My fiance and I have been working with Jeremy for a while now and I don't know how we would be planning our wedding on our own without his guidance and expertise. We are getting married in a non-traditional location where ALL of our vendors must be brought to the ceremony/ reception location and coordinated. We considered hiring an event planner but truly thought we could do it on our own. However, once we spoke to Jeremy it was clear that even with mine and my fiances many years in catering, there were still unbelievable amounts of information we did not know! Jeremy has been a tremendous help researching DJs, catering, photographers, etc. and the most important thing is that he listens to us and our budget and makes it work. He has only suggested things we are interested in because he pays attention to details in our conversations and our personalities. Jeremy is an extremely hard worker and it shows in his abilities as an event planner/coordinator. I HIGHLY recommend his fantastic services. You will not regret working with such a charismatic, knowledgeable, professional and passionate person. He really makes you feel like your wedding is the only thing that matters, even to him.

Satori Event Group was referred by a friend and helped plan my bachelorette party in New York City. They worked quickly and put together such an amazing night for me and my girlfriends. When my fiancé and I got engaged we were overcome with a plethora of emotions. Of course we were excited, anxious and absolutely thrilled to have made this big step in our lives. Unfortunately, we were also apprehensive, nervous and overwhelmed with the idea of the arduous and expensive task of planning a wedding. Since we will be working on a budget, we immediately decided that we were not going to spend excessive amounts of money on things that were not necessary and initially a wedding planner was at the top of that list. I am a bride in the beginning stages of wedding planning, and I am currently in the process of locking down a venue. My fiancé and I had looked at a few venues, but were not happy with what we thought was available in our price range. Exceeded our expectations! AMAZING!!! The Satori Event Group planned my Engagement Party at the Hamlet Golf & Country Club in Hauppauge, NY in mid April, 2012. My fiancé and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the photos, the décor, the unbelievably talented DJ and the overall ambiance. They really exceeded our expectations! I would recommend Satori to anyone planning a party. Jeremy was fantastic! He was professional, personable and completely dedicated to carrying out our vision of the perfect engagement party. He made us feel like celebrities! He was available, understanding and so easy to work with. During the planning process, we were presented with lots of ideas and nothing was impossible! He really came through for us. I couldn’t have envisioned a more fabulous party if I tried! My friends and family are still talking about how beautiful the party was and how much they enjoyed the evening. The photos were perfect. They are all high quality and they really reflect the overall feeling of the night. All of my guests were captured and no one felt bombarded or overwhelmed. Best of all, Satori Event Group not only made the photos available for us just a few days after the event, but they made them available for all my guests upon request! Dear Jeremy, Matt and I knew that having beautiful photographs of our wedding day was a high priority and we are so happy that we chose you. On our wedding day, you were enthusiastic and hard-working yet never the least bit intrusive. Our photographs reflect the joy and fun felt throughout the different events of the evening. Thank you for taking many more photos of our guests than we expected. We appreciate the rich mixture of portraits, candid’s, action shots, close-ups and overview shots. Posting photo’s just days after our wedding was the icing on the cake! Our friends and family who were too busy with the festivities to take photos of their own have all asked that we give you a big thank you from them as well. As you know, Matt and I were very apprehensive about having video at our wedding. We have found it to make people appear awkward and feel uncomfortable .Your filming style however, is very hands off, unobtrusive, and low key. You and your team did not pose shots, or ask us or our guests to say or do anything for the video. I believe that you were able to capture the best footage of our guests this way. We have never seen a nicer wedding video! For the high quality of your work, we believe you provided us with the best value for our money. Also, we have found you exceptionally easy to work with - patient, polite, available, organized, and flexible. It will be our pleasure to recommend you to friends and family. My wife and I used them to entertain at our destination wedding and they did a great job. They met with us to get a better understanding of our wants and needs. They made changes that we requested leading up to the day of our wedding. We paid for their transportation to and from our wedding along with a fee for their services and do not regret it one bit. I definitely recommend them to host any of your events.
