Silver Star provided a large passenger van & smaller shuttle van to transport guests between our hotel & wedding venue. The team at Silver Star was incredibly professional & efficient throughout the planning process, and the driver was on-time & very friendly! While transportation, in general, was a bit pricier than I expected it to be, I think it was well worth it with Silver Star, who got everyone where they needed to be on time and safely. Would highly recommend working with them!

The fleet of cars, limos, and buses are impressive which sets Silver Star above the rest. The drivers were professional and went above and beyond their call of duty (sewing a button that fell off my husband's tuxedo).

Dealing with Freddy was a pleasure! Our drivers were all professional and friendly. Ronnie and Fernando went above and beyond. Both adjusted my dress and veil on my way down the aisle. Ronnie, who was the driver for myself and my husband was extremely attentive to me - helping me in and out of the car every time - a neccessity when you're in a wedding gown! THESE AUTOMOBILES WERE SO BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALLY THE ROLLS, I HAD TO DO IT, EVERYONE THAT KNOWS ME KNOWS THAT IS MY STYLE, AND BECAUSE SILVER STARS PRICES WERE SO LOW I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE PRICE O RECEIVED FOR BOTH OF THESE CARS WERE BEING QUOTED FOR ONLY 1 OF THE FROM OTHER PLACES WHICH I WILL NOT MENTION. THE DRIVERS WERE SO GREAT AND SO NICE, THE ESCALADE DRIVER (I FORGOT HIS NAME I APOLOGIZE) GAVE HIS SANDWICH TO MY SON AND THE FLOWER GIRL BECAUSE THEY WERE COMPLAING THEY WERE HUNGRY. THIS MAN GAVE HIS LUNCH AWAY TO 2 LITTLE KIDS AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO EAT FOR AT LEASE ANOTHER FEW HOURS BUT HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE HIS LUNCH TO THEM. YOU DO NOT MEET TO MANY PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE IF EVERYONE COULD TAKE A PAGE OUT OF HIS BOOK. OUR DRIVER RONNY WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND FUNNY AS WELL. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SILVER STAR TO OUR FRIENDS AND EVERYONE WHO NEEDS TO RENT A LIMO FOR ANY SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PRICE ANYWHERE. We had an issue the day before when the manager we were working with wanted to change our contract. During our conversation I was told I was "unreasonable" and when I said I was going to write a letter to his supervisor his response was "Go ahead! What is he going to do? Tell me I did a bad job?!". He was extremely unprofessional and provided poor customer service. They ended up changing the times we had the van for from 1:30am to 11:30pm. The day-of we were given an 8 passenger SUV instead of the 14 passenger van we ordered. The issue was the manager gave us too good of a deal, which he realized afterwards and tried to fix it at our expense. I am giving them somewhat of a good rating because we also ordered a 54 passenger bus and we had no issues with the bus.

We were VERY happy with Silver Star Limos. They had great customer service and were helpful throughout the planning process. Our driver was possibly the best vendor we dealt with all day. He showed up early, was patient with our bridal party of 23, and even kept our photographer on pace. The only reason we didn't give them a perfect score is that we did get another quote that was cheaper. That being said, we are VERY pleased with our choice. They were great!

Silver Start Limos were great to use. They were very professional and they were there at the exact times we expected them to be. The party bus we used by them was more than perfect for our bridal party of 16 people in all. The antique taxi we used was very fun however there was no AC in it and we did get married on one of the hottest days in July, However that didn't stop my dad and I from enjoying our drive to the church in it. We also used them for shuttles from our hotel to the reception and that ran very smoothly as well. Overall we were very satisfied using Silver Star Limos!

