The ShaneCo Online department is absolutely AWESOME! My wedding set is more beautiful in person than it was online and I couldn't be happier. I was lucky enough to get to pick my ring and never thought about buying online. I saw the reviews on WeddingWire and decided to give it a try - and so glad I did! We looked at local jewelry stores, but they didn't have the look I wanted. There isn't a Shane Co store here in DFW, TX - so the only option was to buy online.... and I would do it again! I can't say enough about how wonderful Shane Co. is!! We enjoy every time we go. I was able to pick out my setting and then my fiancé was able to pick out the diamond. They were very patient and educated us on the 4 C's and we never felt pressured into buying. When we bought my fiancé's wedding band we had a similar experience. When we walked inside the store and saw their collection of rings, I felt that this store was different from the other two we visited. They have rings that are fit for everyone, and they are all somewhat different making them unique to people that like them- what I really liked the most about this store. The staff really helped me find a ring that I loved and one that we could afford, I was very satisfied with their service.

Shane Co is amazing! We're so happy with all the jewelry we purchased here. Not only do they work with you until you're happy with your purchase, but they back up their jewelry in case anything should fall out, break, etc. The price is also nothing to scoff at. We did so much shopping around and Shane Co. had the best price given the quality of the diamonds (4 Cs). The only downside is that they dont have very many locations, but the drive is worth it!

My husband worked with Shane Co for my engagement ring. After doing his research about diamond prices and grading he went into Shane Co knowing exactly what he wanted and what he was willing to spend. They were able to price match other diamonds he found online and he was very pleased that they worked so well with him. For the setting they worked directly with the designer to make a ring that was custom fit for my finger...since my particular setting is unable to be sized because of the design. They kept him well informed about where the designer was in the process of casting the ring which he also appreciated. The ring wasn't ready for the date he wanted to propose so Shane Co set my diamond in a plain solitaire setting for him so he was still able to propose on the day he intended (Christmas day). About 4 weeks later the actual setting came in and they were able to reset the diamond into the new setting on the same day. Our overall experience with Shane Co was great and we would definitely recommend them to others.

And it was all low pressure, the associates do not get commission, so they are really just interested in making sure that you get the ring you want, not the most expensive ring they have. For future jewelry needs, I would never consider going anywhere except Shane Co.

I've been to Shane Co. twice in the past two years; initially, I went to replace a wedding band my husband had purchased from Kay that I had a terrible allergic reaction to after only 3 months of wear. Shane Co. had a wedding band very similar to the one I had chosen from Kay but more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Two years later, I have not had to get it re-coated and have not had any kind of allergic reaction. It has stayed much, much whiter than my husband's white gold wedding band which was purchased at Kay. Also, although it typically takes a week to size a chosen ring, Shane Co. was willing to overnight the process before I went out of town on vacation. On my second visit, in October, I went to Shane Co. to pick out a setting for a diamond I had inherited from a family member. The sales representative was very helpful in assessing the quality of the diamond and answering all of my questions, and waited patiently for two hours while I tried to make a decision about the setting! When I went to pick up the ring a week later, it was even more stunning than I could have imagined. Again, the service was friendly and fast. One more positive aspect of this company is that Shane Co. does not charge you an extra fee for ring maintenance; they will do repairs, re-dipping and polishing for free for a lifetime as long as the jewelry was purchased from them. I couldn't be happier and I imagine that my husband and I will visit Shane Co. for all of our future jewelry needs.

My husband started off buying my engagement ring there. They even helped him trick me so that I didn't know he was buying it yet, even though I went in and signed what I thought was a form to check my credit (actually a cosign for a loan that I had already told my husband I would do) and checked my ring size. They have a wonderful selection and there staff is so nice. They don't try to pressure you into buying more than you can afford. Since then we have bought mother's day gifts, birthday gifts, and my husbands ring there. They clean my ring for free when ever I need them to and even offered a free polish for my wedding day!

LOVE Shane Co. I was already a customer and wouldn't have gone anywhere else for my wedding rings. I picked out a setting and when the time was right my boyfriend and his mom went in to Shane Co to mount the stone. Shane Co rushed the mount to have it ready by the time I got home that evening. I love how they are always friendly, always do whatever they can to have jobs done if you need them by a certain day or time. Previously I had a ring that I completely destroyed catching it on the edge of the washer- bending the ring and losing diamonds. I sent it in and they replaced the ring immediately. You MIGHT pay slightly more, but the continued level of service and lifetime care of your valuables more than makes up for it.

