I waited a little to long to start my invitations and didnt have much time left , Ms.Ryan was so on top of it and made me feel so comfortable that they would arrive soon . I am happy to leave only positive praise for Simply Stated. Working with Cynthia was an absolute pleasure. I had been shopping for inviations to no avail before I found Simply Stated. Other places I considered for inviatations were either not helpful or willing to really work for what best suited my needs. My needs being that I had only a very general idea of the type of inviation I wanted. When I met with Cynthia she was wonderful. She talked with me at length about what I was looking for. Once she had a sense of my style she was able to show me many different invitations. She was very patient as I changed my mind about the ink color 3 times. She was totally professional but also very friendly, honest and down to earth. She also offered great advice as I am not well versed with the proper etiquette of wedding invitations. This vendor provided invitation for our wedding. She is very flexible and friendly. We have changed our minds/ideas for a couple of times, but she's willing to accommodate what we wanted as well as provided efficient services. There were many great choices for us to look up and choose from. The cost was pretty good as well comparing to other vendors. Most importantly, she's quick and responsive; it helped us a lot especially when all little things were tied up together (time matters). Cynthia was awesome to work with! She works out of her home and we were lucky enough to live close by, so we were able to look at her huge selection in person there. She created a very relaxed atmosphere and just let me and my (now) husband take our time to look at all of her books of samples. She left us alone in the room, so we didn't feel any pressure at all. After looking for a while (I can be pretty indecisive), we found the perfect invitations. They were ready in just a couple of weeks and, best of all, they were SO reasonably priced! Wow. Cynthia was soooo nice and professional! She works from her home, so she got to spend a lot of time with my fiance (at the time) and I. She knows her stuff and she seemed to know what I wanted better than I did! LOL We ended up getting the most beautiful invitation. We are always recommending her to our friends.