Silver Star from start to finish was a great choice. We got a great deal on 2 limos and a bentley for our wedding. They arrived on time to each location, each driver was friendly and extremely helpful. Miguel was our Bentley driver and he went above and beyond for us. He helped me get in and out of the car with my dress. He fixed my dress as I walked in to the church and down the aisle. He also helped open the church door as my father and I walked down the aisle. Mario and his team were great,,,,My Party bus was right on time as was my Car to the church,,,,The drivers were fun and professional and they even arranged a next day pick up and drop off round trip to my mini-moon destination. Mario Jr. and Patty at Silver Star were a pleasure to work with. They made it easy for us to make changes and confirmations because they work through e-mail as well as fax and phone. You can actually go to where they keep all of their cars and see the ACTUAL cars in person that you will get on your wedding day. Pricing was in line with or better than what we had gotten from other limo companies. A few things stood out in our minds: the day of the wedding there was a massive back up on 95. The driver they sent was from the area and he was able to take all the back roads and avoid the delays. I saw the traffic and before I could even begin to speak and panic he turned to me and said “don’t worry I know all sorts of ways around it and that everyone will be on time” and we were! Also, the drivers watched the time and let us know when it was close to our time being up so we wouldn’t have to pay extra. They NEVER put their hand out for extra money and there was no funny business with tolls or us owing any money the day of. It was seamless. In addition, they coordinated really well with the photographers, videographers and the planner at the church. They even let the videographer attach a camera to the Rolls Royce!! They arrived early and were really laid back and easy going. At one point we were afraid that our location for pictures wasn’t going to work out and again the driver said he knew of a bunch of other places real close by if we needed to change. Silver Star called a few days before the wedding and asked if we would be interested in a free upgrade from the regular stretch to a Porsche Cayenne stretch…no charge, no catch, just offered my bridal party a lot more room and made my groom happy! I’d also like to point out that my agenda was very complicated involving multiple trips to and from the hotel to the church, venues in multiple states and a bridal party with one agenda and the bride and groom with another. Everyone thought it was so complicated, but the drivers were the only ones NOT confused!

Silver Star Limo was very professional and reliable. They showed up to the house for my wedding early and was not pushy. They were helpful and very friendly. The limo was in perfect condition and very spacious with beverages inside. They are helpful from the moment they pick you up until you walk down the aisle. "Sometimes you can find things in places you least expect them" - old cliché... But very true when it came to choosing our transportation for our wedding! How does a NJ couple end up in Yonkers, NY booking a limo company? Well, the story goes like this: I was set on having a different "antique" for my wedding... I knew what I wanted, a black "antique" in pristine condition! Well, after looking for one all throughout NJ, we found 2 online, one in CT, and one in NY. After having a 2 minute conversation with the man from CT and saw how unwilling he was to help me, we decided to take a ride to Yonkers to go see this other antique we found online. Well.... once we arrived and were shown the black 57 Rolls, we were sold. The car looked impeccable inside and out! It was amazing, everything I had imagined! (although the silver antique also caught my eye) As we began to negotiate the price, the person helping us, Emily (the owner) went on to tell us that she had just arrived (literally) from California with her husband with a new bus they had purchased. Going all the way there for the antique, and being so impressed with the service and quality of the fleet (we had probably looked through 20+ different limo places) we decided to also look at their party bus fleet. One word, AMAZING! Every single vehicle was clean, and in impeccable condition down to every working part(s) in the fleet. (AC, music system, TV's, Bathrooms, etc) Being they had just brought the new bus from California, and seeing how beautiful it was my husband was sold on it! Emily accommodated a packaged price for us and it was booked. Leading to the date of the event, we confirmed destinations, routes, times, all very nicely done and with a continued assurance from Silver Star that even though they were coming from NY, they would be punctual and at our service. The antique looked amazing the day of, and the bus was AMAZING, everyone kept giving us compliments on both vehicles! Both drivers were extremely professional, well presented, and courteous throughout the day. Couldn't have asked for a better team of drivers, or a fleet of vehicles for my wedding day, thank you Silver Star! Can't wait to see pics of the black antique!!! Only good things to say. They actually sent the same driver for my wedding day as I had for my bachelorette party so we kinda knew him already. They arrived early and were very accommodating. We took tons of pics in front of house, then went to the Villa Barone lake house for more pics then finally to the Villa Barone Hilltop itself. The limos were immaculate and cool. At the end of the night ,there he was again waiting for us with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Silver Star Limo to anyone !

The company was a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, truly go the extra mile, and are easy to get in touch with. This may sound obvious but before we booked with this company we dealt with 2 other nightmare limo companies that gave me the feeling they were run by some guy out of his basement. Our driver was amazing and even helped my wife by walking her into the church and straightening out her wedding dress train. He made sure everything was taken care of and offered help numerous times. I'd recommend this limo company to anyone due to the fact that they make it as stress free as possible.

The professionalism, kindness and warmth that were displayed at all times to the bride, Angela Gibbons-Esposito, groom, Christopher Esposito the Gibbons family, bridal party and guests during Hurricane Irene was superb and beyond words. Everyone was provided with a safe ride while being driven to and from the church, hotel, venue and back home. Not once did the drivers sway with the limousines during the torrential down pours, or hurricane winds while on the different highways. We hired two exotic stretches for a wedding. Beauttiful, sophisticated, and elegant was our objective and Silverstar delivered. The Range Rover was an exceptionally beautiful vehicle, plenty of room and nice ride. Our driver Paul was punctual, very friendly, curtious, experienced, and helpful throughout our event......a delightful person to work with. The Porsche Cayenne was also an exceptional vehicle, but the unexpected advertising placards detracted from it's sleek appearance and seemed a bit tacky. This vehicle had an annoyiing vibration in the rear at highway speeds so you may want to discuss this observation if you have a long drive to the church, reception, or event. Making the reservations was very professiional and effortless. We liked having one contact price that included the mileage, tolls, champagne, red carpet, ice bucket, stemware, taxes, and gratuities. However, not all the drivers were aware that the gratuity was included.

