I was very close to getting a dress here but didn't. I had two appointments here. At the first I found three dresses that I really liked. However, I waited to sleep on it and come back for a follow up. I returned a few days later and that appointment left me pretty upset and aggravated. When I arrived (on time) for my second appointment there was this incredibly rude woman there trying dresses on with her mother and another woman. Turns out they ran over their time (and were late to begin with) but really didn't care they were running into my time. I ended up waiting a little over 45 minutes before I would even step foot into the dressing room. Also, my 83 year old grandmother was with me and had to sit in the corner (with dresses practically smothering her) because the rude women that were there took up the entire seating area with their belongings. I understand that there's rude people no matter where you go and that can't be helped BUT the owner did little to help the situation. Though she apologized a few times (which was appreciated) she never made mention to those women that they were cutting into my time and didn't seem to rush them at all. It really struck me the wrong way and at the end of the day she lost my business (which was a same because she's very nice).

I don't know where to start. Sposabella Couture is a Dream Come True. The owner of the store Alice is awesome. The rest of the staff makes you feel so comfortable you don't even want your fittings to come to an end. I happened to find Sposabella on a last minute search for a store that carries plus size dresses in the stores that I would be able to try on. I went to three other stores in Brooklyn, NY and they were not a successful search. Sposabella Couture is located in the park slope area of Brooklyn, NY. I am a known tomboy and Alice made me feel like a pretty girl for the first time. They go all out to meet your liking and your vision. They can make anything and restructure any dress you bring to them. I got a get deal and a great dress. I owe Sposabella Couture the greatest thanks in the world for all their hard work and help for what they have done for me. I bought my veil from here. Their service is great. Its a local store so I didnt mind spending a little extra money on the veil. Everything is pretty much hand made. They are a tad bit pushy when you go in because they are looking to make a sale. I am very low key and I dont like te feel overwhelmed. Since the store is tiny they are on top of you at all times. The veil came out amzing as was worth the price. I loved it. They had great accessories there as well but I already had mine taken of.

Gorgeous "extras" for a wedding can be found in this Bayridge Brooklyn wedding store. If you need a special veil, jewelery for the shoes, jewelery or a bag this is the place to go! Great service. Prices are a bit high, but they are high all over.

I purchased my headpiece from sposabella...one of a kind and unique. They take their time with you to see what is the best piece for you! They also have garters and pillows for the pillow boy. I would go back to them in a heartbeat
