Were both in the military and were sent in different location of the continents, and our wedding was set for San Francisco, CA. Gladly a local David's Bridal, Springfield, VA was able to assist us with my dress, professional photography and videography. This saved so much time and they had a payment plan that made it affordable for us. Thanks again David's Bridal!

I chose Photography David's Bridal for their amazing price, but I was really pleased with the photographer I got. I was so nervous and stressed on my wedding day, but my photographer from David's Bridal helped the day go smoothly and made me feel at ease. I recently reviewed the photos online, and I am in love with them all. She captured the perfect moments, and I love the way she touched them up as well. I am very happy we went with them.

I signed up with Photography by David's Bridal for couple different reasons. One, their price is very comparable with other vendors --- they offered discount since I also bought my dress @ DB. Also, they offer financing through DB's store card. Two, the package included 8 hours of service at up to 4 locations with unlimited numbers of shots with FULL COPYRIGHTS given to me! This, I like. Also, it included extras such as prints in different sizes, and photobooks. Three, we thought to simplify process. DB said they selected photographers carefully to represent their brand, so we agreed to give them a try (I asked for sample of works of the photographer assigned to me prior to the event). Not sure what to expect. Prior to the wedding day, the (Corporate) event coordinator would call to check on us, or go over details, etc... I wanted nice photographs for my once-in-a-lifetime event. My photographer was Adam Alexander. Adam is very easy to work with. He was fun and made us feel comfortable. Communication was very easy with him. I emailed him my wedding plan, which he replied stating would accomodate our requests. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but I am waiting for the final products (which they said will take 6-8 weeks). I hope the final products are great photos, so I can look back at my wedding (through his photographs) 30 - 40 years later. PS: For now, Photography by David's Bridal gets 2.5 stars for the Quality, however if the final products are superb photographs, then Photography By David's Bridal will surely get a 5 stars from me! Nevertheless, thanks, Adam. It was certainly very nice to make your acquintance! Grateful couple, Ivan and Meike.

I signed up for the photography back in september. the lady that was helping me told us that it was easy once we agreed to have them do our photography it would be stressfree and simple. Ha this is MOre than a joke!!! Since then, I have not been able to get onto the website to fill out any of the paper work, When i call i get the run around, I have spoke to 5 different people trying to get this fixed and nothing has been done. The woman that helped us in the begining is no longer there, when i call to make my payment they tell me that i can not do it over the phone i have to drive to there store and make the payment, they have been telling me that im going to be contacted by a photographer, which i have NOT yet recieved any phone call or any contact from. I made the biggest mistake of my life going with Davids Bridal photography. When i told them that i was going to cancel if something did not change they didnt care. they had no concern what so ever. I have less than 10 months to go before my wedding and I have yet to get anything from them, no call from the photographer, nothing. When i spoke to Jess(the girl that first helped me) she said they were having problems with "customer service" and there were working on that to get it fixed. How do you not return any of my phone calls, e-mails, messages???? I am very sorry now that i didnt look further into this and actually sit down and read all of the reviews and think this thru. I have lost all respect for davids bridal! I guess this just goes to show the bigger the company the less they care about the customer!!

> Vanessa, I am sorry to hear you have had a stressful experience. I want every one of my brides to be stress-free on their big day. I have tried to contact you to discuss your experience. Please call me back at your earliest convenience so that I can work to make this right for you!

My face hurt from smiling for so may pics and although i havent gotten them back yet i know they are good bc the photographer gave me a sneak peek at a few. Davids Bridal was on top of their game they called me every few weeks to make sure i was on track and see if i had any questions. Although it was weird not meeting the actual photographer until the day of, he was very nice and professional and easy to talk to. He had great photo ideas wich im sure was tough at a night time event.

Ladies, beware of Photography by David's Bridal!!! We paid for a premium package and received absolute horrible service!!! They never even looked at our photography guide, I didn't receive an event coordinator before the wedding, I even had to call the photographer on my way to the rehearsal dinner to make sure he was coming! Let's not even discuss all the pictures that photographer NEVER took! The company is refusing to fix the problem. I even spoke with the Vice President of Photography and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that we were treated horribly. We were married in November and had our package booked since April. We are still waiting for them to make a decision regarding our compensation for their treatment. In the book they give you it says "we'll provide you with a photographer who exceeds your expectations, and who knows how to make you and your special day look absolutely gorgeous, in the style you prefer." IT IS ALL LIES. For the sake of your memories, stay away from David's Bridal Photography!!!

> I am extremely sorry to hear your photography experience was not what was expected. I take your concerns very seriously and I am glad we had a chance to discuss your concerns. As per our phone conversation, I have had notified the photography team about your feedback. I know that I cannot bring your day back and capture the pictures that were missed; however, I hope that our resolution meets your desired expectations. Thank you for all of your time and please continue to reach out to us should you need anything further.

This was for my anniversary photos. Sarah A was such an amazing photographer and I was so excited to see my images!! Through the time we had emailed, Sarah was able to understand that my husband and I are a very playful couple. And she had found sample images she thought would work!! She was so fabulous and I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I had a very nice experience with them for my photography. My photographer was very attentive and willing to make sure we got everything we wanted. From the beginning of the wedding planning process they were extremely helpful with assisting us choosing the right package for our budget and reassuring us that everything would be taken care of.

