Our cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious!

LOVED my cake. So pretty! So tasty! I could not have asked for a better looking or tasting cake. Mark really knows what he is doing. I wasn't there when the cake was delivered but as far as I know there were no problems with setup. The design process was really very easy. I like his previous cakes so much I just chose favorite elements from other cakes and asked him to throw it together and it looked awesome.

Fabulous. The tasting was really amazing Mark and Leslie were a wonderful team to work with in designing the cake. They were also prompt in responding to all of my inquiries. We arrived at the venue to find the cake waiting. It was truly lovely.

We loved working with Mark Joseph Cakes. We met with a ton of barkers and by far Mark Joseph Cakes tasted the best. A year later on our anniversary we had the top tier and it was still tasted just as perfect as our wedding day!

Mark Joseph's cakes are all over the big-name wedding websites, and their clean, modern lines are gorgeous. They helped us create a fun, special, very "us" cake that also tasted delicious! My fiance was all about the cake, so he loved that they took his idea and really made it into something awesome. The tasting was fun, and they ensured that we got to taste a lot of different combos of flavors of cakes and frostings and stuff and recommended different pairings. Leslie was very easy to work with, too, and we loved that they're a husband-and-wife team.

Mark Joseph provided a wedding cake for cutting (we served pie as the main dessert), as well as our cupcake flavors. They were great about responding to emails and everything was beautiful and delicious.

We absolutely loved our wedding cake from Mark Joseph. Firstly, they were such a lovely couple to work with. We met and reviewed all our options for an elegant 3-tiered cake. During the appointment, my husband joked about putting an Arsenal logo on the cake (he's English and that's his favorite soccer team). I just ignored it but week's later, I called and asked them to add it to the back of the cake... this way it's there, but not everyone will see it. They did such a beautiful job with the logo, BUT I forgot to tell the people at the venue that it should be positioned towards the back. When we got to the venue, we immediately went to a different floor and didn't see the cake right away. My husband had people coming up to him saying how much they loved the Arsenal cake. He thought I got him a groom's cake. When we did our introduction walk into the dinner is when we first saw it. We were both surprised... but it was well worth it. Now I can do no wrong in his eyes because I got him an Arsenal wedding cake!! To this day, he still shows his friends the photo of it on his phone.

Mark and Leslie not only created one of the most delicious cakes imaginable (I'm still dreaming about it) but they worked with us to create something beautiful that stayed within our very very very meager budget. I never felt pushed to purchase anything more than I could afford and the cake was truly stunning...and tasty, did I mention tasty? I would work with Mark and Leslie again when I need a special cake.

Marc Joseph Cakes exceeded all our expectations. They are attentive, patient, and very capable of creating the cake of your dreams. (Upon our request, they even sent us a color rendering, for approval!) Pure sculpture in sugar and flour! (And very tasty as well!) BEWARE!!!! When meeting them for the first time to select cake and filling, DON'T HAVE LUNCH. It's quite a process, and one not to be taken lightly! If you go late in the day, forget dinner. In a nutshell, bring your imagination, your appetite (maybe some coffee) sit back, relax, and let them do their thing! You won't be sorry.

Working with Mark Joseph cakes was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The tasting experience was lovely- and yes filling! The color options are endless, and they will create them in front of you as you dream them up and try to describe them. And the cake/filling flavor options are also seemingly unending...my now-husband had to try to reign me in as I wanted every layer to be a different flavor because everything tasted SO good. The cake and presentation were spectacular, a real highlight of the whole room (and my pictures afterward :). The taste still has people talking about it- as so many wedding cakes lose it once you take a bite. I even had friends who took pictures of the two different layers because they tasted so amazing. CHOOSE them!! truly wonderful experience :)

The owners of this business, Mark and his wife Leslie, were wonderful to work with. They were very professional, creative, and absolutely willing to work within my budget. The cake looked and tasted amazing, and my guests still comment about it now (more than 2 years later!). They even created the colors of the cake to exactly match that of of my menus and placecards. I received very personalized treatment and the cake was even more incredible than I could have imagined. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this vendor!