ShaneCo was excellent every time I've been in their building, and on the phone!! My husband purchased my wedding band and engagement ring on his own there (quite a feat) and they helped him so much! Since then I've had them each resized, and then welded together (ended up being 2 different trips in there) and they are SO helpful, knowledgable, and great to work with. We shopped there for my husband's wedding band, but ended up finding something elsewhere on the lower end of price ranges, but were impressed with their competitive prices with the same or better quality when we compared! My husband got my engagement ring here and we bought our wedding bands from here also. Now I don't know what he paid for my engagement ring, but it's perfect and beautiful. After I got the ring sized, for free, one of the smaller side diamonds popped out. We took it back and they replaced it while we waited, no questions asked, for free. They were patient and helpful while we shopped for out wedding bands. They also have a layaway plan, which was perfect for us. They give you 6 months to pay it off. The clean the rigns whenever I go there and never hassle us. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I have always been extremely impressed with Shane Co. as all of my husband and I's major jewelry purchases have been made through them. For our first Christmas together when we first started dating he gave me a small diamond pendant which we have since "upgraded" twice. This is a lovely feature that Shane Co. has, allowing you to trade in your jewelry (as long as you can prove it was purchased from them) and use the amount you paid for it to put towards something new. So when it was time to look for engagement rings and wedding bands that's where we went and I'm so happy with our decision. They greeted us at the door and asked us if we were looking for anything special--a real rarity, as we are pretty young and most jewelers have ignored us until we flashed money at them. Larry, our jeweler for the two wedding bands we gladly bought from Shane Co, helped us find our perfect rings at prices within our low budget! We talked about exactly what we were looking for and how much we could afford to spend, and he seemed to know exactly where to find everything we needed within seconds. He knew us by name every time we came in to make a payment (and even knew when it was my last payment, without checking on the computer!) and we legitimately became friends. The Shane Co. store is over an hour away from where we live. I searched on their website and chose the setting and stone I wanted, customizing it to our budget. It showed me a picture of how the finished ring would look along with all the details. I brought that print-out to the store and told them that is what I wanted. They were quickly able to show me the setting and stone I chose up close. They set the stone, sized the ring, and securely shipped it to our home when it was finished! It was a very efficient process and we only had to make the trip to the store one time. I wouldn't have even considered Shane Co. if it wasn't for their website because they are so far away. They also change their inventory fairly regularly so that not everyone has the same ring! I love my ring!

Since the diamonds are sold seperately, you can custom design your ring - you won't have the exact same generic ring as everyone else. Since you pick out your own diamond, you can select a bigger one with less quality or a higher quality and smaller, etc. It's great! You get a lifetime warrenty - as long as you bring it in to get cleaned and checked every six months. When you do bring it in to get cleaned it looks brand new and amazing! If you need the ring resized or something fixed, they're so quick too! They have a beautiful selection. I love the Shane Co and plan to buy all my jewelry there in the future.

My engagement ring was being sized the day we went to look, so our salesperson let us "build" a temporary engagment ring to help us find the perfect bands! I love Shane Co!!! This is where I got my engagement and wedding rings from and they have outstanding service! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I love being able to get my ring cleaned for free whenever I want! I love them so much my husband bought me pearls for our 6 month anniversary from there and I also made my brother go there to get his engagement/wedding rings when he got married. Now he loves them as well!! He said that when he walked into other jewelry stores he didn't get any help or attention because he wasn't wearing a suit or looked young/poor. I love Shane-Co! Firstly, Shane Company sales associates were extremely patient and kind with me PRIOR to being engaged. I loved to go in there by myself and try different settings on to know exactly what I needed to hint for. THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST SELECTION! It was also great that they can pull from, what seemed like, ZILLIONS of diamond options in a variety and colors, cuts, clarities, and carats. They can gently set the stone of your choice onto the ring to see how it will look in proportion to the setting. When the time came for me to bring my, now husband, into the store, they were able to order my setting from another store in the metal of my choice. They also kindly and quickly had a family stone set in the setting at yet another store in a different state for the surprise engagement! (3 stores were involved) Doing comparison shopping, we got a great deal on a .89 carat setting-- much less than another big name. I also purchased the groom's band for much less than this other big name. Shane Co does not try to nickel and dime you with extra insurance costs-- you can get it rodium plated ANYTIME for life! The trade-in policy is great too. If you want to get a new setting, I believe you must spend double the cost (no big deal), and I think if you purchased the diamond from them, you can upgrade as little or as much as you want. I got a 2+TCW ring for a great deal (but keep in mind my stone was free from mommy).