The relationship with David's Bridal was extremely cold and hands-off. The communication prior to my wedding was lacking, and I never knew who my event coordinator was. I think I had 3-4 different event coordinators assigned to me,and I was not notified of the change. I never knew who to talk to. I cancelled my photography contract, but still booked the videography through David's Bridal. I was extremely dissatisfied with my wedding video. The quality was very poor overall. I expected MUCH more for the amount of money I paid for a "professional" videographer. The transitions are awkward and not smooth, the camera is unsteady and very shaky, and some of the interviews and the mother/son dance are barely audible. The videographer also failed to interview the groom's parents and sister after we requested they be interviewed. Furthermore, it took longer than promised to receive my video and the mp3 file I provided at their request was not even used in the video. I will NOT be recommending Photography by David's Bridal to anyone. I am actually embarrassed to show this video to my friends and family.

I have not seen my pictures yet because they take about 6-8 weeks to be ready but as for right now i am very satisfied with them. My photographer was very helpful and responsive to my requests even though I was not on time he was and he was very patient. Even before I met him the coordinators at the main office took my doubts very serious and also responded to each and everyone of them. I will write more as soon as I see my pictures whether I am even more satisfied with them.

I was given the best photographer! Matthew J was amazing at our wedding. He was on point the whole time. He actually showed up 20 minutes early and from the minute he came in he was just so wonderful. So, energetic and vibrant and happy to be there. 15 minutes before he had to leave he asked us what photos we wanted before he left. So, we got a photo with every table. Words cannot express the gratitude for him! Just awesome! Now, David's Bridal Photography. I was assigned a planner to meet all my needs and find me the perfect photographer. I was paired with Carroll Mattiace. If you get her, please ask for someone else. First, she didn't respond to my emails, voice mail, nothing! She was rude and always had a "problem" that day we spoke. She was VERY unprofessional. After a while I asked to speak with another and they transferred me to the manager. All in all, we were grateful to have Matthew!! 5 stars were given because of the photographer!

Getting in-touch with the photography consultants is not an easy task, i had to threaten to pull my contract to get someone to get back to me. However, with that said; the photographer they choose for me, was amazing. His name was Ben and, not only was he professional he was, helpful, patient, and most importantly patient with the children in the bridal party. Ben took great shots, without being ask and even thought of some creative portraits.

I had a pleasant experience with David's Bridal Photography. They sent me an awesome photographer, who executed just about everything I asked for. I only missed things due to time constraints, no fault of the photographer. I think we got a great deal for our money. The rate per hour was extremely reasonable, as compared to independent photographers. We have the rights to all of our photos, as well as access to then for 12 months online. We did not purchase a photobook, or any set of photos, up front. I appreciateed the flexibility in allowing us to make decisions about after the wedding, after determining what photos turned out, as opposed to having to make a decision prior to know what we are actually working with. All and all, a flawless relationship, that has yet to come to a close, but the business aspect I am extremely pleased with.

I had the worst photographer ever! He straight up refused when I asked him to take pictures and didn't come with a lens he needed to take a photo from 20 feet out. He had no idea what he was doing! I think they just found some guy with a camera and said "hey, want a job". I can't believe how terrible this guy was

> Andrea, I am glad that we were able to connect. Once again I want to personally apologize for your experience with our photographer. As you know, our photographers have to go through a rigorous certification and training process to meet our highest level of professional standards – but also maintain those standards. We have taken action with the photographer to ensure that no other bride will have a similar experience. Thank you for helping us make our photographer team stronger and I am glad that we were able to reach a resolution.

I just can’t express enough THANKS to all of the David’s Bridal because they truly made my dreams come true on the day of the wedding and after with the video and pictures I will have for a life time! Below is a beautiful movie clip that the Photography by David’s Bridal made up for us extra of the pictures that was captured on our wedding day. http://video214.com/play/QuUcQZYCos4lgmM59HZR5g/s/dark Tel: 866-973-0245 weddingservices@dbi.com On the photography, I did research on what type of pictures I was looking for the photographer to capture. I worked with the event coordinator Bernadette. She had me fill out a form to explain what I was looking for, contacts and important shots. I am sure I went overboard with all what I told them but I wanted to make sure that on the day of the wedding the only thing I had to think about was getting married. I was matched up with “D”oreen and she was the perfect match. I could tell once we spoke she was the one and I was right with the pictures she captured that day. She listened and read what I wrote I was looking for. My day didn’t not go without some bumps my wedding dress clasp popped but that was just the way it was zipped up not from anything else. While that was being worked on D was out taking the most wonderful and amazing pictures. The weather was perfect for pictures. The day went by quick as I thought it would but it was everything I dreamed. At this point, I have received all of my pictures and video and we are finalizing my album. I am so excited to soon be holding our wedding album. We truly had a David’s Bridal experience for our wedding! The time is coming to an end with my connection with David’s Bridal. I am sad because they truly made me feel like I was family and so special!

