Ruth is a real joy to work with and her cakes are truly, *truly* delectable, delicious, moist and so beautiful. She is a lovely person and brings the highest level of professionalism. I recommend her highly an dhope to use her again for other celebrations.

My husband and I met with a couple bakers for our wedding cake and while they all seemed capable and prices were exactly the same for what we asked for, we decided to go with Ruth, mostly because she is the nicest person ever. We found the other bakers rude and cold and Ruth seemed more interested in our wedding and our needs rather than just booking another wedding. We were very pleased in the end. The cake was delicious and looked just like I imagined. There were several varieties of sugar flowers on the cake and my florist even commented on how impeccably accurate the sugar flowers were. She sent a sketch on the cake (which the other bakers did not do) and worked with us on our very heavy cake base. It was 60lbs and I'm not sure how she managed to bring the cake in on that, but she did! Ruth was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
