Prior to booking the Midtown Loft & Terrace I looked at over 10 venues. This was the only one that really impressed me. To start the views from the Empire State building are similar to that at 230 fifth ave and that place is a fortune to rent out. The facility is also located right on 5th avenue where as other lofts were on the westside highway. My wedding was more of an informal one and the space came with lounge funituire which we used for the wedding and was of much help and saved use money. My friends and family were all impressed with the venue and my decison making to book here. If you are looking for a loft space in Manhattan this is the place.

My Wedding at the Midtown Loft & Terrace exceeded my expectations. My theme was a winter wonderland, and this venue the best option for creating such a theme since the space was open. The Loft also had high cielings so I could hang my snowball chandeliers. My guests are still raving about the views of the Empire State Building from the Terrace. The staff was professional from the begining to the end. They even included furniture and an illumanted bar with the rental fee, which went perfect with the overall ambeince of the wedding and saved me some money. The location was also perfect since it's right on 5th avene just a few shorts blocks from the Empire State Building. Most of guests stayed in the Ganservolt hotel located 2 blocks south from the venue. With all that said, I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in NYC.