Photography by David's Bridal has literally ruined all memories of my wedding. Memories that I cannot recreate or get back. Calling the photographer they assigned me an AMATEUR would be a gross exaggeration. We were not able to have any say in our photographer, but i said i specifically wanted a "photo journalistic style" without a lot of posed shots. Well i got a phone call from our assigned photographer and specifically told me "oh well I do mostly posed shots"...??? So why i was I paired up with him?? But, I put my trust in David's that they knew what they were doing, man was I wrong. I knew the day of the wedding i wasn't going to be happy with the end result. For one, he didn't get the specific shots i requested and every time I saw him, he was by the food, stuffing his face. So 8 weeks later, I still do not have any photos. I've gotten a dozen e-mails asking me to review my experience with Davids, but no pictures. So at the end of the 8 weeks i called the corporate office and was told "Oh they JUST finished uploading them!" (of course they did)....10 minutes later they called me back saying "we aren't finished editing them so we will have to take them off the website an reload them." To start with, 3/4 of the pictures aren't even able to be viewed on the website. Second; based on the ones i CAN see, they are ALL posed (which i specifically said i did not want), all are just straight on, no creativity whatsoever. A lot of the pictures are blurry like he couldn't hold the camera steady, our eyes are closed in most of them. I literally started bawling when i was looking at the pictures. I am SO mad about this. These are things that cannot be recreated. Once your wedding is over, the pictures are ALL thats left. the David's took all of that from me. I literally feel like I have been robbed. I have better pictures from my guests.

> Hi Kristi, I was extremely sorry to hear about your experience with our photographer services and am happy that we were able to talk through your concerns. Thank you for your candid feedback. Your situation is unusual and as a result we have conducted a full review with the photographer to ensure that this does not happen to another bride. I am glad that we were able to resolve your situation and have your confidence restored in Photography by David’s Bridal!

I decided to go through Davids Bridal Photography because they were wonderful with getting all the dresses and other items for the wedding but the photography was much different. It was a horrible experience and I still am going through the nightmare. We did not hear anything from our photographer until 5 days before the wedding, she seemed great on the phone however the day of the wedding I was very upset with the quality of service. She showed up early but still did not get half the pictures I wanted for before the wedding, she was not dressed appropriately for a wedding (had on wholey shoes and pants) She did not pick very senic backgrounds and we had specifically asked to have pictures down near the water and we never got those. Also She left during the father daughter dance so I did not get a single picutre of the cake cutting the dances the bouquet and garter toss, nothing! She never came around to get pictures of our faces during the ceremony so any pictures I have of that are of our backsides only. Our wedding was September 29 2012 and we have yet to get even a proof of a single picture. We have called nemerous times and was told the person we needed to speak to was either busy or not their and that we would need to call back or wait for her to call us back, which never happens. I am disgusted with the whole thing and terrified to see what pictures I do have. It breaks my heart to know all the special moments that I wanted to capture were not because of the photographer leaving in the middle of everything. The price may be decent but for the heart ache that we have had to go through is not worth it, spend the extra money for an actual photographer in your area.

I contracted David's Bridal Photography for my wedding. I would never recommend them to take your wedding pictures. Not every photographer is created equally. While they showed me examples of beautiful wedding photographs and albums that is not at all what I received. The pictures turned out terrible, only had a handful that I really liked. She missed our first kiss, first dance, and on my family photos she cut out family members. She had no imagination and I specifically told her beforehand that I am not good on picking poses so I was going to leave that to her....the expert. Big mistake. I called to complain about there not being a single picture from our first dance... they offered me $50 off..... my mother-in-law paid over 2K for the package. They said "well it's only one picture"........ITS THE FIRST DANCE!!!! One, might I add that my husband and I rehearsed, with dips and twirls in hopes of getting a gem of a photo. Major fail. On top of that we just received the link to our wedding album...a third grader could have done a better job. I would never recommend David's Photography to anyone. Waste of time and money, find real professionals.

> Krystal, I am glad we had a chance to speak about your experience. After our conversation, I spoke with the proper individuals and I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with Photography by David’s Bridal. We recognize every picture to be valuable to a bride. I believe during our conversation we were able to reach a resolution that meets your expectations. I am excited for you to see your new album design. I will be contacting you once the design is ready! I look forward to speaking with you again!

Some of the process can be a little stressful when you are playing phone tag with people and filling out the planning guide. The day of my wedding the photographer was there on time and started taking pictures. He worked really hard to get all of my shots and received many compliments from friends and family. I love the fact that I own the copyrights to my photos. My only issue is the turn around time for the photos. I think 8 weeks is a long time to be able to view my photos.

I wasn't sure if it was my photographer or not but I was not impressed. I was kinda of upset that he was more into partying with the open bar and having a good time then taking photos. Very upset!

I am afraid that I cannot in all good conscience recommend David's Bridal Photography for anyone needing a professional photographer for their wedding. My son and daughter-in-law asked my husband and I to cover the wedding photographer and that David's Bridal had a wonderful deal. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for, the photographer showed up with no set for taking the photographs and seemed confused throughout the entire wedding as if he had never done one before. When we had not received the pictures after a month, my daughter-in-law contacted them, only to be told her order had been cancelled due to lack of payment, even though we paid in full up front. After a lot of back and forth with wedding services, the CD was sent to us. When we received the photo CD, all but ten of the photographs were unusable. All of the reception pictures were over edited and looked as though all of the wedding guests and party were overly red or had rashes on their faces and necks. Of the black and white shots they chose to edit, again, they were unusable, with noise so heavy on the faces and background that you were unable to tell who were in the pictures. I am very disappointed, this is not something that can be "re-done". We were offered a refund of a fourth of the cost of this service and were told that the editing staff could not fix the photos, except for one, which would take three weeks to complete. Normally I do not give bad reviews, however, I am at my wits end with this one...