I got married on August 6, 2011 and I used Silver Star Limosine. They were great!!! They were on time, professional and patient. I had the stretch cayenne and the Rolls Royce, both beautiful cars. Honestly, Silver Star shouldn't even get one star. We got a 22 passenger party bus from them for our wedding. Not only were they late in picking up my husband and the bridal party, but they got me to the church a 1/2 hour late. The driver got lost going to the church even using the navigation. They were supposed to have sodas for us and they had 3 cans!!! The driver was driving like a crazy person that we were bouncing all over the bus and some people were getting nausaus. I faxed them the list of locations for pictures and he didn't even have it and had to follow photographer. Because of him, we ran into 1 hour overtime and they had the nerve to hold us hostage and not drive us to the hall until we paid them $420!!!! they made us late for the cocktail hour. They ended up charging us $315. I would never ever use them again and I advise all to not hire them!!!!! This all took place on August 5, 2011.

I highly recommend Silver Star for your limousine company! We used their triple axle limo, which is a HUGE limo and the driver had no problem driving the back roads of my town. I hate when you have a limo driver that won't go up driveways or is late! I will tell you that both the limo and Rolls Royce were early and knew exactly where they were going. Both drivers were so helpful to me! One of the drivers carried my flowers, while the other helped with my dress and veil. One of the drivers even told my father and I to stop at a certain point in the aisle so he could fix my dress and veil, now if that isn't service, I don't know what is! Both drivers were so friendly and always made sure we were comfortable! They really went above and beyond for us and the whole bridal party! I found their prices to be great. If I have any other events coming up, I plan on using Silver Star for them all!

They where very nice but I was slightly disappointed as I got married in the summer and neither limo had adequate air conditioning... The 20 passenger Infiniti was a hot box amd my entire bridal party came out of the limo dripping... We had the demont.. A beautiful car but no a/c. Thank god there was a slight breeze as it was July in NY. I wish I could be more positive. The drivers were very nice and did everything they could to relieve the situation. So my recommendation: great for any season except summer!

I recommend Silver Star for your wedding day. I worked with Mario Jr and he was knowledgable and honest throughout the entire experience. My husband and I chose the Hupmobile and the Mercedes party bus for our transportation. We were informed that the Hupmobile may not be the best way to travel a long distance (from ceremony to venue) during the long summer months. Although the party bus was absolutely gorgeous inside and out, the rain caused the windows to leak inside. One of my groomsmen had to hold tissues up against the ceiling so that we did not get wet from the water dripping. In addition, the defogger stopped working as we were driving through torrential rain. My uncle had to wipe the window as the driver was driving so he could see. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Silver Star for their wonderful customer service and great prices. However since my husband and I were a little disappointed by the mishaps with the party bus, I would advise you to make sure the vechiles are working 100% before your day!

Silver Star Limo has the most professional staff. Our drivers were amazing (we will never forget Ronnie!) No need to worry about when they will show up - they were there over an hour early both before the wedding and when picking us up from the reception. They are the real deal - no nonsense. The quality of the limos that we received were top of the line. My wife and I were completely satisfied with all three of our limos. Mario was always their to help us when we needed to change something in our contract. For the day of our wedding we needed 2 booster seats and 2 car seats. Silver Star let us use their booster seats and car seats frree of charge and they were all set up when the limos arrived.

Wonderful in leading up to the wedding and great service on the day. We had changed the pick-up time and location several times and it was never a problem; the stretch Hummer showed up on time and had a great, accommodating driver that helped me out of the limo. Our antique, personal car (the 1942 Packard) made for some elegant photos, was smooth and comfortable with the unrivaled Manny as chauffeur.

