Using this store to order my shower invites was a miserable experience. Cynthia Ranieri is unprofessional and appalling. I never received my invites, a refund, or an apology from Cynthia for calling me a b**** to another vendor in an email. The other vendor forwarded me the message by accident. When I told Cynthia I saw what she said about me she denied it and refused to give me a refund. The photos in the invite did not depict the couple the way they did on her website and when I asked for some changes, she never followed through herself. She just made me write to the other vendor directly. I wasted a lot of time and money for nothing using her. I had to call my bank and paypal to get a portion of what I paid refunded. If you want to deal with efficient professionals who know how to deliver quality products, do not use Ranieri boutique.