Thankfully you can write a 0 out of 5 review. Do yourself a favor and go straight to a photographer DO NOT use David's Bridal as a Third Party. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm glad I didn't buy a dress throug them. They took forever to get my pictures back to me, I had to call my event planner every day for the last two weeks to get her to "pressure" (her words) the edit department to work on my pictures. Then they picked the WORSE pictures to edit. I'm allowed 85 pictures for the album I'm getting and I can't even find 85 pictures out of 537 to pick, they are that bad. Also they over edited about 40% of them and under edited 15% of them. I don't know where they hired these people from but they are TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE them or you will end up like me with pictures that you can't use are upset over.

> Jamie, thank you for taking the time to speak and work with me to reach a resolution for your experience. I am excited that you received your final product and your mother loves her album. It was a pleasure working with you and if you need anything don’t hesitate to call!

We had Scott Finer as our specific photographer- it was great to hear from him beforehand and know that he was on the same page. He also checked out our venue a few days before so he was more familiar with what he had to work with. The wind was awful on our big day- but he took it in stride. We're really excited to see how our pictures turned out!

I was not very happy with our photographer she was not very personable and when it came to taking the pictures she did not give anyone any direction on what to do when taking the photos.

> Melissa, I am extremely sorry to hear about your negative experience with our photographer. I want you to know I take your concerns and feedback very seriously. I will be contacting you shortly to review and reach a resolution for your experience.

SAVE YOURSELF from this NIGHTMARE. Photographer's first phone call: Lee was a disaster; unprofessional and talked non-stop about "his new lens." Wedding day: Lee twittered about exuding anxiety and insecurity. He offended or upset literally everyone in the room and was cause for extreme stress at a time when nerves were already taut and on edge. Wedding and Reception: Lee required more supervision than the toddlers that were present. He demanded I approve many of his photos until I flatly told him to cut it out. 8 weeks later: Proofs were due, but not done. I called my DB rep and she informed me my proofs were "delayed" because the production department was "backed up." There were multiple phone calls, always initiated by me, following up with DB. As the days and then weeks went by; our proofs were still not available. Proofs: If you're a bride, you are familiar with the sweet anticipation of your special day... the build-up, the preparation... it's a stressful but wonderful time. After your wedding, awaiting your proofs is also a stressful, wonderful time as you anxiously await the day you can relive your wedding day through your photos. For us; however, this was a time of sad and angry tears. And the worst of it... where most couples have literally dozens of amazing photos to sift through and have difficulty deciding the few they'll make into enlargements, we didn't have a single one. Yes, there are some "decent" shots in our portraits, but not one of the quality one would expect from a professional... or “an artist.” I was- and am- heartbroken. We would have had a better outcome with a student, and frankly treasure a few token photos taken by friends on their iPhones. Pbook: Weeks after we sent our choices we were notified our book proof was available online. We requested a few changes, which DB complied with, but which resulted in further delays. The latest: As of today, we "should" receive our books Monday. 8 months later, still NO PICTURES

I was very easy to schedule and pay for the services. You get your photos via a website if you want which is very convenient. They were cordial and on time.

I received the photos from my wedding two months ago. That is about 3 months after my wedding. I was told during the contracting and again on the wedding day that it takes 6-7 weeks to deliver the pictures. I am not sure if it was my photographer or not but I was not impressed. The pictures themselves were all over the board as far as quality goes. I asked for a mix of photojournalistic and traditional. This was once in a lifetime event and I'm kind of shocked that the photographer did so poorly. If you need a photographer, I would not recommend David's Bridal. I was excited by their inexpensive photo packages and suposed quality, but I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. And with Davids Bridal you dont even really get that. No customer service once you pay

> I sincerely apologize you received your images 3 months after your wedding especially when we communicated that your images will be available within 6-7 weeks. We experienced a delay due to a heavy influx of wedding sessions booked. I recognize this issue was our fault and would like to make it up to you! Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve your information. Please contact me at 866-973-0245 to further discuss your dissatisfaction with our service and images. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

I received the photos from my wedding two days ago. That is about 9 weeks after my wedding. They told us during the contracting and again on the wedding day that it takes 6-7 weeks to deliver the pictures. Before the photos were delivered online, we did not get a single proof. So, some might say that having to wait an extra 2-3 weeks to get your wedding pictures isn't a big deal, except that I didn't have a single picture to share with family and friends before that time and it was a very long wait. For my inconvenience, they gave me a free print package. The pictures themselves were very uneven in terms of quality. I asked for a mix of photojournalistic and traditional, posed photos. I was initially extremely dissatisfied with the photographer I was assigned (his pictures looked like they were the pictures taken by guests of a wedding), but my photography coordinator was very responsive and found me someone else whose portfolio looked much better. I am generally satisfied with the photos we received because 1) we didn't pay an arm and a leg and 2) there are a few really nice shots. But overall, the pictures are very problematic. The photographer did not properly stage the posed shots so we have family members standing at weird and awkward angles, we have our eyes closed or mouths open in some shots or our arms at bad angles. The candids of our guests are not generally well framed or flattering, and there are pictures that are blurred. This is a once in a lifetime event and I'm kind of shocked that the photographer did so little to ensure the pictures were beautiful when she was looking at them on her digital camera in real time. I trusted her way too much. I should have been asking why she was not positioning us more- I just thought I was working with a professional.

