The limo arrived on time. Once he dropped us at the venue he could not be reached even though he was still on the clock (and was instructed to pick up people from our party at another location). When it was time to leave the driver claimed it was a pick up and drop off and was getting frustrated he had to wait for the bride and groom because the party did not end, even though it was clear that we were paying a 3hr rate.

The limo drivers were awesome , the cars were beautiful and because of them everything ran smooth. They had no problems making last min stops and they worked so well with the photographers & videographer . my husband and I were very happy with their service

I loved Nowstar limo from the moment I called them for an appointment. Phil was so helpful and enthusiastic, and every one of his employees is the same. The limos were spotless and the drivers arrived early. They treated us like gold and were extremely friendly and professional. Our driver to the hotel after the reception also dropped us at the airport and picked us up. John: Thank you for making everything so easy. Our flight was delayed coming home. John took the time to get my cell # and call me to tell me not to worry about calling him with updates: he would check our landing time and be there whenever that was. I was thrilled with Nowstar limo, and John has so much to do with that. The company really made the day special with great service and a bonus champagne toast in front of the church - so cool!

Was charged for an extra hour even though we were over by 10 minutes. Instead of relaxing in my bridal suite or taking pictures, I had to stand in the cold for an extra 15 minutes to deal with this. At the end of it all, I didn't want it to ruin my day so I ended up paying an extra $150 for 10 minutes. I would be very happy if it weren't for this. The driver was WONDERFUL! I know it wasn't his fault.

The drivers were extremely helpful and even worked with our photographer to get some really great pictures with the cars. I would definitely use them again! This vendor also provided our Photobooth for the wedding. The technician was great and everyone loved the photobooth at the wedding!

I was so concerned with the Limo situation because most places request that you given them your credit card information by phone but Nowstar made me feel very secured. Their limo was beautiful and clean and the driver was so attentive. Extremely pleased! Not to mention, wonderful prices!

I knew I was getting the best service and the best price when I booked at Nowstar limo. It’s been 4 days since my wedding I can't get over how amazing the limo DRIVERS ARE! They were all earlier than expected and did things for me and my bridal party no one would do. They stayed throughout my whole photo site, held my bouquet, my dress, made sure the kids were under control, opened our doors, helped seat my guests etc. They helped in endless ways I never knew I needed help, but trust me you'll wish you had them! I called on a Thursday for a limo on Sunday, and the service was excellent. The driver was courteous and helpful. I would definitely use Nowstar again.

Great limos, no personality or flexibilty. No customer service skills either. Wouldn't use again for any price.