This limousine company is by far the best! We had two limos and a rolls royce and the limos arrived on time at both my parent's house and my now husband's parent's house. The drivers were awesome! they were professional, caring, courteous, and had great personalities. The best was when we arrived at the church they rolled out a red carpet for me to walk on and they controlled opening the doors of the church and fixing my dress as I walked down the aisle I mean just unbelievable! When the ceremony was over, they had the red carpet for my husband and I with champagne and the rolls royce it was just so cool!.. The limos were in touch with eachother all day and in touch with the reception hall so everything was timed perfectly. limos were like brand new, with everything working. Even the old rolls royce had ac and everything. The driver always was polite and offered us water, soda, drinks whatever we needed. Drivers were patient and waited while we took extra pictures. It was an incredible service to compliment an incredible day. We worked with Mario Jr at Sliverstar limousine, he is so nice and understanding, i also had called and spoken to Frankie who was just as helpful. The timing was perfect and the service was wonderful, i definitely would recommend this limousine service to anyone they have every car you could ever dream of. we took a navigator and Porsche limo! i love the porsche!!!! It was easy and we even added a van to take us and some of the bridal party back to our hotel at the end of the night from our venue and this was done only a few nights before the wedding. Mario Jr assured us they would be able to accommodate us even last minute and they did! They did a great job and were on time and the drivers were very nice and helpful. They were wonderful! Gave me an Internet quote and honored it, beautiful cars. They could have warned me that even though the Excaliber is air conditioned, it doesn't get very cool--valuable to know in advance for a July wedding. Luckily, it wasn't too long a ride. The Cadillac was beautiful! and they were on time, and well dressed. Office staff was very nice. I would recommend them and work with them again.

Frankly, I am surprised by the number of good comments that have been posted. Actually, I take that back--I was very happy with the limousine aspect of things--we rented 2 limos for our bridal party, which was fine. The limos showed up on time, were clean, courteous, and air-conditioned; they took my bridal party from the hotel to the church to the reception with no glitches. In fact, we would have given Silver Star all "5"s if not for what I am about to write... I added on a vintage Rolls Royce as a surprise for my husband. The driver had NO idea where he was going (it was a 7 minute ride from the hotel to the church) and didn't seem to be able to hear/understand the directions. The vintage car had no seatbelts and the doors did not close properly. In the 5 minute drive from the church to my parents' house for pictures, the driver ran a red light, made an illegal left turn (almost getting hit by oncoming traffic), and refused to stop the car for my dad to re-shut his door (which was gaping open--not just "not closed well"--we could see DAYLIGHT)...it was a nightmare. Needless to say, I wasn't about to ride in that car on a busy highway...so when we got to my parents' house, my mom called to request another car (I was thisclose to driving myself to the reception...) but the drivers were all busy, so they ended up sending one of the limos that had driven my wedding party back to take my husband and I up. He was very nice; it luckily ended up well. They refused to refund us any money (since they had "already paid the driver"--we paid $500 for the vintage Rolls) but they did send my parents a courtesy limo trip to the airport. I really was unhappy with the whole thing and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone else, given that they practically ruined my wedding day (though a car accident would have been much worse--luckily we narrowly missed at least 2 accidents...).

Silver Star Limo showed up a half-hour early, courteous, and extremely professional and very patient during our photos...worth every penny and I would definetly recommend their services for any of your upcoming events!!

OUr drivers were excellent - not only were they completely professional, but they were also incredibly nice and helpful to hte entire wedding party. The transportation was seemless and first class. I would definitely recommend Silver Star Limo to others.

Silver Star was so great to work with. They were extremely responsive and called me often towards the wedding date to confirm the details, making sure there were no changes. Freddie was awesome! He helped me work through the timing for the guests buses and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The drivers were on time, very helpful, and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them if you expect a high quality of service!

Silver Star was great and the limo company of choice by TONS of brides on many different websites. Our limo driver was great and car was clean, although they really do need a better a/c system in the large SUV car we had. My only issue is tha I wished they asked for a credit card number to keep on file in CASE you incur overtime charges. It was inconvenient to have to have my bag brought back to me (my bridal attendant had already started to bring the things up to the bridal suite) and thank god I HAD brought my debt card with me.

The cars were clean and ran well and the drivers were professional and courteous. We even used them to take us to and pick us from the airport for our honeymoon!

Silver Star Limo was great on our wedding day. Our driver, Andre, was on time and fixed the back of my train just before I walked down the aisle. Our limo was beautiful and very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't allow decorations on the cars, but other than that, they were great.

The gentlemen driving our limos were wonderful, helped everyone in and out, even fixed my dress for me in the church. Not much to complain or notice about. Everyone was on time and professional appearance. However we tagged on a drop off to the airport the next day. That driver was erratic, overly chatty with inappropriate personal information, and made the two of us green with car sickness within a 30-40min drive. If it wasn't for that ride I would have given them a much higher score.

Silver Star Limo was great! I had to change the pick up time for the guys twice, and it wasn't a problem. We loved the variety of limos that were offered and we couldn't have been happier with the Range Rover. The driver was extremely professional and on time; the limo was roomy, clean, and the bar was stocked so the moms, bridesmaids, and myself all had a champagne toast on the ride to the ceremony.