I booked my photography package with David's Bridal and it has been a rough journey since day one. After having to call the headquarters and managers I finally was assigned a good photographer however I would not recommend their services to another bride. I would suggest doing your own research to find the perfect photographer.

First review I would like to post about photographer Abram Eric Landes and event coordinator (Mariel Wenk). If you are in the DC area, I strongly recommend this photographer!!! At the beginning, I signed the contract on the same day when I bought the dress with David’s Bridal. After two months, I decided to read some poor reviews about David’s Bridal Photography and I was stressed!!! Reviews which I found were old and not positive. I started to call the event coordinator almost each week and basically told them how was worried. Mariel always was responding to the phone calls and all e-mails. Mariel, thank you for being patient)))) She told me that they were improving their services and working with a new team. When she put me in contact with Abram, he immediately sent us an e-mail. I asked for his work, he sent us examples of his work. You can find any style and any type of pictures in his portfolio. After that we had a meeting with him and basically went over some his work, and I explained what I liked and why. He also asked me to show some pictures which I would like to have from my wedding based on my expectation of the quality of work. On the wedding day he was so helpful, patient, and cooperative. I asked him specifically to coordinate all pictures and put people in the right poses. He did it!!! Every guest at the wedding was asking how did I found such a great person and very-very helpful photographer. Working with Abram was an amazing experience!!! Can’t wait to see the final results. Will post later review about pictures and album!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

First of all, let me start by saying that this review in no way reflects the wonderful photographer I was assigned- Tanya Lacourse was professional and took fabulous photos. My disappointment is with the David's Bridal team. I guess it should have been a red flag when, a month after signing up for Photography by David's Bridal, I started receiving calls about once a week from David's Bridal, asking if I had secured a photographer yet. Every time, I replied that yes I had a photographer, and it was them! This type of disorganization only continued when it came to the delivery of my photos. I received an e-mail on September 21st stating that my DVD of photos would arrive in 7-10 days. Two weeks later, when they had still not arrived, I e-mailed David's Bridal. A few days later, when I had not received a response, I called and left a message. Days went by, no calls returned, no e-mail reply. Finally I got a live person on the line and they assured me that they would send out another DVD. Two more weeks went by, and still my pictures had not arrived. I called again (twice) and was told that the person I had spoken to previously no longer worked there and that they had no way to track my DVD, but that they would put another in the mail. On Saturday, November 3rd, my DVD finally arrived, more than a month after it was supposed to! If you need a photographer, I would not recommend David's Bridal. I was excited by their inexpensive photo packages, but I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Again, Tanya Lacourse, the photographer, was wonderful. Unfortunately, poor customer service from the David's Bridal team has soured me on the experience.

> Bethany, I am extremely happy to hear you had a great experience with our photographer! I do apologize for the communication challenges and the delay in receiving your DVD. I want to contact you directly to review your experience with us. My goal is to make you a happy bride! I look forward to our conversation!

Do not use Photography by David's Bridal. I had an outdoor ceremony and all of my pictures look like they were taken at night, even after the editing. I was supposed to have pictures within 4-6 weeks and didnt receive anything until 11 weeks after my wedding. its now been 21 weeks and I was just given forms to order and design my album and pictures. I have had to make most attempts in contacting them, they refuse to use email as a form of communication. I was told I could see the photographers work before hand and did not. Instead the photographer called me 7 days before my wedding telling me they had lost my paperwork and he was photgraphing. I informed the Better Business Bureau of the horrible service I had received and Photography by David's Bridal had teh nerve to say that becuase I got a sale price and they upgraded my album size because of their mistakes, I was not getting a refund. My next step with them is court. You do not want to use Photography by David's Bridal if you want good looking pictures, nice people to work with and a good price.

> Jennifer, I am glad that we were able to talk through your concerns. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your wedding images. We have changed our process so that each bride gets to connect with their photographer much earlier on in their wedding planning and have identified ways to have each bride receive her images within a 4-6 week time period. Thank you for your feed back and I am glad that we were able to come to a resolution.

I know a lot of people say they would never go through David's Bridal for photography but their prices were so reasonable that we decided to go with them after all. So glad we did. Our photographer, William, was absolutely hilarious and fantastic at his job. So happy with him. Our pictures have turned out great!

