I purchased a Groupon with Mr Cruz to provide a photo booth for my wedding. Despite booking via phone and e-mail conformation, without any notice...he DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP TO MY WEDDING.
I contacted Mr. Cruz before I actually purchased the photo booth Groupon in order to assure he was available the date of my wedding (8/17/12). When he told me he was available, I immediately purchased the Groupon and called him back, booking with him using the Groupon purchase code for the date of my wedding. Several months before my wedding, I emailed Mr Cruz again for confirmation, which I received.
When I arrived at my reception venue, not only was Mr. Cruz not there, my coordinator could not even get in contact him. Instead of him contacting my coordinator, I received an email from him DURING my wedding telling me that I was never confirmed and scolding me for not calling him that week. I responded to his e-mail with a voicemail message and e-mail proof of his confirmation. Once proven wrong, he then apologized via e-mail to me promising me a refund through Groupon and a photo booth at my next family gathering. (Too bad for me that I am not planning to get married again.)
SO, Mr Cruz did not show up and provide the services that I paid for, denying me not only the favors for my guests, but the accompanying guest book he was supposed to also provide (which was INCLUDED in the Groupon I purchased) My wedding coordinator stapled together pieces of 8x10 computer paper for people to sign. Very embarrassing for both me and my husband.
The rudeness of this man was a horrible experience for me and my husband, making us very upset on what should have ONLY been a happy day. Of course, not only will I not be doing any business with Mr. Cruz again, I would not recommend him to ANYONE.

I can confirm availability but can not provide services until a voucher is submitted. I hope you can understand with no groupon voucher submitted, your name and groupon purchase code not existing on my groupon list (this in an oversight on groupons part) and no communication from you since March that we can't just show up to a job 5 months later.
Off course I wanted groupon to refund you and yes I offered my services for future use at no cost because I felt that was the right thing to do.
