magnets is that they are very thin. Other magnets that I have received in the past from other friends getting married were much thicker and sturdier. I guess the trade off is that these are light weight enough that you don't have to pay extra postage.

Fast service and delivery, tons of options, and a great price!

I ordered Save the Date magnets along with magnet carrier cards from MagnetStreet. I ordered 200 of each item. When I received the order, only 95 Magnet Carrier Cards were included. I contacted the customer service at MagnetStreet immediately to report this error. The customer service rep explained that she would place a re-order for the missing items with a rush request. She stated that it will be at least another 7 days, even with the rush request, until I receive the missing magnet carrier cards. I am very dissapointed with the handling of this issue. Since it is the companies error, I would think they would push my missing items to the front of the production line and print the items immediately. My package even include a check list which showed the items and quantities, which one of their employees checked and signed off on. The product did turn out very nice, however, I do not understand how they sent me the incorrect amount of items, and why it is going to take an entire week to resolve this. This is just unnecessary added stress to my wedding planning. Unfortunately for MagnetStreet, I will not be recommending their services.

The quality of the products are wonderful and our friends and family gave many compliments on our save the dates and invitations. The best thing about their website is that what you create will look exactly like it does in person as it does on the screen. The colors match and my pictures turned out awesome. Highly recommend this site for their affordability and quality product. Also, very quick turnaround time for production and shipping.

We used Magnet Street for our save the dates, invitations, and wedding programs. Everything was beautiful and even better than we had expected. The online samples don't do the actual products justice...they were simply wonderful. Their customer service is phenomenal, as we had to contact them several times regarding special changes we wanted made, and each time they were accommodating and helped make our vision come to life. We could not have been any happier with their products and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We ordered our save the date magnets and our invitations online from Magnet Street. They were beautiful and I loved that I could change any of their designs to match our wedding colors. The price seemed to be a good value and we were able to use a 20% off coupon that I received via email! I was a little nervous at first to order online, but I would recommend it! They send you a great packet of samples and even offer to send you a copy of your actual invitation (you pay for it) so you can make sure it is exactly what you want. A few family members commented that they had never seen such a personalized invitation before! The paper is high quality and the print is clean. It was easy to create designs and save them online. I made 5 or 6 different ones before I decided what I liked best! Shipping was also quick- less than 10 days from the day I ordered till they arrived!

This invitation was beautiful. It was very unique and I got a lot of compliments on it. The printing was good, photos weren't sharp but still looked nice. The color personalization was great, as was the font. My only complaint was that the company forgot to ship me one piece of my order. When I called to ask about it, they found the missing piece and said they would ship it out. I asked for expedited shipping since I had paid for expedited shipping on the original order. I was told that I "should be happy the other items came early" and that the missing piece would arrive regular shipping and still be within the advertised time frame - the advertised time frame that is, not counting the 3 days before I got a proof to approve (a proof identical to what I originally submitted and had already reviewed for errors). I was in a hurry to get the invites out, and did not appreciate the rude dismissal I got, when I nicely asked for 3 day shipping instead of ground. I felt like they thought I should be grateful they came at all, instead of treating me like a valuable customer.

The postcard pictures smeared in the mail. It is probably better to order pictures with envelopes to send through the mail.

Our invitations were beautiful and everyone loved them

I used MagnetStreet for my invitations and menu cards. I was going to order my ceremony programs from them but I didn't like the process so I got those from another company. The menu cards were black with white lettering and I was so impressed with how they turned out. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to see the writing but it turned out great! For the most part, I liked the invitations except the cardstock seemed a little flimsy and cheap to me. The black border scratched easily. The company ships everything quickly. I ordered my menu cards online 8 days before the wedding and received them 3 days before the wedding and it wasn't a rush order. Awesome service! Highly recommend.

Ordered magnets a week ago and arrived literally 7 days later. Durable square magnets and picture qulity excellent ( I did send them a high resolution photo). Price is excellent!!! Used coupon I found. We are veeeeeerrrry pleased!!! Also in package were samples of paper they had for invitations, we didn't ask for it and the paper was good quality.

When I was working with MagnetStreet to do my pocket wedding invites I had a terrible time with their website. However, it is my understanding that they've totally revamped since then. At least whenever I did have problems I was always able to get someone on the phone at customer service. They ended up working with me letting me describe things and letting them work with the actual editing. It worked out really well. The final product ended up being perfect! The paper/card stock (whatever you want to call it) was better quality than I expected...thick and with a nice texture. Same with the envelopes. Design was a huge headache, but in the end I was really happy with all the pieces of the invites.