My wedding is coming up in just a few weeks and so far Davids Bridal Photography has been the BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Thankfully we have not had our wedding yet and are hoping to get our money back to go elsewhere with a REAL professional service!! One of the things Davids Bridal photography says is that they are here to make your wedding "as stress free as possible" and so far they have been the ONLY source of stress for planning our wedding! As others have said, they sell you in the store on a great, convenient service which sounds very appealing, mainly because their sales people sell you nothing but lies. Meet your photographer? Nope! That's what they will tell you before they get your money, and once you go through with it they told me their photographers are not compensated for time to meet with us before the wedding so all we get is a lousy phone call! and in addition, you can not see their work. Before we booked them as our photographer, the sales girl called me almost every single day for 2 weeks. I finally decided they might be the best route because our wedding was coming quick. As soon as I booked them and they got my money, I was told someone would call me within one day to start my planning. After a week went by, I got nervous. Checked my email and saw that something had been sent to me by them to go online and fill out a bunch of forms. When I went to the website and filled out all the forms there was one problem, there was no way to save OR submit everything I had filled out! Tried from others comps, etc. and nothing worked for days. I was calling the sales girl who had called me EVERY DAY previous and told her of the problems I was having on her voicemail and she never bothered calling me back. Great customer service. FINALLY got through to photography headquarters and they said they fixed my problem and it would be fine to submit now. Try again...nothing worked still! After weeks finally got that fixed. Now my wedding is right around the corner and i JUST got my photographer assigned. He was so rude to me on the phone, telling me how everything I was trying to do for my reception was a bad idea and telling me how I should run everything. Also, had to make sure I wasn't planning on wanting any great pics by the waterfalls around the trails, he must not have wanted his shoes dirty. SO unprofessional. He slipped the name of his own photography business and I looked up his pictures. They were HORRIBLE. I could do better myself. DAVIDS BRIDAL PHOTOGRAPHY IS A NIGHTMARE!! stay clear.

They are the worst! They give you the idea they have their own photgraphy department, in fact they sub contract the work out. Our wedding was in Maryland and they got us a photographer from VA who wasn't even fimiliar with the area. The guy wasn't even at the hotel to take my shots of me leaving and putting on my dress. He said he had to leave so he wouldn't get a ticket. I got no family photo and very little shot of me and my husband. He stood in one spot both at the cermony and the reception. He got no pictures of the guest.... I could go on an on..It was a disaster!

What a disgrace! My photos were horrible...I did not receive what their company said I would receive. In fact, I'm in the process of having my local news station do a buyer beware on their photography dept. David's Bridal needs to stick to selling dresses. Do NOT waste your money on their photography!

Do not, DO NOT use this service for your wedding. This process was a complete let down. You work with a company not a photographer, which basically means that no one cares about you or your wedding. When we purchased the project we were told that while we would meet our photographer later on down the road, we would receive an event coordinator that would help us with every detail. We were also told that retouching was included in this service. None of this was true. We did not hear from our photographer until 1 week prior to our wedding, which was horrible. I had to call their 1 800 number repeatedly inquiring about this. If you choose this service be prepared to do A LOT of work yourself. Our photographer was not able to take the lead and organize a crowd, which created chaos for group shots. Stills of my bouquet and things like that turned out great, but he was not good at telling us where to stand or where our arms should be etc. He did stay later than he was contracted to, so we got a lot of pictures, which we appreciated, they just weren't at the quality that we expected for wedding pictures. I could have lived with our actual pictures, if it hadn't been for the HORRIFIC customer service I have experienced with David's bridal. We received our pictures much later than we were told and when I received them, there was no explanation, they were VERY poorly retouched and most of them were missing. After weeks and hours of me asking for help from random people at David's Bridal 1- 800 number I final got the rest of them put on our sight. They provided no further explanation, nor did they provide recommendations. They did a horrible job retouching them. Since we're stuck using them because we already paid for them we are going to proceed, but husband and I are going retouch these ourselves and make a separate album because ours is not looking very good.

> Sarah I truly apologize you feel that way about our service. Believe me we do care! We want each and every bride to have the best experience possible. I have been trying to contact you to further discuss your experience. Please contact me at your earliest convenience by dialing 866-973-0245. Thank you for your feedback and I look forward to speaking to you!

on my wedding photos I got married on 7/28/12 and had got a email containing the wedding photos in Sept 2012 and with it said i would have my DVD in a week or so well that passed by and no DVD so I called them and said they would send another DVD out the other because the other one probably got lost and it should be there Oct 31 well that day came and no DVD so I kept calling and asking why I haven't received the DVD yet they kept giving me a runaround and said they would give the tracking # and the DVD should be there Nov. 8 still didn't receive it till Nov 14,12. I'm not happy with the service and this whole time we thought we were getting the album to and they said I wasn't even though the lady we worked with said we were getting the album cause we wanted it. Well come to find out she got fired because she kept promises she couldn't keep and they have the classic package with the album with it now for the same price. Its bull-crap and I do not recommend Davids bridal photographer to do anyone's photos.

First it sounds good then reality set it. Received phone call weeks and days before wedding reviewing information. Good sign. Then day of wedding photographer didn't do a thing we talked about had to beg for photographs that I wanted! Never signed a paper at end of night never told how or when to expect pictures. 3 weeks later not a word and none of my phone calls are returned. Will not recommend anyone to use them...

if you're in the philadelphia area and considering photography by david's bridal...do it. The prices are a little high but they're always having promotions for their packages and you can set up a payment plan to pay for it. Also!! If you do use their services, i HIGHLY, HIIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the photographer I used. His name is Andrew Golas. he was flexible, professional, always called to verify times prior to my wedding, and had a wonderful personality. He was right on time. I wasn't ready yet and he made sure to keep busy snapping shots of my family and bridesmaids while i finished getting ready. Any shots that i wanted, he assured to take and even had some great ideas of his own. Most importantly, he made sure that I was happy throughout the day and as stress free as possible.