When I needed to change the pick up site it was not complicated and they were very understanding. I am a sucker for good service and they sure gave me and my bridal party that. Great service I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for stress free service.

Mario Jr. was very professional. He let us know how much it was going to cost to rent a party bus for our wedding day. The only thing that you really need to know is if you are going to go over your hours. It is important to stay under the time limit because it can get very expensive that day.

They were a very friendly company to work with, very accomodating, even the drivers! They were early to arrive and were so gracious about allowing us to take pictures. We rented two vehichles, a pearl white Phantom Rolls Royce, a beautiful car, extremely well maintained and a smooth ride with a very friendly driver, and we rented a white triple axle Escalade for our party, very roomy and again, very friendly driver! No complaints! Just appreciation and gratitude. It was a pleasure to work with them!

I got Marry last year in July 11,2009 and everything was amazing. Silver Star made everything easy for me just to relax and enjoy my special day. The guys at Silver Star were a pleasure to work with!! They were very professional, the cars were clean and on time...what more could I ask for? We decided to get 2 limos for our wedding and at the last minute, realized that we needed another car. Mario Jr. & Freddy were open to our needs and provided us with what we needed. We had them driving all over the place doing different pick-ups, and the guys were great doing everything we asked!! (I even used them for my bachelorette party the weekend before the wedding). This is a great limo company with great people...you won't be disappointed if you use them!

Limo’s were PERFECT and ON TIME. What more could I have asked for! I had an antique Rolls Royce for me and DH and an 18 passenger escalade for the bridal party. They rolled out the red carpet every time I got into the limo! Our driver Manny was a sweetheart! He always made sure we had champagne! At the end of the night Manny returned in a Mercedes Benz to pick us up!

They arrived promptly and had plenty of drinks for the entire wedding party!! They had a such a lrage selection, we had trouble picking just one car! The driver even took care of coordinating everything in the back of church before we all headed down the aisle. Great service at a reasonable price - would definitely recommend!!

Their Limo service was fabulous; we had a pick up time for 2p Silver Star Limousine Service was 30 minutes early and they did not charge us for it either. The drivers were hilarious and gracious with me the "bride" and my wedding party. The groomsmen were nearly drunk before they got to wedding and I was bubbly before I got to the reception. Both limo's were clean and smelled fresh; the "red carpet and champagne" treatment is a classy touch too. They were on time picking us up at the end of the night too. Mario Jr. was very helpful and flexible. He was patient and the company has a great selection of cars. The day of the wedding, everything was as promised which is invaluable on a day like that!

We has a stretch lincoln navigator with aviator door. It was beautiful & clean. Our driver was also amazing and helped me all the way in the church making sure my dress was fluffed out! Red carpet service & champagne!!!

We had arranged to only have the car for a few hours, at a certain cost. They showed up early (we were inside so how would we know?) and they told my husband, when we arrived at our destination, that he owed them an additional $1,000 dollars. On our wedding night they kept me in the limo while they had a discussion outside with my husband about additional costs (due to their own error)!

The drivers were very professional, they were friendly, on time and very good drivers. They cars were also very cleaned and well stocked!! I would defiently recommend them!!

we had the two hummer limos and the ferarri limo for me and my husband. The ferrari limo is on the older side....but still comes out great in pics. I do however regret spending so much on limo's.....

Professional, nice but not cheap:)

The limo was very clean and the driver was an excellent driver.

The only reason I went with them was that they had a black Rolls Royce 1957 Silver Cloud. I really, really wanted a black car. I know the issues with the older models so I never completely expected tthe best. Well, the day of the wedding came and I got a phone call telling me they were fixing the black car but it might not make it. I really did appreciate the two phone calls I got and the very professional and courteous staff that kept me updated. I also like it when a vendor apologizes sincerely, which they did profusely. What they replaced the car with was the same car but in silver which was also very cool. I guess silver is also a unique color and I was just happy that it wasn’t white. The drivers in both limos were on time, helpful, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend them again.

My limos (3) were on time, clean and fully stocked. The drivers were all extremely kind and went out of their way to make sure we were kept dry in the rain and that our dresses did not touch the wet ground. They also sent us a car after the reception to take us home. I loved that they had a silver rolls, I did not want a white car and they were they only company that gave me another option.

Very good service. Booked them based on word of mouth. I knew a few people that used them so I did as well. I didn't get anything fancy....just 2 black stretch limos. But they were on time, very professional and would recommended them. The price was right. They were in Yonkers when I used them.