The online design studio was such a fun way to personalize their already great designs, and the designers worked with us to customize the items to exactly what we wanted. We got a call from Sue at Magnet Street and said that it looked black, but she thought we were going for a dark blue. I’m so glad she called to let us know! I got my save the dates and invitations from Magnet Street. Love everything. There are so many templates to choose from and the website is really easy to use. Both of my orders arrived quickly and looked even better than on the website. I got so many compliments on them both. Only cons would be I'm not sure how good of a value it was because I didn't look around anywhere else and there were limitations on what you could and couldn't personalize about your product. I would totally use Magent Street again, they offer more services than just wedding related.

We used MagnetStreet for Save the Date magnets. Our family and friends adored these. We ended up ordering two batches. Both included extra magnets, which was a nice touch. The first batch was perfect. The second batch was done differently by the company - the top 1/16" was cut off of the photo. It didn't make much difference, but a little of my fiance's hair was missing.

The website allows you to personalize almost every aspect of the invitation including colors and txt. I recommend getting there wedding invitation packet. It really helped me see the quality of their invitations and it gives you a sample of all their colors. Without these color samples I would have probably picked different colors based on the online view of the colors. Overall we felt like we got an amazing invitation at an affordable price! My invitations looked great. Easy to create,fun to play around on the site. They have a proofreader who looks over every detial and will email you with change suggestions or spelling errors. I do wish they had more variety of programs and matching place cards. The invites are a good deal,the extras (place cards etc) are a little pricey. I would recommned them and use them again.

We used MagnetStreet for bout our Save the Dates and for our invitations for our August 2011 wedding. I loved the fact that everything is so customizable. We chose two different designs but with the customization tool they went together perfectly. I chose Organically Modern pocket folded invitations for our invites, which if you go and look at it now, they are earthy tones of browns, tans, and greens. I however, did a complete overhaul on them and made them perfect for our blue toned wedding. The whole invite, RSVP cards, and info card were all done up in gorgeous variations of blue. I have received SO many compliments on our invites, as they reflect our tastes perfectly...modern with a twist. They arrived quickly, and any extra prints they make, you keep, so we actually have a couple extra of everything for keepsakes! I ordered Save the Date magnets with our picture on it. The magnets turned out great and it was all-in-all a very good price. I got matching magnets, carb backers, return address labels, lined envelopes and envelope seals.

Our invitations and save the dates were beautiful. We found a great memo board favor, but at the last minute were told they were out of the bag. After months and months of delays we were told he bags were still on backorder. Communication during the process was horrible.

When I originally designed my invitations online, I received an email telling me one color I chose would be too light to see when it was printed....so the design artist gave me some other options. It was so nice they realized the flaw and checked with my to make sure they came out right. If you're even semi-handy with computer software, this is a great option for designing your own invites. You can start with a design they offer, and then customize it through many different style and color options. I made sure to add a comment on every piece that said "DO NOT INCLUDE MAGNET STREET WEBSITE OR LOGO ANYWHERE ON PRODUCT." I received many compliments on my invites :).

I liked my Save the Dates from MagnetStreet ... I just wish that the corners of my black magnets weren't so easily damaged. It was easy to scrape the black off with my nail or the magnet holders that came with them. But for the price, I really couldn't go wrong.

Save the Dates & Invitations: B Magnet Street Weddings is where I ordered everything from. They’re a bit pricey but the overall result was fantastic. The only problem I had was the invitations that I sent to a further location arrived all smudged. As if the ink wasn’t completely dry. I realize they were mostly black, but that shouldn’t have happened. I also ordered “Save the Date” fridge magnets, they were great. I did however have HUGE issues with their website which I almost gave up after my 7th try of creating my invitation with matching items, but I really wanted these invitations so I had to do it, no matter how pissed I was getting!

Magnet Street was great! I was able to personalize EVERYTHING. I got to pick and make my own colors with their personalization of the invites. They send out emails with great discounts. We ordered everything through them! They came very quickly and when I had questions or even when I had made a mistake they would call me! I would recommend them to anyone, perfect experience!

MagnetStreet provided an awesome product in a timely and professional manner. Their invitations were top of the line all around. Even the paper they were printed on was high quality and looked great. They provide a lot of customization options and get the product to you in a fairly quick amount of time. They were a little expensive but they had a lot of additional stuff and turned out amazing. I would definitely use them again!

I used Magnet Street for my save the dates, invitations, place cards, and table numbers. There are a ton of themes to choose from and the colors could all be edited to whatever you liked. The online format was so easy to use I had a harder time deciding the specific colors and text I wanted to use...lol. The items came quickly and were very nicely made. Not too pricey and well worth every penny. I received many compliments about all of the items purchased from them.

I ordered save the date magnets from magnet street. When they arrived the lettering on my future last name was misprinted, I'm not sure what the issue was because this did not show up on the proof. I contacted them right away and they were very easy to work with. They reprinted them very quickly and gave me a discount. Once they arrived they were perfect!.