August 4th, 2012 wedding! I advise anyone to NOT go through Davids Bridal Photography. My wedding is in 3 weeks. I got my dress/ bridesmaids dresses from Davids Bridal and they were wonderful. I was also sold on a wedding photography package and was told that we would have the opportunity to choose from a variety of photographers that would suit our needs. We were told that as soon as we pay off our bill in full that they would send us canidates to view. My fiance and I paid right away and we had such a hard time from there on getting communication from the photography corporate office. Basically they assigned one photographer to us and did not give us the option to choose. We found out about our photographer that was assigned to us from a voicemail, which stated...Hi, I am your photographer. If you have any questions give me a call, otherwise I will see you on your wedding day! We were not sent any photos or websites to view on our canidate that they assigned to us. Davids Bridal Photography said that they do not give you the option and that I was misinformed. No bride and groom ever wants to have a photographer that they know nothing about or have seen any of their work! Before you ever make a big purchase, you always want to compare so that you get the best fit for your wants and needs. We were by far not picky at all, but this company lacked major customer service. When you call, you expect a call back right away or within a day or so...not weeks later if that! We have called repeatedly our coordinator MaryEll and contacted her boss Candace, and Candaces boss Adam throughout this process. We never heard back from anyone of them until now 3 weeks till our wedding when we recieved a call from the VP Eileen of Davids Bridal Photography. Their solution to the problem because they could not find a photographer for our wedding date that was available, was to just refund our money back. When you sign up for their package, they also gaurentee you a back up photographer on the day of your wedding, god forbid anything was to happen to the photographer the day of your wedding. If they had troubles locating a photographer for our wedding day, what about the backup photographer??? A bride and grooms worst nightmare is not have a photographer on their special day to capture all the special moments. This battle for communication from them throughout this whole process has left us stressed, frustrated and without a photographer. I wish we would have read the reviews on this site before signing a contract. Many of the posts are very similar to what we have been dealing with. So PLEASE, do not choose Davids Bridal Photography!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful what you sign! I explained how much I loved the color splash technique (you know a b&w photo with one or two things in color to focus on), they bragged about how ALL of their photographers could and would do this on what I wanted. I found out two weeks before my wedding that it wasn't included in their contracts and was $15+ each picture you wanted it done on. RIDICULOUS--it is a simple click of a button in photoshop! I complained to their managers, who "generously gave me an offer" of 3 free and $15+ each after that, even though I explained I was told I would have it as much as I wanted--and asked if I accepted the offer, yet gave me no other option. It's been 6 weeks since my wedding as of tomorrow, and I have yet to see a single picture or get my pictures back. I didn't think waiting "4-6 weeks" would be that big of a deal, but when you get married during wedding season and have friends getting married---almost all of them had pictures within days! By the time you get the pictures, it's like your wedding was FOREVER ago. I hope that when I get them that it was worth it, but somehow I highly doubt it. I had the "coordinator" contact me and had me fill out two forms (whoopty doo) then after I turned them in I heard NOTHING back for months. I asked when I would know who my actual photographer was and she explained about a week or two before my wedding! I talked to my photographer via telephone 3 times. She was very nice, but had a strong accent and was hard to communicate with. I would be direct with what you expected, male or female--no accent if you don't want that, etc...it makes things a little difficult sometimes even if she was as nice as could be. The photographer did some of the shots I had liked, but took an insane amount of time trying to get the bridal party and family shots after the ceremony...so much so that I didnt take pictures with any family other than parents!!!! None with siblings, extended family, group shots of both families, NOTHING! At one point she had my bridesmaid hold an extra flash for a certain shot during our bridal shoot (which is only done if you make time for it in your day of wedding hours that you have the photographer, I do not suggest it it rushes you too much and your hair and makeup have to be done way too early for it), after taking a few pictures with the girl holding the flash, the flash never worked, she tried multiple times and then laughed it off saying she must not know how to use it!! EXCUSE ME?! Why do you have equipment you do not know how to use! Then tell me that?! I-yi-yi ridiculousness! My biggest suggestion is this....do not use David's Bridal Photography. The middle man is David's Bridal and you have little contact with your actual photographer! Your "want to do" pictures aren't done because it's not well planned out by talking in person with your photographer. It was a hectic mess. They'll upcharge you for things that should have been discussed beforehand and claim it wasn't included to begin with. Awful experience! So wish I had chosen someone different for the fact that I would have my photographer picked out and full contact with them when I wanted, I knew the price is valid for the work, and I would get the pictures back in a much better timely fashion!

David's Bridal Photography was the cheapest we could find and they were great! Our original photographer got an emergency on Wednesday and couldn't shoot our Saturday wedding. David's called me to tell me that they have another photographer lined up and ready to go and he would call me that day to get to know what I wanted. He was spectacular. The photographer was really nice and laid back. He shot whatever we wanted and he got all of the shots we wanted and them some. He was everywhere I wanted him to be taking pictures and I didn't even need to tell him what to shoot. He was great!

Absolutely awful from beginning to end. Read the first review on this page. I am going through the exact same thing right now. Pictures are raw, not edited, lacking any type of artistic creativity and just plain bad. I have such a hard time getting anyone to contact me. Do many pictures missing and almost all key moments missed. I don't even have my pictures of my parents or bridal party walking down the aisle. What a waste of time and money. And no matter how upset you are, they will not care. I feel as though they are in for a class action law suit with all of the negative feedback they're getting. They are complete frauds and do not provide the services or products you are promised and charged go. Steer clear and pay the extra money to a real photographer. Don't let them ruin your wedding like they did mine and so many others.

