I'm sorry to say but Michelle Fields, the owner of New York Brides, is a criminal. She stole $1,700 from my credit card for a dress I never ordered. I had to take her to small claims court, where I won the case, but she still hasn't paid me over 1 year later! The Sheriff has called, posted notices, and we even went to the store today (you might have seen a Sheriff in the store on Friday, 8/17/12) but she pretended not to be able to find her business license so that we couldn't seize assets. I'm at my wit's end and am taking her to Collections, but be forewarned: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS FROM THIS STORE.

Michelle is great, outgoing, and easy going, and makes you feel comfortable. She is quick with her fittings, and everything went very smoothly!
