Ron Ben-Israel was a delight to work with. He produced the most beautiful wedding cake for me which tied in my bouquet and wedding colors very nicely. He spent a good amount of time with me during the initial appointment and was really open to any of my suggestions. A tad bit higher priced than I would have liked but well worth it. Some of my guests are still raving about the cake. I will definitely be using him again!!

Artistic and delicious cake. The baker took time to get to know us as a couple and our wedding theme in order to design a cake that celebrated our day. We appreciated the flexibility of choosing our fillings and cake.

I met with Ron Ben Israel to discuss ideas for our cake, he was a flurry of ideas and asked a lot of questions to make sure he could deliver on my vision for the cake. The execution was flawless and we were very happy with the end result.

This was the only vendor I considered for my wedding cake. I'd seen him on the Food Network and his cakes are beautiful. He certainly didn't disappoint us on our day and we are still getting compliments about our cake 2 months after the wedding. Some say its the best cake they've had at a wedding!!

His cakes are amazing!!! From the moment we walked into the bakery and met Ron and his staff to tasting it on the big day, everything was perfect. We wanted something that required alot of detail (specifically a replica of lace), and it was perfection. Highly recommend it. Pricey, but BEAUTIFUL WORK!!!

We had 13 layers each with a different flavor we had rum with Haitian Rhum which is Barbancourt,one Raspberry and Vodka,one layer Champagne flavor Dom Perion/Cheesecake,Double Chocolate with White Chocolate filling these are the only flavors I remember

Everything they did was excellent.

From the moment of our guests arrival to our reception hall, your eyes couldnt help but be mesmerized at the spectacular masterpiece that was our wedding cake! Ron did a magnificent job at all the detail work that matched my gown, to the flowers that were out centerpieces. Im still in awe! Thank you!
