I have used this company twice (soon to be 3 times) in the past year and only have great things to say about them. I'm based in Hong Kong so buying Jewellery over the internet can be troublesome, but the amount of personal attention I received from them (Livia namely) was fantastic. Their returns policy is excellent and very flexible, as long as you express any concerns upfront with them then they will happily take you through the policy in detail.(unfortunately I had to return the 2nd item but Liva has been very accommodating and patient in regards to me choosing another item, been over 4 weeks!) Both Sapphires I received were absolutely beautiful stones, and come with a full 3d report and scan. Anyway, great company, can't recommend them enough based on my experiences.

When my fiancé and I were looking at engagement rings, I told him I wanted two things in particular. A white Sapphire (which is my Birthstone) and an antique setting in white gold. After doing many hours of research on wedding boards he stumbled upon The Natural Sapphire company. We looked through their incredible selection and found many lovely settings and the absolute perfect gem. So we asked Livia, the lady who handled the internet orders if she could possibly make a mock up of a ring and a setting for us that I chose. This was during Valentine's week so we knew they were probably incredibly busy, but she had responded within 24 hours. Once I saw that setting with the gem I realized it wasn't too my liking. So my fiancé asked her opinion on settings and not only was she prompt about it, she provided him with many options because she herself is incredibly familiar with their products. Livia once again provided a mock up of the second setting we picked and the ring looked wonderful so we ordered it. Livia was very kind and patient during this time and very helpful in assisting us with my ring. She treated him so wonderful, she obviously takes pride in her work. When he proposed and I got my ring, I burst into tears like most of us do, crying over the symbolic meaning but also how absolutely stunning it is. I look at it at least once an hour, even weeks later because it's the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever had. The setting has tiny flowers, leaves and vines around the top which is very delicate looking but also extremely detailed and well crafted. My white sapphire stone is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company to ANYONE looking for jewelry, their customer service is fantastic and Livia is amazing, she made this a wonderful experience! It's been 8 months since we got engaged in a horse drawn carriage on a frigid night in December 2011 in Central Park, NY. Denise is enchanted with her ring and absolutely loves it. The ring is made from platinum and contains small diamonds around the stone and on the sides of the band. The Unique Sapphire is peach in color, and it appears peach in some light, rose pink in other light, and it sparkles and reflects light in utterly amazing ways. After some online research, I decided I'd try going through the NSC and custom design a ring with a sapphire center stone. I searched through their sapphire inventory (which is larger than any other I could find) until I found a round mixed brilliant cut light greenish blue sapphire from Montana. I sent in an inquiry form and in a few hours Livia emailed me back with loads of information about the sapphire and the custom design process. I liked that the NSC's sapphires were completely untreated and unheated, making them incredibly rare and valuable. I asked to preview the stone, and Livia immediately sent it through 2-day Fed Ex after putting a hold for the value of the stone on my bank account. It was incredibly helpful to be able to see the stone in person before deciding to have it set. After that initial contact, Livia remained consistently helpful, kind, and flexible throughout the design process. Over the course of an entire month she emailed me back several times every day answering all of my questions with incredible detail. I wasn't sure about my setting, so in the beginning of the process her correspondence consisted of many graphic renderings of the stone I had selected in several different settings on their website. She was always happy to make any changes I requested to the designs. Finally, I sent in a photo of a setting I'd seen elsewhere and asked for a couple design changes. Livia got back to me the next day with a rendering of my custom design. I loved it, so I paid for the ring and waited patiently. In only 2.5 weeks, my ring arrived! It was even more stunning in person and it fit perfectly. The price was also a great value for the quality of workmanship. It appraised at several hundred dollars more than I paid. While working with a local jeweler, I found a setting that I loved and they said they would be able to find a peach sapphire. Three days later, the stone came in and it was the color of Mountain Dew!