> Lianne, I truly apologize for your experience. We do wish every bride has the best experience possible. I am glad we discussed your concerns and reached a resolution.

We requested a change/different photographer and the one they provided was amazing! We haven't received our album or video but the pictures turned out beautifully.

Disaster....do not use this service. Pictures were amateur quality at best....still don't have our wedding video after three months. They make you pay in full before your wedding. Now we know why...because when you are completely dissatisfied with the product you cannot get your money back. Terribly disappointed and you can't change your wedding pics once they are ruined.

This service was very helpful since they found a photographer in my area for me. I was planning a wedding from out of state. Also, they call to check on how everything is and are on top of everything. The package was the best deal I found for having prints included, rights to all the photos and an album made.

I was very pleased with the photography offered through Davids Bridals. He was on time and only mildly "in my hair" for my wedding. The price was very fair for the services that we ordered.Thank you Davids Bridals for helping us remember our special day for a lifetime.

Photos David’s Bridal was not worth it at all. I went into the store for a wedding dress and was offered a deal to use their photography services as well. I didn’t think they will send an inexperienced college student to take my wedding photos. I wish I would have hired a professional photographer. David Bridal is only good for one thing that is bride’s maid’s dresses. Not photography and not the wedding dress.

Choosing David's Bridal as the photographer for our wedding was a HUGE MISTAKE! It was the worst experience I could have imagined! It probably would have been better if the photographer never showed up so we would have known that we had to ask family members to take pictures of the important moments at our wedding!!! David's Bridal assigned a photographer to our wedding who did not seem to know how to operate his camera, let alone take wedding pictures. And lighting...no clue!! It was like watching a comedy show. My husband got so mad at the photographer's obvious lack of knowledge during our wedding that I had to calm him down and remind him that we didn't want the photographer to completely ruin our day. After we got the pictures, we realized that the photographer took so few pictures of us looking at the camera that we had no wedding picture taken that we could use for the portraits that were supposed to be part of our package! David's Bridal gave us a partial refund after we asked them to find us a picture we could use as a wedding portrait and they could not find one either, but a partial refund just can't undo the damage done. In order to use my photo credits, I had to order prints in black and white and sepia because the lighting was so bad in most of them. We eventually did another photo shoot with a local photographer so we could have a wedding picture, but you can't capture the same mood when you try to retake wedding pictures. It's just heartbreaking when it turns out this way. While I suppose it is possible to get lucky and get a good photographer assigned through this company - it's not worth taking the chance and ending up like we did with horrible wedding pictures that we don't even want to look at! We thought we'd take a chance and save some money - big mistake! It will always bother me that we don't have nice wedding pictures (or even mediocre wedding pictures - they really are that bad). It was definitely not worth the savings.

> Rosemarie, thank you for your feedback. I want you to know I do care and wish every bride a beautiful wedding. I apologize for the lighting in the images and I want to make this experience better for you. I have tried to contact you to discuss your experience with our photography services and images. Please call me at your earliest convenience 866-973-0245. Once we speak I will be able to connect with our production artist to develop images you will enjoy. I look forward to our conversation!

The way David's presents their photography services at the store and what you actually get are two different things. We did not get a choice of photographers and we did not get to meet him or see his work before our wedding day as we were told we would. Most of our photos are terrible. My 70 year old aunt actually took some better quality pictures than he did. There are a lot of shots with heads cut off, we have shots of us looking at someone else's camera and don't have the same shot looking at him, he missed key moments and shots/poses we specifically requested, all of the photos of me getting ready are in an area cluttered with bags and coolers, and he took our cake cutting pictures on an angle where you cannot see my husbands face, just the back of his head and there were several shots missing from our DVD. Our wedding party was photographed in front of a sea of empty chairs and he actually discouraged us from taking pictures in more scenic areas because he did not want to get his shoes dirty (it had rained that afternoon). He also spent a lot of time showing us pictures that he took on his digital camera saying "isn't this a good one?" He was very unprofessional and it is my belief that David's hires inexperienced photographers to fill their contracts. Although David's did issue a very partial refund ($200) we cannot go back and reshoot our wedding and get those moments back. This whole experience was very upsetting and I still have yet to choose photos for my album because it just angers me so much to look at those pictures when they should be something to cherish. So if you're thinking about using David's, please do yourself a favor and DON'T!! Do not skimp on your wedding photographer. Be sure you are able to meet with your photographer and review their portfolio before you sign a contract.

Working with David's Bridal for photography eased a lot of stress I would have had if I had tried to select someonone on my own. The photographer, Douglas Miller, was courteous, fun, and the best I've seen in a long time. He contacted me on a regular basis to ensure my needs were met, and also arrived early to tour the wedding area on his own and get in a few pictures of the venues to save time so he could focus on me during the actual event. All of my guests found him to be great and today I'm still receiving phone calls for him specifically. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Thanks David's Bridal!

I was very pleased with the services and optionsthat davids bridal provided us with. They were flexible with different photo packages and we were able to upgrade our package anytime before and after the pictures are to be processes for the proofs. Which means I still have time to upgrade my wedding package. My wedding v was on 9/21/2012 and I still have time to my package. I think that flexibility is an important part of how to provide your customer's with options. Thank George (long island city branch). Mr. & Mrs.