I absolutely loved working with the Shane Company. They were helpful and informative and didn't pressure us into purchasing something we couldn't afford. They asked for our budget and then helped us find something that was not only economical but beautiful. My bridal set is something I know I will always treasure.

No matter if I take my wife's jewelry in to be cleaned or to up grade (wedding wasn't even a month ago and I'm buying more jewelry what happened???) the shopping experience is great.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here, a diamond with 2 ice blue sapphires on the sides. It's absolutely gorgeous - unique and totally my style. We also purchased our wedding bands here. I opted for a plain white gold band, while my husband got a unique square ring in white gold with a puzzle type etching in it. I have gone in for my rings to be serviced and cleaned and have always received great service. My rings were a bit too small and they resized them, no problem. It's a little annoying that they do market research by asking what radio station you listen to, but it's a good value for the price.

we bought my wedding rings there, and were very pleased with the service, professionalism, and price. They were able to listen to my ideas of what I wanted and found EXACTLY what I had been envisioning, but couldn't quite put in to words. They also clean and polish the ring for free, and rhodium-plate it every year to keep the metal nice and shiny.

The Shane Company was a wonderful place for jewelry. My husband bought my engagement ring there using their design your own ring service on the website - and, no, it wasn't expensive to use that service. I got a unique looking ring with the perfect diamond all for a great price. The salespeople are very helpful and absolutely not pushy in any way. I always feel comfortable going in there.

My husband bought my engagement ring at Shane Company and I could not be happier! He picked out a beautiful center diamond that maintains its fire and sparkle with minimal care. It has been the envy of the ladies in my office (who often come to visit it just to see it sparkle!). It was a natural decision to go back to Shane Company for our wedding bands. Their radio spots advertise that they are "near the mall, not nearly the price" and it is very true! The same rings at other jewelry shops in the Seattle metro area are vastly more expensive. It is a bit of a drive out to the only Seattle location (now in Lynnwood), but we have been very happy with the selection, price and quality. I would definately recommend Shane Company to brides in the Seattle area.

I really trust Shane Co and I LOVE my ring. But I think it is due to the fact that my husband sat at the Woodbury location for 6 hours picking it out! I will say I prefer the Woodbury location to the Minnetonka location here in Minnesota. I think that the people listen a little better here. But my ring is beautiful and I get SO many comments on it.

They had such a fine-looking collection of diamonds. We feel like this place have the best ring and therefore we didn't check any other stores. The cost of the ring is really worth it because the quality is so great!

The staff at Shane & Co. were so helpful and friendly. I designed the look of my own ring and their staff helped me through every process. It was incredible to have part of the designing. I love the look and feel of my ring. I would recommend them to any bride.

I love, love, love the Shane Company. They were so patient with my husband when he was looking for the engagement ring and were not pushy at all. Their whole philosophy is that "it's your budget and here's what you can do with it" (go up in size, but down in color, or vice versa, etc.) We went back there to get my wedding band and had great service every single time. They have a great insurance policy and offer cleaning and repair on site. The only downside is the location! We recently moved across the country and unfortunately there aren't any Shane Company's on the East Coast.

Before the wedding, my engagement ring was resized because it was a little bit to big and they made it to small but they immediately fixed it without us having to wait 3 days for it like before. I wasn't even sure what I wanted when I went with my then fiance to get a ring. We tried several mall stores, but they would only show me diamonds already set in rings. They were overpriced and I didn't even like the settings! I thought I wanted a 1/2 carat diamond, and he wanted it within a certain budget. Our first salesperson tried to give us both what we wanted but I was unhappy with the color and clarity of the diamonds offered. He passed us off to another salesperson, but though she brought us more to look at, still no luck. A third guy came to help and finally figured out what I wanted was perfection - not size. I was so impressed with how they worked together to help me find what I would love - and I do! I LOVE my ring! After I picked my solitare they let me look through a catalog so I could find the perfect setting. It was obvious that their greatest interest was helping me find exactly what I wanted - not selling me the most expensive diamond they could. And I could tell too that they were happy to let another of their peers take over if that would best help me. This is not something commisioned salespeople would ever do! I just read an article about all the scams all the diamonds sellers can and will do, and felt so pleased that Shane co. never did any of that to me. Overall, we had a great experience here and love their lifetime warranty, trade in, policy! If you're looking for a unique setting or stone other than diamond, they sell loose sapphires and rubies..it's great!