The personalization tool made is very easy to customize the design and when I had trouble getting the fonts as large as I wanted them, I was able to put that in special instructions and the design team was able to do it for me and make me an online proof. The magnets came quickly in a really nice box. They mailed fine in the provided envelopes with standard postage and I got many compliments on the quality. The color reproduction was very bright. The magnets were thicker than those I've received from other brides who used other vendors and stood up to the test of USPS.

I love the fact that they can send you samples of the work before you even order. The quality was great and the price was not bad, especially when you add their special promos that run. I had my invitations, table numbers and menus done by them. At the last minute i decided i wanted menus at all the table 2 weeks before the wedding i placed and order and contacted them to see if I'll get them in time. This was my fault but they were great. I received my menus 5 days later after i placed them. Great service.

We used magnetstreet for our magnet save-the dates. They turned out really well. The only problem I had was getting our picture to upload at a high enough resolution so that the image would print clearly.

We ordered our Save-the-Date magnets from Magnet Street, and were really happy with the results. The website was easy to use, with lots of different designs. You could easily try different combinations of designs, colors, and photos. The magnets that we finally decided on turned out absolutely beautifully, and we often still see them on the fridges of friends and family! And, in addition to the great quality, we thought Magnetstreet had really competitive prices.

Magnet street is a great option for wedding stationary. I used them for my save-the-dates, invitations, and rsvp cards. They have so much to choose from and everything can be personalized. Plus it's all printed on really nice card stock so it looks very classy. They will send you free samples if you are interested. They also have a lot of discount coupons and promotions for people on their mailing list. I was able to get a more expensive invite to fot my budget thanks to one of their specials. Also, my return address labels came in the wrong color and they were so helpful and correcting the problem at NO cost to me. I have never been so happy with customer service before in my life. I onyl wish that you could edit a bit more. Some of the invites dont give you a lot of movement to add an extra line or phrase things differntly. I did have a hard time with the rsvp cards because they are all formatted for a seated/plated dinner and we did a buffet. But it worked out in the end.

You were able to play around with all the fonts, colors, pictures, etc., and create the exact look you wanted. They are quick to answer questions and the turn around time on production is about 10 days. Their website is easy to work with and they will send sample designs to give you and idea of what the product with look like. The only complaint is the cost, but they have many options to fit any budget, I just wanted a particular type of invitation, and it happend to be their most expensive! My invitations were awesome. They were square with petal holders. It was perfect. I wanted something that was unique and that would set the tone for my wedding and they were perfect. I initially ordered my save the dates (which were magnets) with magnet street and after that they sent me samples of their invitations. After seeing them I knew I was going to use them. They also sent coupons. I even ordered after they expired and they still honored them for me. It was easy to costomize and order. The price was also comparable to ordering from an actual store and I feel like there were far more options.

LOVED working with these people. First of all, the invitations can be customized by color and wording instantly online. You can get them more customized as well by emailing them. They were very accomodating to my requests. Not only that, but you get a consultant assigned to you and mine was fabulous. I realized after the final approval that there was an error with the hotel phone number. She was able to pull them off the line for me, correct it, and did not charge me extra like she was suppose to! Awesome. Oh and total cost was under $200 for 100 invites and fillers.

We ordered our magnet save the dates 100% tailored to what we wanted them to look like. We were so pleased with that order we ordered the entire invitation, thank you cards, labels etc. they all came beautiful and no one could tell that my husband and I created them and stuffed them. It really didn't take long at all but was so much better than going to a stuffy stationary place and feeling absolutely uncomfortable. We created them in the comfort of our home, but they certainly didn't look like it. We will order from here again.

What an AMAZING company! Not only do they have a nice, and easy to navigate website, but their staff is friendly and helpful! The first thing I liked about them was that of all of the places I had looked for my save the dates and invitations they were the only ones who let you CUSTOMIZE the colors on ANY pattern. I had seen many invitation sets I liked previous but they weren't the right colors and they couldn't be changed. We originally were only going to use magnetstreet.com for our save the dates. We chose a wedding date of 4.24.11, we customized out magnets and placed our order (for a VERY reasonable price). A week later it was brought to our attention that 4.24.11 was Easter Sunday. We HAD to change the date! We were overwhelmed with the idea of having to re-order our magnets. I contacted their customer service department and explained our situation. They were really friendly and understanding. They even offered to re-print and ship our save the dates with the right date for only $10.00!!! We were so impressed by their help that we decided to order our invitations from them too. We got nothing but compliments on the quality and style.

I liked the wide variety of products and designs that the company had available, plus the fact that you could personalize them with your own colors and fonts! The company also allows users to customize pieces of the design (for example I asked them to extend the meal choice line on our response cards)! This feature was especially nice when creating our program! All of the products (3 different orders) arrived on-time or ahead of schedule, exactly as we designed them. I also liked that MagnetStreet would email a proof of the invitation/response card/program so you could see a pdf before your order was finalized, in case there were any mistakes on it.
