I enthusiastically recommend VickyC5. They did an AMAZING job with my makeup/hair, as well as for my bridesmaids and mother. They arrived on time and finished exactly on time. I also recommend getting the on-site touch-up services (where they come with you to your venue site and touch up your hair/makeup before/after the ceremony) - it's pricey and I was initially hesitant, but after my mother's urging, I went ahead with it. So glad that I did! I had two different hairstyles/makeup styles for my wedding day: for the outdoor ceremony, my hair was up and my makeup was more natural; for the evening reception, my hair was down and my makeup slightly more dramatic. I loved both looks! VickyC5 are quality and totally worth it for your special day.

VickyC5 was awesome. Several girls recommended her, so I knew I was in good hands. The facilities are large and beautiful, with 4-5 chairs, so multiple girls can get done at the same time (my 4 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and myself all got done in 3 hours). When I first went for a consultation, Mike was very helpful and explained all of the options. And each time I returned, whether for my make-up/hair trial or for skin treatments, everyone in the facility was very professional and nice. I also had a 11am wedding, which meant we had to start at 5:30am; the entire staff was there on time, and they were very efficient. I had Vicky do my hair and make-up, and everyone agreed that she did an amazing job. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do my hair, so during my trial, she went through many different styles (up, down, high bun, low bun, side bun) until we figured out what to do. She was incredibly thorough with my make-up, and I really felt like she was an artist who put painstaking details into making me look beautiful.

I just had my wedding this past week, and the makeup and hair done by VickyC5 was amazing! Everyone was in shock at how beautiful I looked and the overall image I invisioned came out without even explaining too much in detail of what I wanted. I had my makeup done for my mother, my bridesmaids, and myself. Groom was touched up as well. They are veryprofessional, know what they are doing, and make sure you feel beautiful. My wedding was a dream come true because of their great makeup skills. One of the most important things every bride should really focus on is makeup and hair, and I did not regret my decision in choosing VickyC5 team for my Big Day! Thanks again so much guys!! VickyC5 came highly recommended from numerous first and second hand sources, which is why we decided to sign with them. Upon choosing them as our wedding hair and makeup team, it was recommended that I have regular facials with them in their Manhattan studio. I don't know if it was their facials in particular or just the fact that I was paying more attention to my skincare regimen, but my skin was the best it has been in a long time for the wedding. I had several concerns after the hair/makeup trial, but on the day of the wedding, Vicky and her team (she came with 4 other people just for us!) did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted instead of being pushy. Just a tip, their honest/blunt remarks when it comes to your appearance should not be taken too seriously, as this is just a Korean cultural thing. Will definitely be returning for more facials and other hair/makeup needs in the future!

They were great! I was worried so much getting the makeup on the day of our wedding without getting a trial they have done great job! Only small complaint that I had was that they charge about $250 for just getting a trial before the wedding which I have avoided. Other than that, the makeup artist was professional, and did know what she was doing! I have viewed my wedding photographs recently and love it. I hope my album comes out great with their neutral makeup style.

Choosing a makeup artist was tricky... being Asian, I wanted someone who could do "Asian" makeup. Also, I wanted someone who wouldn't cake everything on. Thank goodness I found Leah. She did an AMAZING job! I could not have asked for a better makeup artist. I plan on hiring her anytime I need my makeup done. I would highly recommend her! =)

I cannot thank the makeup team from VickyC5 enough for doing the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, my mother and myself. Hair and Makeup was the first thing we had to do the morning of our wedding, and the team put us all at ease and helped us get ready in record time. i have never seen my bridesmaids look as beautiful as they did that day. They gave them each variations of side bun hair styles, which made them each unique without having one person stick out too much. They looked elegant and beautiful! My mom also came with us and was so pleased with the quality of her hair and makeup. The team even answered all of her questions when it came to hair and makeup so it became a miniature lesson :) They were so personable and knowledgable that my Mom has pledged to take make up classes from them in the future just to spend some more time with the group (and learn of course!). Everyone's makeup was beautiful and natural, and withstood the July temperatures until my nighttime wedding. I had done a hair and makeup trial a month earlier but it is not necessary. Vicky has a gift to make you look beautiful, and if you are not happy with how things are going day of, she is more than willing to try alternative hair styles/makeup until you are happy. Also, Airbrushing is included for bridesmaids!
